本发明涉及一种焕颜抗衰面膜及其制备方法,所述焕颜抗衰面膜包括如下原料组分:水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、丙二醇、牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2‑己二醇、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、精氨酸、卡波姆、EDTA二钠。本发明所述焕颜抗衰面膜,能够有效补水保湿,提高皮肤弹性,保持肌肤紧致,防止肌肤暗沉,进而起到年轻化肌肤的作用。

肌肤深层组织的衰老与胶原蛋白流失也有着密切的关系。胶原蛋白是皮肤的主要成分。皮肤中胶原蛋白占72%,真皮中80%是胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白在皮肤中构成了一张细密的弹力网,锁住水分,如支架般支撑着皮肤。女性在20岁时胶原蛋白已经开始老化、流失,皮肤中的胶原蛋白含量逐年下降,25岁则开始进入流失的高峰期,40岁时,皮肤中的胶原蛋白含量不到18岁时的一半。胶原蛋白的流失,导致支撑皮肤的弹力网断裂,皮肤组织萎缩、塌陷,肌肤就会显现干燥、粗糙、松弛、皱纹、毛孔粗大、暗淡、色斑等衰老现象。
现有的抗衰老产品较多,但大多存在效果不明显的问题,还有一些产品通过添加一些特殊的原料能够实现外在的即时效果,但难以从根本上解决衰老,因而现有市面缺少一种天然的,安全的,能够由内而外真正延缓衰老的护肤品。

本发明的目的在于提供一种焕颜抗衰面膜及其制备方法,所述焕颜抗衰面膜能够为肌肤补充充足的水分,同时锁水保湿,修复皮肤受损细胞,改善微循环,因而具有显著的延缓肌肤衰老的作用。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种焕颜抗衰面膜,包括如下重量份的原料组分:73-84重量份、甘油1-8重量份、丁二醇0.1-1.5重量份、海藻糖0.3-0.8重量份、羟乙基脲0.1-0.3重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.1-0.3重量份、脱水木糖醇0.2-1重量份、木糖醇0.2-0.6重量份、芦荟提取物0.3-0.9重量份、龙胆根提取物0.1-1重量份、丙二醇0.1-0.2重量份、牛油果树果脂0.1-0.5重量份、薰衣草油0.1-0.6重量份、水解角蛋白1-3重量份、胶原蛋白1-4重量份、弹性蛋白1-5重量份、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.25重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1-0.4重量份、精氨酸0.1-0.7重量份、卡波姆0.1-0.2重量份、EDTA二钠0.01-0.08重量份。
根据本发明所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇主要起到保湿的作用,其中,海藻糖分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,进入细胞内发挥其独特的水替代应激因子作用和保护细胞膜的功能,提高细胞的抗干燥、抗冷冻能力,从而提高皮肤适应环境能力。羟乙基脲是尿素的衍生物,主要用作保湿剂,也可以作为助渗透剂,能够渗透到角质层中,增加皮肤含水量,以提供协同保湿效果。木糖醇基葡糖苷是二糖苷化合物,来源于天然植物,与脱水木糖醇、木糖醇组合使用可以增强皮肤的屏障功能,并提供协同保湿效果。
芦荟提取物含有芦荟多糖、芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素、异芦荟苷、大黄素、氨基酸、维生素和酚类等多种活性物质,是一种具有保湿、防晒、舒缓止痒和晒后修复等多重功效的天然植物成分。
龙胆根提取物对荧光素酶的有很好的活化效果,说明对特异性皮炎和过敏有作用,可抑制刺激,起到抗炎的作用;对芳香化酶的活化,显示对皮肤局部的雌激素水平有作用,加之对弹性蛋白酶的抑制和抗氧性,具有抗衰老的作用;对表皮细胞胆甾醇的分泌有促进作用,胆甾醇是人体皮脂中一重要的柔润成分,可改善油性粗糙皮肤的状态;也用作生发剂、美白剂和保湿剂。
牛油果树果脂具有保湿补水的作用,还能防止肌肤水分流失,给予皮肤充足的水分,对于干性皮肤来说非常适用,另外还可以帮助伤口愈合,增加肌肤的防御能力。
薰衣草油是由薰衣草提炼而成,可以清热解毒,清洁皮肤,控制油分,祛斑美白,祛皱嫩肤、祛除眼袋黑眼圈,还可促进受损组织再生恢复等护肤功能。
角蛋白水解物可广泛用作营养剂,能为皮肤吸收,提高皮肤角质层的持水能力。
胶原蛋白中含有的亲水性吸湿物质,不但具有保湿锁水能力,还可以阻止肌肤黑色素的生成,起到美白润肤的效果;除此以外,胶原蛋白可以清理肌肤氧化过程中的有害物质,修复皮肤损坏的弹力纤维细胞,达到防止肌肤老化和增强皮肤弹性的作用;还可以促进皮肤活性细胞生成,增加皮肤紧致度。同时还可以修复肌肤凹陷损伤,防止毛孔粗大和皱纹产生;可以加快皮肤细胞的新陈代谢速度,促进角质自然脱落,消除黑色素沉淀淡化皮肤色斑;调整肌肤的内分泌功能,增加皮肤光滑程度,同时还具有防止皮肤过敏和保持肌肤水油平衡的功效。
弹性蛋白是一种可以在人体皮肤和组织中发现的蛋白质,有帮助保持皮肤弹性和紧实度的作用。
精氨酸是人体五个必须氨基酸之一,一方面,其为碱性(pH 10.5~12.0),能够作为pH调节剂中和卡波姆以起到增稠的作用。另一方面,提供修复的作用,其作为合成一氧化氮的唯一前体,也是多胺、脯氨酸、谷氨酸盐、肌酸、胍丁胺和尿素的合成前提,其在细胞增殖,能量代谢和内皮功能中起关键作用。它可以通过改善生长因子的分泌和作用或通过对肌肉的直接作用来促进肌肉蛋白质合成代谢。
优选的,原料组分还包括3-5重量份的马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰的混合植物提取物。更优选的,包括如下重量份的原料组分:水78重量份、甘油6重量份、丁二醇1重量份、海藻糖0.5重量份、羟乙基脲0.2重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.2重量份、脱水木糖醇0.5重量份、木糖醇0.3重量份、芦荟提取物0.6重量份、龙胆根提取物0.5重量份、丙二醇0.15重量份、牛油果树果脂0.3重量份、薰衣草油0.25重量份、水解角蛋白2重量份、胶原蛋白2重量份、弹性蛋白3重量份、1,2-己二醇0.2重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3重量份、精氨酸0.3重量份、卡波姆0.15重量份、EDTA二钠0.06重量份、混合植物提取物4重量份。
马缨丹俗称野鼠尾草、红鼠尾草,是生长在热带亚热带美洲的藤本植物,马缨丹还是许多国家的民间药,用于治疗肿瘤、癌症等多种疾病。比如,其叶和花制成的茶剂治疗发烧、感冒和胃痛。在中、南美洲,用其叶的泥罨剂治疗疼痛、水痘、麻疹,或以其他剂型治疗发烧、感冒、风湿、哮喘和高血压。在加纳,用全植物浸剂治疗支气管炎等。现代研究表明,其含有萜类、黄酮等多种活性物质,具有包括抗炎、抗肿瘤等在内的多种生物活性。
马鞭草系马鞭草科(verbenaceae)马鞭草属植物,主要含有马鞭草苷、5-二氢马鞭草甘、桃叶珊瑚苷、熊果酸、羽扇豆醇等化学成分。现代研究表明,其具有消炎止痛、活血等多种生理活性作用。
刺五加叶为五加科植物刺五加的干燥根及根茎,其茎、叶也可作药用。研究显示其含有丰富的黄酮,能扩张血管,增加冠状动脉血流量,降低心肌耗氧量等,用于护肤品,能够很好的清除自由基而起到抗氧化作用。
石豆兰属植物含有同科石斛属植物相同结构类型的菲类、联苄、黄酮、酚酸和木脂素等成分,以菲类、联苄为主要成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒和抗血小板聚集等活性。
研究发现,将以上四种植物提取物组合使用,具有优异的抗氧化作用,优选的,按如下方法制备混合植物提取物:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥后,粉碎,得到马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;优选的,进行所述干燥至含水率为8%以下,进行所述粉碎至粒径大小为40-60目;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:4-6的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉混合,然后加水进行提取,得到提取液;向所述提取液中依次加入红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵,充分混匀后灭菌,得到发酵液;于发酵液中接种复合菌剂,然后进行发酵培养,经浓缩、过滤、低温干燥、粉碎,得到第一提取物粉;优选的,进行所述加水提取中,混合后的粉末与水之间的重量比为1:5-8,提取的温度为100℃,提取的时间为60-90min。提取液、红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵之间的重量比为100:4-6:1-3:1-3:0.8-1.5:0.2-0.4:0.04-0.06:0.1-0.2;所述复合菌剂为植物乳杆菌和酿酒酵母菌按重量比1:3-6组成,所述复合菌剂接种量为发酵液质量的5-8%;所述发酵的温度为25-35℃,所述发酵的时间为18-24h。
(4)向步骤(3)所述加水提取后的反应渣中加入石豆兰全草粉,然后加入乙醇进行回流提取,得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后得到第二提取物粉;优选的,所述乙醇的质量浓度为65-80%,所述乙醇提取的料液比为1g:6-8mL,进行所述回流提取的时间为2-3h。
(5)将第一提取物粉和第二提取物粉混合均匀,即得。
根据本发明所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,为了提高保存性能以及使用体验,还可以加入本领域常规的防腐剂、香精以及色素等辅助性成分。
本发明还提供一种所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法,具体步骤为:
将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠混合后加热至80-85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至80-85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇,搅拌均匀,即得。或者,将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠混合后加热至80-85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至80-85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、混合植物提取物,搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,通过采用水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、丙二醇、牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、精氨酸、卡波姆、EDTA二钠为原料并进行合理配比,其中,海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇组合使用,能够锁水保湿,为肌肤提供充足的水分,使肌肤柔软水嫩有光泽,芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物能够进一步增强保湿,同时提供抗炎作用,牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白以及精氨酸组合使用,能够加强弹力纤维细胞修复和再生。本发明面膜各种原料组分共同作用,能够有效补水保湿,提高皮肤弹性,保持肌肤紧致,防止肌肤暗沉,进而起到年轻化肌肤的作用。
2、本发明所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,还添加了特定方法制备得到的混合植物提取物,所述混合植物提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,能够有效防御自由基的损害,延缓衰老。
3、本发明所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,原料来源天然,不添加化学成分,对皮肤温和无刺激,属于纯天然无添加护肤品,符合现代护肤绿色健康理念。

所述混合植物提取物按如下方法制备得到:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥至含水率为8%以下,粉碎,得到粒径大小为40目的马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:4的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉混合,然后加水进行提取(混合后的粉末:水=1:5,100℃,60min),得到提取液;向所述提取液中依次加入红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵(提取液:红糖:黄豆饼粉:玉米粉:酵母粉:磷酸氢二钾:硫酸镁:硫酸铵=100:4:3:1:1.5:0.2:0.06:0.1),充分混匀后灭菌,得到发酵液;于发酵液中接种复合菌剂(植物乳杆菌:酿酒酵母菌=1:3,接种量为发酵液质量的5%),然后进行发酵培养(25℃,24h),经浓缩、过滤、低温干燥、粉碎,得到第一提取物粉;
(4)向步骤(3)所述加水提取后的反应渣中加入石豆兰全草粉,然后加入乙醇进行回流提取(乙醇的质量浓度为65%,料液比为1g:6mL,2h),得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后得到第二提取物粉;
(5)将第一提取物粉和第二提取物粉混合均匀,即得。
本实施例所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮混合后加热至80℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至80℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、混合植物提取物,搅拌均匀,分装入装有无纺布的面膜袋(25mL/袋),即得。

(5)将第一提取物粉和第二提取物粉混合均匀,即得。
本实施例所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮混合后加热至85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、混合植物提取物,搅拌均匀,分装入装有无纺布的面膜袋(25mL/袋),即得。

本实施例所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠、对羟基苯乙酮混合后加热至85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、混合植物提取物,搅拌均匀,分装入装有无纺布的面膜袋(25mL/袋),即得。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种焕颜抗衰面膜,与实施例3的不同仅在于混合植物提取物按如下方法制备得到:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥至含水率为8%以下,粉碎,得到粒径大小为40目的马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:5的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉混合,然后加水进行提取(混合后的粉末:水=1:6,100℃,80min),得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎,得到第一提取物粉;
(4)向步骤(3)所述加水提取后的反应渣中加入石豆兰全草粉,然后加入乙醇进行回流提取(乙醇的质量浓度为80%,料液比为1g:8mL,2.5h),得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后得到第二提取物粉;
(5)将第一提取物粉和第二提取物粉混合均匀,即得。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种焕颜抗衰面膜,与实施例3的不同仅在于混合植物提取物按如下方法制备得到:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥至含水率为8%以下,粉碎,得到粒径大小为40目的马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:5的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉、石豆兰全草粉混合,然后加水进行提取(混合后的粉末:水=1:6,100℃,80min),得到提取液;向所述提取液中依次加入红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵(提取液:红糖:黄豆饼粉:玉米粉:酵母粉:磷酸氢二钾:硫酸镁:硫酸铵=100:5:2:2:1:0.3:0.05:0.2),充分混匀后灭菌,得到发酵液;于发酵液中接种复合菌剂(植物乳杆菌:酿酒酵母菌=1:5,接种量为发酵液质量的6%),然后进行发酵培养(30℃,22h),经浓缩、过滤、低温干燥、粉碎,即得。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种焕颜抗衰面膜,与实施例3的不同仅在于混合植物提取物按如下方法制备得到:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥至含水率为8%以下,粉碎,得到粒径大小为40目的马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:5的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉、石豆兰全草粉混合,然后加入乙醇进行回流提取(乙醇的质量浓度为80%,料液比为1g:8mL,2.5h),得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后,即得。
实验例
一、DPPH自由基清除能力的测定
1、DPPH液的配制
取DPPH粉末,用无水乙醇配成浓度为0.1mM的DPPH液,避光保存。
2、样品溶液的配制
分别取实施例1-6制备得到的混合植物提取物,用无水乙醇分别配成浓度为2.5mg/mL、5mg/mL、10mg/mL、20mg/mL、30mg/mL、40mg/mL、50mg/mL、60mg/mL的溶液,备用。
3、测定步骤
Ai:100μL样品溶液+100μL DPPH液;
Aj:100μL样品溶液+100μL无水乙醇;
A0:100μL蒸馏水+100μL DPPH液;
混匀,37℃避光反应30min,测517nm处的吸光度,重复试验3次,取平均値,计算DPPH清除率,清除率%=[1-(Ai-Aj)/A0]×100%。
4、测定结果,见表1。

结果可以看出,实施例1-3制备的混合植物提取液DPPH自由基清除率分别为82.69%、82.51%、83.26%,说明本发明方法制备得到的混合植物提取液具有优异的抗氧化能力,因而能够用于抗衰老保护;实施例1-6制备的混合植物提取液DPPH自由基清除率结果对比显示,实施例1-3明显优于实施例4-6,即实施例1-3制备的混合植物提取液具有明显更强的抗氧化能力,说明本发明实施例1-3混合植物提取液制备方法更合理,所述制备方法较其它制备方法具有明显优势。
二、本发明焕颜抗衰面膜人体使用效果测试
选取年龄在30-45岁的40名志愿者,将所有志愿者分为2组,每组20名,各组分别使用实施例3以及市售抗衰老贴敷面膜。使用方法为晚间洁面后敷于面部,每周3次,连续使用2个月,分别于使用前、使用1个月以及使用2个月时使用皮肤弹性测量仪(CK)检测皮肤弹性指标R2值,R2值即无负压时皮肤的回弹量与有负压时的最大拉伸量之比,比值越接近1,说明皮肤弹性越好。结果见表2。

与使用前比,*p<0.05。
结果表明,与使用前相比,使用本发明实施例3面膜1个月、2个月时R2值明显更高(p<0.05),说明本发明实施例3面膜具有更好的增加皮肤弹性的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料组分:
水73-84重量份、甘油1-8重量份、丁二醇0.1-1.5重量份、海藻糖0.3-0.8重量份、羟乙基脲0.1-0.3重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.1-0.3重量份、脱水木糖醇0.2-1重量份、木糖醇0.2-0.6重量份、芦荟提取物0.3-0.9重量份、龙胆根提取物0.1-1重量份、丙二醇0.1-0.2重量份、牛油果树果脂0.1-0.5重量份、薰衣草油0.1-0.6重量份、水解角蛋白1-3重量份、胶原蛋白1-4重量份、弹性蛋白1-5重量份、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.25重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1-0.4重量份、精氨酸0.1-0.7重量份、卡波姆0.1-0.2重量份、EDTA二钠0.01-0.08重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,原料组分还包括3-5重量份的马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰的混合植物提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料组分:
水78重量份、甘油6重量份、丁二醇1重量份、海藻糖0.5重量份、羟乙基脲0.2重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.2重量份、脱水木糖醇0.5重量份、木糖醇0.3重量份、芦荟提取物0.6重量份、龙胆根提取物0.5重量份、丙二醇0.15重量份、牛油果树果脂0.3重量份、薰衣草油0.25重量份、水解角蛋白2重量份、胶原蛋白2重量份、弹性蛋白3重量份、1,2-己二醇0.2重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3重量份、精氨酸0.3重量份、卡波姆0.15重量份、EDTA二钠0.06重量份、混合植物提取物4重量份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,所述混合植物提取物按如下方法制备得到:
(1)取马缨丹叶、马鞭草、刺五加叶以及石豆兰全草,经分别干燥后,粉碎,得到马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉;
(2)按马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉以及石豆兰全草粉之间重量比1:1:1:4-6的比例称取各原料,备用;
(3)将马缨丹叶粉、马鞭草粉、刺五加叶粉混合,然后加水进行提取,得到提取液;向所述提取液中依次加入红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵,充分混匀后灭菌,得到发酵液;于发酵液中接种复合菌剂,然后进行发酵培养,经浓缩、过滤、低温干燥、粉碎,得到第一提取物粉;
(4)向步骤(3)所述加水提取后的反应渣中加入石豆兰全草粉,然后加入乙醇进行回流提取,得到提取液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后得到第二提取物粉;
(5)将第一提取物粉和第二提取物粉混合均匀,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,进行所述干燥至含水率为8%以下,进行所述粉碎至粒径大小为40-60目。
6.根据权利要求4所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,进行所述加水提取中,混合后的粉末与水之间的重量比为1:5-8,提取的温度为100℃,提取的时间为60-90min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,提取液、红糖、黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、酵母粉、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁以及硫酸铵之间的重量比为100:4-6:1-3:1-3:0.8-1.5:0.2-0.4:0.04-0.06:0.1-0.2;所述复合菌剂为植物乳杆菌和酿酒酵母菌按重量比1:3-6组成,所述复合菌剂接种量为发酵液质量的5-8%;所述发酵的温度为25-35℃,所述发酵的时间为18-24h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的焕颜抗衰面膜,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述乙醇的质量浓度为65-80%,所述乙醇提取的料液比为1g:6-8mL,进行所述回流提取的时间为2-3h。
9.权利要求1所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠混合后加热至80-85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至80-85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇,搅拌均匀,即得。
10.权利要求2-8任一项所述焕颜抗衰面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
将水、甘油、丁二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、丙二醇、卡波姆、EDTA二钠混合后加热至80-85℃,得到A相;将牛油果树果脂、薰衣草油、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合后加热至80-85℃,得到B相;向A相中加入精氨酸,然后加入B相,均质,降温至40℃以下,依次加入芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物、水解角蛋白、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、1,2-己二醇、混合植物提取物,搅拌均匀,即得。
