Abstract
The invention provides an electrical equipment transportation device, comprising: the movable jacking devices and the auxiliary devices are arranged in groups; each group of the auxiliary devices are detachably connected with different parts of the bottom of the to-be-transported electrical equipment, and each group of the movable jacking devices are arranged below the corresponding auxiliary devices respectively and used for applying acting force to each auxiliary device so as to push the to-be-transported electrical equipment to an installation position. The electric equipment transportation device provided by the invention is detachably connected with the electric equipment to be transported through the auxiliary device, and the movable jacking device is used for exerting jacking force on the auxiliary device so as to lift the electric equipment to a position to be installed in the process of transporting the electric equipment, so that the device is simple in structure, can be repeatedly used and is convenient and fast to install; the device is not limited by space and is not influenced by the volume of equipment, and the construction efficiency is improved to a greater degree.

The installation method is not limited by environment, the transportation of the electrical equipment can be efficiently completed, the installation, adjustment and integrated construction can be realized, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety coefficient of the construction is improved.

Specifically, the number of the movable jacking devices 1 is plural, the number of the auxiliary devices 2 is plural, and the movable jacking devices 1 and the auxiliary devices 2 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence. More specifically, the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22 may have a plate-shaped structure made of a section steel, and they are connected to form a gamma-shaped structure. The first connecting piece 21 may be parallel to the side wall of the electrical apparatus 3 to be transported, and it may be connected to the electrical apparatus 3 by bolts.
Further, a sleeve 211 is disposed at a side of the bottom of the first connecting member 21 close to the to-be-transported electrical device 3, and is used for connecting with the to-be-transported electrical device 3.
Specifically, the electrical equipment 3 to be transported can be detachably connected to the auxiliary device 2 by being detachably connected to the bushing. The sleeve may be threaded to engage with the base threads of the electrical device 3 or may be hinged to the electrical device 3.
Preferably, a connecting hole is formed in a position where the sleeve is installed at the bottom of the first connecting piece 21, and the connecting hole is used for being connected with the to-be-transported electrical equipment 3 through a bolt so as to be convenient to detach.
More preferably, the length of the sleeve is 10mm-20mm, so that a gap is formed between the auxiliary device 2 and the electrical equipment 3 to be transported, and the finish paint of the electrical equipment 3 can be effectively prevented from being damaged.
The second connecting member 22 is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions (not shown) for preventing the movable jacking device 1 from slipping off the second connecting member 22.
Particularly, the middle part of second connecting piece 22 and the contact of portable jacking device 1, consequently, set up a plurality of spacing archs around the middle part of second connecting piece 22, can effectively prevent the jacking device slippage. Each limiting protrusion can be enclosed to form a square or annular area.

The method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 3, the present invention also provides an installation method of the electric equipment transportation device, including the steps of:
step S1, a plurality of groups of auxiliary devices 2 are made of section steel, connecting holes are drilled at the bottom of each group of auxiliary devices 2, and sleeves are welded at the corresponding connecting holes.
Specifically, the length of the sleeve can be 10mm-20mm, and the auxiliary device 2 is isolated from the electrical equipment to effectively protect the electrical equipment from being scraped while ensuring the connection strength of the auxiliary device 2 and the electrical equipment to be transported.

In conclusion, the installation method is not limited by environment, not only can the transportation of the electrical equipment be efficiently completed, but also the installation, adjustment and integrated construction can be realized, meanwhile, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety coefficient of the construction is improved.

3. The electrical equipment transportation device of claim 2, wherein a side of the bottom of the first connector near the electrical equipment to be transported is provided with a sleeve for connecting with the electrical equipment to be transported.
4. The electrical equipment transportation device of claim 3, wherein a connection hole is formed at a position of the bottom of the first connection member where the sleeve is installed, for connecting with the electrical equipment to be transported by a bolt.
5. The electrical equipment transportation device of claim 2, wherein the length of the sleeve is 10mm to 20 mm.
6. The electrical equipment transportation device of claim 2, wherein the second connector is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions for preventing the movable jacking device from slipping off the second connector.
7. The electrical equipment transportation device of claim 1, wherein the movable jacking device comprises: the device comprises a chassis, a jack and a plurality of positioning support columns; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
