Background
Gynaecology is a branch specialty of gynaecology and obstetrics, mainly diagnoses the disease that relates to the women aspect, and female reproductive system's disease is the gynaecology disease, when diagnosing and treating the gynaecology disease, will produce a large amount of rubbish, and wet rubbish mixes, and is very inconvenient to the treatment of follow-up rubbish.
The rubbish that current gynaecology diagnosis and treatment in-process produced is mostly directly abandoned together, and during subsequent treatment, again manual with solid rubbish and liquid rubbish separation, not only consume manpower and time, inefficiency to give off the peculiar smell around, rely on artifical separation, need bear peculiar smell and dirty, comparatively troublesome inconvenience, if utilize the filter to filter both rubbish, then the filter causes the jam because of rubbish easily, influences the filtration.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a gynecological garbage treatment device capable of automatically crushing large garbage, separating garbage, automatically compacting and pushing out garbage, and automatically dredging a filter plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a gynecological garbage treatment device capable of automatically crushing large garbage, separating garbage, automatically compacting and pushing out garbage and automatically dredging a filter plate, which aims at the defects of the prior art.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, a gynecological garbage disposal apparatus includes: the upper part of the underframe is connected with the chassis; the middle of the upper part of the machine case is connected with a blanking hopper; the storage frame is connected to one side of the upper part in the case; the stirring mechanism is arranged between the upper part of the machine case and the blanking hopper; and a filtering mechanism is arranged between one side of the inside of the case and the storage frame.
Further, the stirring mechanism comprises: the gear motor is arranged on one side of the upper part of the chassis; the mounting shafts are rotationally connected to two sides of the inner middle part of the blanking hopper, and one side of each mounting shaft is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducing motor; the mounting shafts are connected with the crushing cylinders; gears are connected to one side of the mounting shaft, and the gears on two sides are meshed with each other.
Further, the filtering mechanism comprises: the filter plate is connected to one side of the lower part of the storage frame; the guide rod is symmetrically connected with one side of the lower part of the case; the first sliding blocks are connected to the guide rods in a sliding manner; the charging frame is connected between the first sliding blocks; the middle of one side of the charging frame is connected with a pull rod.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment discloses a gynecological garbage disposal device, which comprises a chassis 1, a machine case 2, a blanking hopper 3, a storage frame 4, a stirring mechanism 5 and a filtering mechanism 6, wherein the upper part of the chassis 1 is connected with the machine case 2, the blanking hopper 3 is connected in the middle of the upper part of the machine case 2, the left side of the upper part of the machine case 2 is connected with the storage frame 4, the stirring mechanism 5 is arranged between the upper part of the machine case 2 and the blanking hopper 3, and the filtering mechanism 6 is arranged between the left side of the inner part of the machine case 2 and the storage frame 4.
The stirring mechanism 5 comprises a gear motor 51, a mounting shaft 52, stirring cylinders 53 and gears 54, the gear motor 51 is mounted on the right side of the upper portion of the machine case 2, the mounting shaft 52 is rotatably connected to the front side and the rear side of the middle portion in the blanking hopper 3, the right side of the front side mounting shaft 52 is connected with the output shaft of the gear motor 51, the stirring cylinders 53 are connected to the mounting shaft 52, the gears 54 are connected to the left side of the mounting shaft 52, and the gears 54 on the two sides are meshed with each other.
The filtering mechanism 6 comprises a filtering plate 61, guide rods 62, first sliding blocks 63, a charging frame 64 and a pull rod 65, wherein the filtering plate 61 is connected to the left side of the lower portion of the storage frame 4, the guide rods 62 are symmetrically connected to the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the machine case 2, the first sliding blocks 63 are connected to the guide rods 62 in a sliding mode, the charging frame 64 is connected between the first sliding blocks 63, and the pull rod 65 is connected to the middle of the front side of the charging frame 64.
When a user needs to treat the garbage, firstly, the gear motor 51 is started to drive the front side mounting shaft 52 and the gear 54 to rotate, thereby driving the rear side gear 54 and the mounting shaft 52 to rotate, driving the two side stirring barrels 53 to rotate, pouring dry and wet mixed garbage into the blanking hopper 3, stirring the massive garbage into the storage frame 4 under the action of the rotation of the stirring barrels 53, enabling the liquid to flow into the charging frame 64 through the filter plates 61, leaving the solid garbage in the storage frame 4, then cleaning the solid garbage from the storage frame 4 to the left, pulling the pull rod 65 to move forwards, driving the charging frame 64 and the first sliding block 63 to move forwards, pulling the charging frame 64 to pull the liquid out of the machine case 2, pushing the pull rod 65 to move backwards, driving the charging frame 64 and the first sliding block 63 to move backwards, recovering to the original state, closing the gear motor 51 after the garbage treatment, stopping the stirring barrels 53 to rotate, achieving the effect of conveniently separating the garbage, and facilitating the garbage treatment.

As shown in fig. 1,2 and 5-10, in some embodiments, the device further includes a material blocking assembly 7, the material blocking assembly 7 includes a baffle 72 and a fixing rod 73, guide rails 71 are symmetrically opened on the left side of the material storage frame 4, the baffle 72 is slidably connected between the guide rails 71, and the fixing rod 73 is connected in the middle of the upper portion of the baffle 72.
