Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the safety test platform 1 and the accessory installation platform 4 are both provided with a blocking assembly 13, each blocking assembly 13 comprises a blocking rod 131, an air cylinder 132, a reversing valve 133 and a pneumatic foot switch 134, the blocking rod 131 of the safety test platform 1 is vertically arranged between two adjacent rollers 11 on one side close to the upper electric test platform 2, the blocking rod 131 of the accessory installation platform 4 is vertically arranged between two adjacent rollers 11 on one side close to the integral quality inspection platform 5, the top end of the blocking rod 131 is higher than a tangent plane of the tops of the rollers 11, the top end of the blocking rod 131 is rotatably connected with an abutting wheel 1311, and the axis of the abutting wheel 1311 is parallel to the axis of the rollers 11; the air cylinder 132 is vertically arranged below the blocking rod 131, a piston rod of the air cylinder 132 faces upwards and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the blocking rod 131, and a cylinder body of the air cylinder 132 is fixedly connected with the underframe 22 of the safety test platform 1 or the accessory installation platform 4; the reversing valve 133 is fixedly arranged on the cylinder body of the air cylinder 132, two air outlets of the reversing valve 133 are respectively communicated with chambers on two sides of a piston rod in the air cylinder 132, the pneumatic foot switch 134 is arranged below the installation test table or the accessory installation table 4, and the pneumatic foot switch 134 is connected with the reversing valve 133 and used for reversing the reversing valve 133.
When the server carries out safety test on the safety test platform 1 or installs accessories on the accessory installation platform 4, the top end of the blocking rod 131 can limit the server, and the server is prevented from exceeding the blocking rod 131 and deviating the position of the safety test or the position of the installed accessories.
After the safety test process or the accessory installation process of server operation finishes, the tester steps on pneumatic foot switch 134 with the foot, pneumatic foot switch 134 can promote the case motion in the switching-over valve 133 under the atmospheric pressure effect, and make switching-over valve 133 commutate, thereby drive the vertical downstream of piston rod of actuating cylinder 132, and drive and block the vertical downstream of pole 131, make and block the pole 131 top and be less than running roller 11 top, the tester can manually drag the server to next process this moment, make the test and the packaging process of server more convenient.
Referring to fig. 1, one side of the safety test platform 1, which is far away from the power-on test platform 2, is provided with a lifter 7, and one side of the lifter 7, which is far away from the safety test platform 1, is provided with a feeding vehicle frame 8 which is used in cooperation with the lifter 7. The implementation principle of the server packaging test line in the embodiment of the application is as follows: during testing, a server to be tested is placed on the feeding frame 8 and is transported to one side of the elevator 7 through the feeding frame 8, the servers on the feeding frame 8 are transported to the safety test platform 1 one by one through the elevator 7 to be tested in a safety regulation mode, after the safety regulation test is finished, a tester manually drags the server to enable the server to move on the roller 11 to the upper electric test platform 2 to be tested in an electric mode, after the electric test is finished, the tester manually drags the server again to enable the server to move on the ball 21 to the appearance test platform 3 to be tested in an appearance mode, after the appearance test is finished, the tester manually drags the server on the ball 21 to the accessory installation platform 4 again to install the accessory on the server, at the moment, the tester manually drags the server on the roller 11 to the integral quality test platform 5 again to perform integral quality test on the server before boxing, confirm server quality testing correct back, the tester drags the vanning that the server carries out the server to vanning platform 6 on ball 21 is manual once more to accomplished the complete testing process of server before the packing, avoided the manual work to carry the server in the whole testing process before the server packing, not only effectively alleviateed tester's working strength, improved packing efficiency, also avoided the server to take place the condition of colliding with in handling.

Claims (10)

1. A server packing test line which is characterized in that: the device comprises a safety test platform (1), an electrifying test platform (2), an appearance detection platform (3), an accessory installation platform (4), an integral quality inspection platform (5) and a boxing platform (6) which are sequentially arranged, wherein a plurality of unpowered rollers (11) or balls (21) are arranged on the safety test platform (1), the electrifying test platform (2), the appearance detection platform (3), the accessory installation platform (4), the integral quality inspection platform (5) and the boxing platform (6) along the arrangement direction of the unpowered rollers.

The server packaging test line of claim 1, wherein: the top tangent planes of the roller (11) and the balls (21) on the safety test platform (1), the power-on test platform (2), the appearance test platform (3), the accessory installation platform (4), the whole quality test platform (5) and the boxing platform (6) are the same horizontal plane and are higher than the safety test platform (1), the power-on test platform (2), the appearance test platform (3), the accessory installation platform (4), the whole quality test platform (5) and the boxing platform (6).
3. The server packaging test line of claim 1, wherein: running roller (11) set up on ann rule testboard (1) and annex mount table (4), ball (21) set up on electric test platform (2), outward appearance test platform (3), whole quality testing platform (5) and vanning platform (6).
