本发明公开了一种智护靓颜光彩面膜及其制备方法,各组分按其质量百分比计为:水为1%‑80%、丙二醇为0.2%‑0.7%、聚甘油‑10为0.2%‑0.7%、积雪草提取物为1%‑5%、虎杖根提取物为1%‑5%、黄芩根提取物为1%‑5%、茶叶提取物为1%‑5%、光果甘草根提取物为1%‑5%,本发明的有益效果是:通过从积雪草、虎杖根、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草根、母菊花、迷迭香叶萃中取主要原料,组合发挥最大的功效,无细胞毒性,较强的抗炎作用,通过免疫调节和舒缓加强皮肤屏障,可起到预防并缓解皮肤过敏的产生,降低其他过敏物质对皮肤的刺激,保护皮肤,对干燥肌肤进行补水保湿,调节肌肤水油平衡,通过透明质酸钠能够在皮肤表面形成长效生物保护膜,具有锁水、储水、隔离、防护、缓释等作用。

本发明涉及护肤化妆品技术领域,具体为一种智护靓颜光彩面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是护肤品的一个类别,用于皮肤补水,也具有保湿、滋润、营养、改善外观、深层清洁等多种功能。面膜是很早以前就已经被使用的一种化妆品。远在古埃及金字塔时代,已经知道利用一些天然的原料,如土、火山灰、海泥等敷面或身体上,治疗一些皮肤病。后来发展到用羊毛脂于各种物质如蜂蜜、植物的花类、蛋类、粗面粉、粗豆类等混合,调成浆状,敷在脸上进习性美容或治理一些皮肤病。但是现有的面膜主要使用原料仍不够天然,对皮肤的刺激性较大,使用后容易导致敏感型皮肤过敏,且保湿能力不足。

本发明的目的在于提供一种智护靓颜光彩面膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,各组分按其质量百分比计为:水为1%-80%、丙二醇为0.2%-0.7%、聚甘油-10为0.2%-0.7%、积雪草提取物为1%-5%、虎杖根提取物为1%-5%、黄芩根提取物为1%-5%、茶叶提取物为1%-5%、光果甘草根提取物为1%-5%、母菊花提取物为1%-5%、迷迭香叶提取物为1%-5%、甜菜碱为1%-2%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6为0.1%-1%、黄原胶为1%-5%、聚丙烯酸钠为0.1%-1%、山茱萸提取物为1%-5%、精氨酸阿魏酸盐为0.1%-1%、1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺为0.1%-1%、聚丙烯酰胺为0.1%-1%、透明质酸钠为0.1%-1%、C13-14 异链烷烃为0.1%-1%、月桂醇聚醚-7为0.1%-1%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷为0.1%-1%、环己硅氧烷为0.1%-1%、大麻叶提取物为1%-5%、甘露糖醇为1%-5%、对羟基苯乙酮为0.1%-1%、甘油辛酸酯为0.1%-1%、辛酰羟肟酸为0.1%-1%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油为0.1%-1%、乳酸为0.1%-1%、EDTA二钠为0.1%-1%、香精为1%-5%。
作为优选,所述积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物的比例为1:1:1:1:1:1:1。
作为优选,所述大麻叶提取物是质量比为5~8:2~3:1的大麻叶、大麻花和大麻杆,加乙醇水溶液提取制成的提取物,且主要成分为大麻二酚。
作为优选,所述聚甘油-10与丙二醇的比例为1:1。
作为优选,所述甜菜碱为从长链脂肪酸出发依次经卤化、季铵化、酰胺化三步反应得到相应的长链羧基甜菜碱。
作为优选,所述甘露糖醇将液化后的淀粉进行糖化、差向异构,得到甘露糖和葡萄糖混合液,再所得混合液采用结晶分离法分离,得到甘露糖醇。
作为优选,所述透明质酸钠为由鸡冠经粉碎处理后在七十摄氏度下灭活,然后用乙醇清洗,除去异蛋白和脂肪等杂质,再经胰蛋白酶一次添加酶解法酶解,用卤代烷吡啶盐纯化,最后用生理盐水进行沉淀,获得高纯度的透明质酸或透明质酸钠。
一种智护靓颜光彩面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、配置溶液一:按照配方比例,称取积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物,加入一定比例的水中,加热搅拌,至完全溶解;
S2、配置溶液二:按照配方比例,再称取山茱萸提取物、大麻叶提取物、甘露糖醇、丙二醇、聚甘油-10、甜菜碱、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、黄原胶,加一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、氨酸阿魏酸盐、甘油辛酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀;
S3、配置溶液三:按照配方比例,再称取1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、透明质酸钠、C13-14 异链烷烃、月桂醇聚醚-7、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、乳酸、EDTA二钠、香精加入一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、混合搅拌:将溶液一加入溶液二中,搅拌30分钟,再加入溶液三,继续搅拌10分钟;
S5、装袋:将步骤4得到的混合溶液静置12小时以上,然后与面膜混合进行装袋。

通过从积雪草、虎杖根、黄芩根、茶叶、光果甘草根、母菊花、迷迭香叶萃中取主要原料,组合发挥最大的功效,无细胞毒性,较强的抗炎作用,通过免疫调节和舒缓加强皮肤屏障,可起到预防并缓解皮肤过敏的产生,降低其他过敏物质对皮肤的刺激,保护皮肤,对干燥肌肤进行补水保湿,调节肌肤水油平衡,通过透明质酸钠能够在皮肤表面形成长效生物保护膜,具有锁水、储水、隔离、防护、缓释等作用。

其中,所述大麻叶提取物是质量比为5~8:2~3:1的大麻叶、大麻花和大麻杆,加乙醇水溶液提取制成的提取物,且主要成分为大麻二酚,大麻二酚是药用植物大麻中的主要化学成分,来源于大麻叶提取物,是大麻中的非成瘾性成分,消炎效用高,可改善痤疮、湿疹和牛皮癣等皮肤炎性症状。大麻种子富含蛋白质、可溶性纤维素、矿物质等元素,大麻种子制成的大麻籽油具有消炎、保湿、抗氧化等功效。

其中,所述甜菜碱为从长链脂肪酸出发依次经卤化、季铵化、酰胺化三步反应得到相应的长链羧基甜菜碱,甜菜碱在化妆品中主要做保湿剂来使用,该成分容易和水相互作用,产生保湿能力。甜菜碱有优秀的保湿能力,并且使用时没有黏糊糊的感觉。使用后能使面部更光滑,并且它和其他成分的结合还能用于减轻皮肤过敏,是理想的镇静保湿剂。能平衡细胞渗透压,在肌肤遭遇恶劣环境,细胞渗透压失衡、细胞失水时协助细胞回复平衡和保湿状态。

其中,所述透明质酸钠为由鸡冠经粉碎处理后在一定温度下灭活,然后用乙醇清洗,除去异蛋白和脂肪等杂质,再经胰蛋白酶一次添加酶解法酶解,用卤代烷吡啶盐纯化,最后用生理盐水进行沉淀,获得高纯度的透明质酸或透明质酸钠,能够在皮肤表面形成长效生物保护膜,具有锁水、储水、隔离、防护、缓释等多重作用。

S1、配置溶液一:按照配方比例,称取积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物,加入一定比例的水中,加热搅拌,至完全溶解;
S2、配置溶液二:按照配方比例,再称取山茱萸提取物、大麻叶提取物、甘露糖醇、丙二醇、聚甘油-10、甜菜碱、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、黄原胶,加一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、氨酸阿魏酸盐、甘油辛酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀;
S3、配置溶液三:按照配方比例,再称取1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、透明质酸钠、C13-14 异链烷烃、月桂醇聚醚-7、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、乳酸、EDTA二钠、香精加入一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、混合搅拌:将溶液一加入溶液二中,搅拌30分钟,再加入溶液三,继续搅拌10分钟;
S5、装袋:将步骤4得到的混合溶液静置12小时以上,然后与面膜混合进行装袋。
实施例1、一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,各组分按其质量百分比计为:水为70%、丙二醇为0.2%、聚甘油-10为0.2%、积雪草提取物为1%、虎杖根提取物为1%、黄芩根提取物为1%、茶叶提取物为1%、光果甘草根提取物为1%、母菊花提取物为1%、迷迭香叶提取物为1%、甜菜碱为2%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6为0.2%、黄原胶为1%、聚丙烯酸钠为0.2%、山茱萸提取物为1%、精氨酸阿魏酸盐为0.2%、1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺为0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺为0.2%、透明质酸钠为0.2%、C13-14 异链烷烃为0.2%、月桂醇聚醚-7为0.2%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷为0.2%、环己硅氧烷为0.2%、大麻叶提取物为5%、甘露糖醇为5%、对羟基苯乙酮为0.2%、甘油辛酸酯为0.3%、辛酰羟肟酸为0.3%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油为0.3%、乳酸为0.3%、EDTA二钠为0.2%、香精为5%。

S2、配置溶液二:按照配方比例,再称取山茱萸提取物0.5%、大麻叶提取物0.5%、甘露糖醇1%、丙二醇0.5%、0.5%的聚甘油-10、甜菜碱1%、0.5%的聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、黄原胶3%,加至20%的水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚丙烯酸钠0.5%、氨酸阿魏酸盐0.5%、甘油辛酸酯0.5%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.5%,混合均匀;
S3、配置溶液三:按照配方比例,再称取0.5%的1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺0.5%、透明质酸钠0.5%、C13-14 异链烷烃0.5%、0.5%的月桂醇聚醚-7、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、环己硅氧烷0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、辛酰羟肟酸0.5%、乳酸1%、EDTA二钠1%、香精3%加入20%的水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、混合搅拌:将溶液一加入溶液二中,搅拌30分钟,再加入溶液三,继续搅拌10分钟;
S5、装袋:将步骤4得到的混合溶液静置12小时以上,然后与面膜混合进行装袋。

1.一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于,各组分按其质量百分比计为:水为1%-80%、丙二醇为0.2%-0.7%、聚甘油-10为0.2%-0.7%、积雪草提取物为1%-5%、虎杖根提取物为1%-5%、黄芩根提取物为1%-5%、茶叶提取物为1%-5%、光果甘草根提取物为1%-5%、母菊花提取物为1%-5%、迷迭香叶提取物为1%-5%、甜菜碱为1%-2%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6为0.1%-1%、黄原胶为1%-5%、聚丙烯酸钠为0.1%-1%、山茱萸提取物为1%-5%、精氨酸阿魏酸盐为0.1%-1%、1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺为0.1%-1%、聚丙烯酰胺为0.1%-1%、透明质酸钠为0.1%-1%、C13-14 异链烷烃为0.1%-1%、月桂醇聚醚-7为0.1%-1%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷为0.1%-1%、环己硅氧烷为0.1%-1%、大麻叶提取物为1%-5%、甘露糖醇为1%-5%、对羟基苯乙酮为0.1%-1%、甘油辛酸酯为0.1%-1%、辛酰羟肟酸为0.1%-1%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油为0.1%-1%、乳酸为0.1%-1%、EDTA二钠为0.1%-1%、香精为1%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物的比例为1:1:1:1:1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述大麻叶提取物是质量比为5~8:2~3:1的大麻叶、大麻花和大麻杆,加乙醇水溶液提取制成的提取物,且主要成分为大麻二酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述聚甘油-10与丙二醇的比例为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述甜菜碱为从长链脂肪酸出发依次经卤化、季铵化、酰胺化三步反应得到相应的长链羧基甜菜碱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述甘露糖醇将液化后的淀粉进行糖化、差向异构,得到甘露糖和葡萄糖混合液,再所得混合液采用结晶分离法分离,得到甘露糖醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种智护靓颜光彩面膜,其特征在于:所述透明质酸钠为由鸡冠经粉碎处理后在七十摄氏度下灭活,然后用乙醇清洗,除去异蛋白和脂肪等杂质,再经胰蛋白酶一次添加酶解法酶解,用卤代烷吡啶盐纯化,最后用生理盐水进行沉淀,获得高纯度的透明质酸或透明质酸钠。
8.一种智护靓颜光彩面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、配置溶液一:按照配方比例,称取积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物,加入一定比例的水中,加热搅拌,至完全溶解;
S2、配置溶液二:按照配方比例,再称取山茱萸提取物、大麻叶提取物、甘露糖醇、丙二醇、聚甘油-10、甜菜碱、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、黄原胶,加一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、氨酸阿魏酸盐、甘油辛酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀;
S3、配置溶液三:按照配方比例,再称取1-甲基乙内酰脲-2-酰亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、透明质酸钠、C13-14 异链烷烃、月桂醇聚醚-7、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、乳酸、EDTA二钠、香精加入一定比例的水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、混合搅拌:将溶液一加入溶液二中,搅拌30分钟,再加入溶液三,继续搅拌10分钟;
S5、装袋:将步骤4得到的混合溶液静置12小时以上,然后与面膜混合进行装袋。
