An apparatus for biologically treating off-gas odors, comprising: the device comprises an industrial waste gas inlet (1), a waste gas conveying pipe (2), a spraying tank (3), a circulating water inlet (4), a circulating water outlet (5), an air inlet distribution area (6), a drawer type bark packing layer (7), a fixed type log charcoal packing layer (8) and a clean gas outlet (9).
2. An apparatus for biologically treating off-gas odors according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the inlet air distribution area (6) is recycled water.
3. A method for biologically treating exhaust odor, comprising: spraying, primary adsorption and secondary adsorption.
4. The method for biologically treating the peculiar smell of the exhaust gas as claimed in claim 3, wherein the spraying step comprises the steps of firstly, enabling the industrial exhaust gas to enter a spraying tank (3) through an industrial exhaust gas inlet (1), spraying the industrial exhaust gas by using a spraying liquid to obtain a primary treated exhaust gas, enabling the primary treated exhaust gas to enter an air inlet distribution area (6) through an exhaust gas conveying pipe (2), enabling the exhaust gas to be uniformly distributed through a pipeline, enabling the exhaust gas to enter circulating water at the bottom of the air inlet distribution area (6) through a spray head, and obtaining wet exhaust gas after the exhaust gas comes out of the circulating water;
and the ventilation rate of the waste gas is 5-20 m/min.
5. The method for biologically treating the odor of the exhaust gas according to claim 4, wherein the spraying liquid adopts a circulating spraying mode;
if the industrial waste gas is slightly alkaline in water dissolution, the spray liquid is a 10-20% citric acid solution, the initial PH of the spray liquid is 2.0-3.0, and the spray liquid is replaced when the PH reaches 7.0-9.0;
if the industrial waste gas is dissolved with water and is meta-acid, the spray liquid is 5-15% of sodium hydroxide alkali liquor, the initial PH of the spray liquid is 10.0-11.0, and when the PH reaches 5.0-6.0, the spray liquid needs to be replaced.
6. The method for biologically treating the odor of the exhaust gas according to claim 3, wherein the primary adsorption is to pass the wet exhaust gas through a drawer-type bark filler layer (7) to adsorb the wet exhaust gas to obtain the gas after bark adsorption.
7. Method for biologically treating off-gas odours according to claim 6, wherein the filler of the drawer-type bark filler layer (7) is a mixture of pine bark and odour-combating bacteria, wherein 5L odour-combating bacteria are added per cubic meter of pine bark.
8. The method for biologically treating the odor of exhaust gas according to claim 7, wherein the odor removing bacteria are a mixture of sulfureted bacteria, bacillus coagulans, mold and aerobic sludge in a volume ratio of 1:1:1: 1;
the content of the sulfide bacteria is 6 multiplied by 108cfu/ml, the bacterium content of the bacillus coagulans is 6 multiplied by 108cfu/ml, the fungus content of the mould is 6 multiplied by 108cfu/ml, the bacteria content of the aerobic sludge is 6 multiplied by 108cfu/ml。
9. The method of biologically treating off-gas odors of claim 8, wherein said odor-combating bacteria are tolerant to a temperature of 25 to 65 ℃;
the pine bark has a size of 15-25 cm.
10. The method for biologically treating the odor of the exhaust gas according to claim 3, wherein the secondary adsorption is to pass the gas after the degradation of bark adsorption through the fixed raw wood charcoal packing layer (8) to obtain clean air after sufficient adsorption of residual odor, and then to exhaust the clean air.
