Claims (1)

1. A sterilization process of a microwave sterilization device for a flexible package of instant food is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the microwave sterilization equipment for the instant food flexible package comprises a sterilization box (1) and a box cover (7), wherein the right end of the sterilization box (1) is fixedly connected with a connecting box (25), the left end and the right end of the lower side in the connecting box (25) are respectively and movably connected with a connecting shaft (26), the two groups of connecting shafts (26) are mutually connected through a conveying belt (27), a feeding hole (21) is formed in the middle of the right end of the sterilization box (1), a supporting plate (3) is fixedly connected with the middle of the sterilization box (1), the upper end of the supporting plate (3) is fixedly connected with a C-shaped guide plate (4), four groups of pushing plates (22) are arranged in the C-shaped guide plate (4), the four groups of pushing plates (22) are fixedly connected to the periphery of the outer side of a connecting column (23), the lower end of the connecting column (23) is fixedly connected with the output end of a first motor (19), the upper side of the front end and the rear end of the box cover (7) is respectively and fixedly connected with a connecting plate (12), a screw rod (29) is respectively and movably connected with the left side and right side of the upper end of the connecting plate (12), and the front end and the rear end are respectively screwed with the screw rod (14) respectively;
the two groups of screw connection plates (14) are fixedly connected to the upper sides of the front end and the rear end of the sterilization box (1), three groups of first microwave generators (10) are fixedly connected to the upper ends in the box cover (7), a first protection plate (8) is arranged at the lower ends of the three groups of first microwave generators (10), the left end and the right end of the first protection plate (8) are movably connected to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the box cover (7), two groups of second microwave generators (2) are fixedly connected to the lower ends in the sterilization box (1), a second protection plate (20) is arranged at the upper ends of the second protection plate (20), a plurality of groups of through grooves (32) are formed in the upper ends of the support plate (3), a discharge opening (30) is formed in the front side of the upper end of the support plate (3), a feed pipe (17) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the discharge opening (30), and the front end of the feed pipe (17) extends out of the sterilization box (1); four groups of first supporting legs (18) are fixedly connected to the periphery of the lower end of the sterilization box (1), and two groups of second supporting legs (28) are fixedly connected to the right side of the lower end of the connection box (25); the rear end of the connecting shaft (26) at the rear side extends out of the connecting box (25) and is fixedly connected with the output end of the second motor (13), the second motor (13) is fixedly arranged in the mounting box (15), and the front end of the mounting box (15) is fixedly connected to the right side of the rear end of the connecting box (25); two groups of rollers (31) are movably connected in the right side of the upper end of the supporting plate (3), and a plurality of groups of through grooves (32) are arranged at equal intervals; the middle part of the lower end of the supporting plate (3) is fixedly connected with a first motor (19), and the upper end of the first motor (19) extends out of the supporting plate (3) and is fixedly connected to the lower end of the connecting column (23); the upper end of the screw rod (29) extends out of the connecting plate (12) and is fixedly connected with a hand wheel (11), and the upper end of the box cover (7) is fixedly connected with a handle (9); a sealing groove (5) is formed in the upper end of the sterilization box (1), a sealing ring (6) is clamped in the sealing groove (5), and the sealing ring (6) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the box cover (7); the middle part of the upper end of the feeding pipe (17) is fixedly connected with a first microwave suppressor (16), and the upper end of the connecting box (25) is fixedly connected with three groups of second microwave suppressors (24);
the sterilization process comprises the following steps:
s1, connecting the right end of a conveyor belt (27) with a food production line, opening a second motor (13) to drive a connecting shaft (26) to rotate, driving the conveyor belt (27) to start moving by the rotation of the connecting shaft (26), conveying food flexible packages leftwards under the drive of the conveyor belt (27), opening a first motor (19) to drive a connecting column (23) to rotate, driving four groups of pushing plates (22) to rotate by the rotation of the connecting column (23), driving the four groups of pushing plates (22) to start moving along a C-shaped guide plate (4), and enabling the food flexible packages to enter the C-shaped guide plate (4) along two groups of rollers (31) through a feed inlet (21);
s2, opening the first microwave generators (10) and the second microwave generators (2), enabling the two groups of second microwave generators (2) to generate microwaves to be in contact with the food flexible package through a through groove (32) formed in the upper end of the supporting plate (3), enabling the three groups of first microwave generators (10) to generate microwaves and pass through the first protecting plate (8) to be in contact with the food flexible package from the upper end, enabling the food flexible package to start moving along the C-shaped guide plate (4) under the pushing of the pushing plate (22), and meanwhile performing microwave sterilization treatment on the upper and lower flexible packages in the moving process;
s3, when the food flexible package rotates anticlockwise to the upper end of the discharge opening (30), under the continuous pushing of the pushing plate (22), the sterilized food flexible package falls into the feeding pipe (17) from the discharge opening (30), and at the moment, the food flexible package passes through the feeding pipe (17) and is discharged out of the sterilizing box (1).
