Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方,营养粉配方食材组成有:薏苡仁20~35,茯苓15~25,葛根15~25,山药20~35,配方数量均以克为单位。采用蒸汽熟化,破壁成粉制作,使该营养粉吸收更充分,食用更方便。本发明所选用的食材配方,为纯食材制作,不含任何添加剂成分,食材均为国家规定的药食同源类食材,安全性较高,对于痛风患者来说,是药物治疗外的另一种食疗选择。痛风,属于中医学痹证范畴,此营养粉尤其适合痹证中的风湿热痹证型的痛风患者食用,备制成粉,食用方便。

本发明涉及中医食材,食疗养生的技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方。
背景技术
痛风属于中医学“痹证”范畴,目前通过采用中药食材来调理上改善上疾病状况,恢复健康的养生保健方法,在当今社会已越来越受到广大群众的认可和接受。中医食材养生,药膳食疗相对于药物而言,虽然不能代替药物的治疗,但其长期食用具有安全性高,毒副作用较少,且具一定食疗功用的优点。市面上现有用于痛风患者食疗的营养粉较少,种类也比较单一。为此,我们提出一种由多种食材搭配,对于痛风具有更高食疗功用的营养粉,从而有利于缓解痛风带来的疼痛以及降低尿酸浓度。
发明内容
为了让痛风患者更好的降低尿酸和缓解疼痛,促进健康,本发明公开了一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方。
本发明公开了一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方,食材配方有:薏苡仁20~35,茯苓15~25,百合25~45,葛根15~25,山药20~35。
茯苓:具有利水渗湿,健脾宁心的功用。
薏苡仁:具有利水渗湿,健脾,除痹,清热排脓的功用。中医治疗痛风时常搭配有薏苡仁。
葛根:升阳解肌,透疹止泻,生津止渴。葛根能够缓解痛风时所产生的关节疼痛现象。
山药:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带。山药是一种碱性的食物,痛风病人在日常饮食当中适当的摄入一些山药,能够帮助加速对尿酸的排出,有利于减缓痛风患者的病症。
百合:养阴润肺,清心安神。百合富含秋水仙碱对缓解急性痛风,可有效控制炎症,而前驱期应用秋水仙碱可阻止痛风发作。
一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方,其具体的制备方法如下:
1)筛选:挑选出合格的食材(无杂质,无染色,无添加,无毒害)
2)浸泡清洗:浸泡清洗,去除食材表面灰尘和杂质。
3)熟化:再将食材盛装至食品蒸汽设备中以100~110℃的高温熟化食材,熟化时间为20±5分钟,接着进行冷却干燥使该食材的含水量为3.5%以下。
4)再进行破壁磨粉。
5)通过巴氏灭菌处理后真空密封包装存储。
有益效果是:痛风属于中医学“痹证”范畴,本发明所选用的食材配方,为纯食材制作,不含任何添加剂和对人体有害成分,食材均为国家规定的药食同源类食材,安全性较高;此营养粉,尤其适合中医学痹证中,风湿热痹证型的痛风患者食用,备制成粉,食用方便。
评价标准:
(1)磷钨酸还原法:血尿酸值:男150-420μmol/L;女90-357μmol/L。
(2)临床体征、症状,消失或改善。
血尿酸值明显下降,并恢复到正常值范围内,痛风临床表现,脚踝关节或脚指,手臂、手指关节处红、肿、热、痛等症状消失或改善,为有效。
高血尿酸值无明显下降,痛风临床表现,脚踝关节或脚指,手臂、手指关节处红、肿、热、痛等症状,未消失或改善的,为无效。
疗效评价:

以上所述,在食用本发明的营养粉配方(每周3~5天,持续3个月以上)同时,嘱咐患者起居规律,适量轻中度运动,劳逸结合,不熬夜,不喝酒少吸烟,不吃海鲜和动物内脏等高嘌呤食物,清淡饮食,营养均衡,多吃富含维生素C和B族含量较高的蔬菜和水果。

3.根据权利要求1中,一种用于痛风患者食用的营养粉配方,其特征在于,食材按照配方和重量通过制备加工后,为粉末状形态。
