The inner fine adjustment curved shoulder device 8 is arranged on the outer shoulder seat 404 in a relatively deflection way.

In this embodiment, an inner spring set is further connected between the coarse adjustment cylinder 804 and the outer bracket 802, wherein the coarse adjustment cylinder is preferably adjusted to extend and retract, and at this time, the fine adjustment cylinder can correspondingly extend and retract, and after the primary coarse adjustment is completed, the fine adjustment cylinder is further adjusted to extend and retract, and at this time, the coarse adjustment cylinder is kept constant and correspondingly pressed by the inner spring set.

the lower support piece (3) is installed at the lower end of the central vertebral piece (2), and an installation bandage (301) is arranged on the lower support piece (3);
the neck positioning massage component (5) is arranged on the machine body main frame (1), and one end of the neck positioning massage component (5) is connected with the central vertebra piece (2);
the chest and shoulder abduction components (4) are symmetrically arranged on the machine body main frame (1) and are positioned at two sides of the central vertebral member (2);
a swing arm joint device (6); the two groups are arranged in bilateral symmetry, one end of each swing arm joint device (6) is hinged to the neck positioning massage assembly (5), and the swing arm joint devices (6) are used for assisting in stretching elbow joints of patients in stroke spasm paralysis; and
a curved palm joint device (601); the palm bending joint devices (601) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the swing arm joint devices (6), are bound with wrist joints of a human body through external binding ropes, and can carry out forearm outward rotation on the palm of a patient in the cerebral apoplexy spasm paralysis period, and synchronously enable the wrist joint of the patient to stretch out of the back and the thumb to stretch out.
2. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 1, wherein: neck pendulum position massage subassembly (5) includes:
the mounting transverse frame (501) is transversely fixed on the machine body main frame (1);
the bidirectional screw (502) is transversely arranged on the mounting transverse frame (501) in a relatively rotating manner, a driving motor is arranged on the mounting transverse frame (501), and the output end of the driving motor is connected and fixed with the bidirectional screw (502);
the outer shaft bracket (503) is symmetrically arranged on the bidirectional screw rod (502) in a relatively sliding way through a thread meshing transmission effect;
the shoulder clamp seats (504) are transversely and symmetrically fixed on the upper end surface of each outer shaft frame (503) and lean against the shoulders of the patient in the cerebral apoplexy spastic paralysis period, and external locking belts are further connected to the shoulder clamp seats (504);
the driving guide wheel (505) is arranged on the outer shaft bracket (503) in a relatively rotating mode, an inner rolling wheel is arranged on the outer shaft bracket (503), a connecting rope section (506) is rolled on the inner rolling wheel, the connecting rope section (506) is wound on the driving guide wheel (505), and a guide wheel (507) is further arranged on the outer shaft bracket in a rotating mode; and
and the bent neck pressing device (7) is rotatably arranged on the central vertebral element (2), and one end of the connecting rope section (506) is connected with the bent neck pressing device (7).
3. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 1, wherein: the bending neck pressing device (7) comprises:
the outer mounting seat (701) is arranged on the central vertebral element (2) in a relatively rotating mode, and a rotating disc (702) is symmetrically arranged in the outer mounting seat (701) in a rotating mode;
the elastic bag layer (703) is arranged in the outer mounting seat (701) in an attaching mode, a plurality of inflatable air bags are filled in the elastic bag layer (703), and a soft connecting layer (704) is attached to the outside of the elastic bag layer (703);
the inner transfer rod is arranged in the rotating disc (702) in a sliding mode, guide levers (705) are symmetrically fixed to two sides of the outer mounting seat (701), one end of the inner transfer rod is connected with the inner transfer rod (705) in a sliding mode through a locking piece, and a bearing seat is mounted at the other end of the inner transfer rod;
the massage wheel sets (706) are arranged on the bearing seat in a vertically symmetrical and rotating mode; and
and the central pressing piece (707) is transversely arranged on the bearing seat through a supporting spring and is positioned between the massage wheel sets (706).
4. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for multijoint of upper limb according to claim 3, wherein: the massage wheel set (706) is formed by combining three inner wheel shafts which are arranged in a circumferential array and can rotate independently.
5. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 1, wherein: the chest shoulder abduction assembly (4) comprises:
the outer positioning frame (401) is transversely arranged on the machine body main frame (1);
a back seat (402) fixed on the outer positioning frame (401);
the bearing columns (403) are symmetrically arranged on the outer positioning frame (401) and are positioned at two sides of the back seat (402);
the outer shoulder seat (404) is arranged on the bearing column (403) in a relatively rotatable manner, one end of the outer shoulder seat (404) is connected with the spine seat (402) through a hinge (405), a hydraulic telescopic rod (406) is hinged on the outer shoulder seat (404), and one end of the hydraulic telescopic rod (406) is connected with the outer positioning frame (401); and
and the inner fine adjustment bending shoulder device (8) is arranged on the outer shoulder seat (404) in a relatively-deflected manner.
6. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 5, wherein: the inner wall of the outer shoulder seat (404) is constructed into an arc-shaped structure, and an elastic cushion layer is arranged in the outer shoulder seat (404).
7. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 5, wherein: the inner fine adjustment shoulder bending device (8) comprises:
the inner clamping seat (801) is arranged on one side of the outer shoulder seat (404) in a relatively rotating mode, and one end of the inner clamping seat (801) is attached to the outer shoulder seat (404);
an outer cradle (802) secured to the outer shoulder mount (404); and
the fine adjustment cylinder piece (803) and the coarse adjustment cylinder piece (804) are connected between the inner clamping seat (801) and the outer bracket (802).
8. The dynamic stabilization therapeutic apparatus for upper limb multijoint according to claim 7, wherein: an inner spring group is also connected between the coarse adjusting cylinder piece (804) and the outer bracket (802).
