step 104, after receiving the data to be printed, judging whether first face characteristic information of a user is received or not;
step 106, when first face characteristic information of a user is received and second face characteristic information matched with the first face characteristic information exists, executing the printing task process; wherein the second face feature information has an association relationship with the print job process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the printer may receive data to be printed, which is sent by a user from a terminal device, and create a print job process for the data to be printed.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a printer system, where the printer may be connected to other terminal devices, for example, a mobile terminal, a PC (Personal Computer), and the like, where the data to be printed may be content that needs to be printed by a user, for example, a text document, a table, and the like, the data to be printed may have a corresponding print task process after being sent to the printer, for example, a process file spools.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the data to be printed, it may be determined whether the first facial feature information of the user is received.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment of the present invention may configure a corresponding face recognition machine for the printer, where the face recognition machine has an external camera, the camera may be configured to obtain an image of a user, the face recognition machine may be mounted on the printer or mounted in another specific location, and the printer may capture facial feature information of the user through the face recognition machine, specifically, the facial feature information may be an image of the user acquired by the face recognition machine through the external camera, and facial feature data calculated based on the image of the user, and the facial feature information may be used to identify different users.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the first facial feature information may be facial feature information received after the printer receives the data to be printed.
In practical application, the printer can judge whether the first facial feature information of the user is received or not after receiving the data to be printed through the face recognition machine.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the print job process may be executed when first face feature information of a user is received and second face feature information matching the first face feature information exists, and the second face feature information may have an association relationship with the print job process.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the second facial feature information may be facial feature information that the user prerecorded before sending the data to be printed.
In a specific implementation, after receiving first face feature information of a user, the embodiment of the present invention may determine whether second face feature information matching the first face feature information exists, and when the second face feature information matching the first face feature information exists, execute a print job process having an association relationship with the second face feature information.
Specifically, before sending the data to be printed, the user can enter a user image through a camera of the terminal device or an external camera on a face recognition machine on the printer, after acquiring the user image, the face recognition machine can generate second face feature information and a user account corresponding to the second face feature information through the user image, and store the user account corresponding to the second face feature information and the second face feature information in a database, when the user needs to perform a printing operation, the user account corresponding to the second face feature information can be logged in to send the data to be printed to the printer, at this time, the printer system can judge that the received data to be printed is the data to be printed with the association relation with the second face feature information, after the printer receives the data to be printed, when the user walks to the vicinity of the printer, the printer can acquire the first facial feature information of the user through the external camera, match the first facial feature information with the second facial feature information in the database, and if the matching is successful, execute the printing task process aiming at the user to complete the printing operation of the user.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the embodiments of the present invention, a full example is provided below for illustration.
For example, before a user a performs a printing operation, the user a takes a picture through an external camera or a mobile phone camera of a printer to generate a user image for the user a, the face recognition machine may generate facial feature information a and an account a for the user a for the image, when the user a wants to print a document through the printer, the user a may log in the account a to send the print document to the printer, when the printer system receives the print document sent by the account a, the printer system determines that the print document belongs to the account a, after the user a sends the document to the printer, the user a may walk to the vicinity of the printer, at this time, the printer may obtain the facial feature information of the user a again through the external camera, and match the received facial feature information with the facial feature information in the database, if the matching is successful, the printer may print the print document associated with the facial feature information a, if the user B walks to the vicinity of the printer after the user A sends the data to the printer, the printer also acquires the facial feature information of the user B through the external camera, obviously, the facial feature information of the user B cannot be matched with the facial feature information of the user A, and the user B cannot print the printing data associated with the facial feature information A.
In the embodiment of the invention, data to be printed is received, and a printing task process aiming at the data to be printed is established; after receiving the data to be printed, judging whether first surface characteristic information of a user is received or not; when first face characteristic information of a user is received and second face characteristic information matched with the first face characteristic information exists, executing the printing task process; the second face characteristic information and the printing task process have an incidence relation, so that the printer is unlocked through face recognition on the basis that a user is prevented from unlocking the printer by carrying an entity key such as a work card, and the confidentiality and the safety of a printed file are improved.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, a modified embodiment of the above-described embodiment is proposed, and it is to be noted herein that, in order to make the description brief, only the differences from the above-described embodiment are described in the modified embodiment.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining whether the first facial characteristic information of the user is received may further include:
and when the time length of the user staying in the scanning range is greater than or equal to a preset staying time length threshold value, judging whether the first face characteristic information of the user is received.
In practical applications, the application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention may be directed to a scenario with multiple users and multiple printers, such as an office; because a plurality of printers are placed in an office to enable a user to select nearby, a corresponding scanning range can be configured for each printer, furthermore, the scanning ranges of the plurality of printers can cover the whole office area, the plurality of printers can be managed by the same printer system, the plurality of printers can share prerecorded facial feature information in the same database, and the user can print at any printer under the printer system after sending data to be printed.
Further, in a scenario with multiple users, the mobility of people is relatively high, so that the printer according to the embodiment of the present invention may determine, in a listening manner, whether a duration that the user stays in the scanning range is greater than or equal to a preset stay duration threshold, and determine, only when the duration that the user stays in the scanning range is greater than or equal to the preset stay duration threshold, whether the first facial feature information of the user is received.
For example, when the user a enters the scanning range, the subjective intention of the user a does not want to use the printer but does other things, and the user a does not stay near the printer, so the printer system may determine that the user a does not intend to print through the preset stay time threshold, so the facial feature data of the user a is not collected, when the user a stays in the scanning range and the stay time is greater than or equal to the preset stay time threshold, the printer system may determine that the user a needs to perform the printing operation through the preset stay time threshold, and then the printer may collect the first facial feature information of the user through the external camera at this time.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the first face characteristic information of the user is collected, whether the time length for which the user stays in the scanning range is larger than or equal to the preset stay time length threshold value or not is judged, so that the printer system can be prevented from mistakenly considering that the user executes the printing task process as long as the user walks into the scanning range, the printer can be prevented from automatically printing materials when the user enters the scanning range and does not intend to make the printer execute the printing task process, and the safety of the printing materials is further ensured.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of executing the print job process may further include:
in the process of executing the printing task process, judging whether the time length of the user leaving the scanning range exceeds a preset leaving time length threshold value or not;
if yes, stopping the printing task process and sending process stop information to the user.
In a specific implementation, in the process of executing the print task process, the embodiment of the present invention determines whether the time length during which the user leaves the scanning range exceeds the preset leaving time length threshold, and stops the print task process and sends process stop information to the user when the time length during which the user leaves the scanning range exceeds the preset leaving time length threshold.
In practical application, a user may temporarily do some other things while waiting for the printer to execute printing, so that in the process of executing a printing task process, the embodiment of the present invention may determine whether the user only temporarily walks away or leaves the printer for a long time by determining whether the time length for which the user leaves the scanning range exceeds a preset leaving time threshold, and if the user leaves the printer for a long time, the embodiment of the present invention may stop the printing task process and send process stop information to the user to notify the user that the printing transaction has stopped, and at the same time, for a printed part, may print a warning slogan to indicate that the content of the printed part is owned by a specific user.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the time length of the user leaving the scanning range exceeds the preset leaving time length threshold value is judged in the process of executing the printing task process, so that the printer can stop the printing task process and inform the user that the printing transaction is stopped when the user leaves the printer for a long time, and the safety of printing materials is further ensured.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the data processing method for a printer may further include:
after the printing task process is completed, packaging the file corresponding to the printing task process into the file packaging container; wherein the file packaging container has a corresponding file identifier; the file identification is used for enabling the user to extract the file packaged in the file packaging container.
In a specific implementation, the file packaging container in the embodiment of the present invention may be a file bag or a file storage slot, the file identifier may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode or other identifier having an identification function, or a preset password, and a user may extract the file packaging container from a printer in a code scanning manner or a password inputting manner, so as to obtain a file packaged in the file packaging container.
In the embodiment, the file corresponding to the printing task process is packaged into the packaging container with the corresponding file identification file, so that the security of the printing material is further ensured.
Generally speaking, in the embodiment of the present invention, data to be printed is received, and a print task process for the data to be printed is established; after receiving the data to be printed, judging whether first surface characteristic information of a user is received or not; when first face characteristic information of a user is received and second face characteristic information matched with the first face characteristic information exists, executing the printing task process; the second face characteristic information and the printing task process have an incidence relation, so that the printer is unlocked through face recognition on the basis that a user is prevented from unlocking the printer by carrying an entity key such as a work card, and the confidentiality and the safety of a printed file are improved.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the first facial feature information of the user is collected, it is determined whether the time length during which the user stays in the scanning range exceeds a preset stay time length threshold value, it is possible to prevent the printer system from misunderstanding that the user performs the print job process as long as he or she goes within the scanning range, and further, it is possible to prevent the printer from printing materials by itself when the user enters the scanning range without intending to make the printer execute the printing task process, by judging whether the time length of the user leaving the scanning range exceeds the preset leaving time length threshold value or not in the process of executing the printing task process, and stopping printing when the time length of the user leaving the scanning range exceeds the preset leaving time length threshold value, the file corresponding to the printing task process is packaged into the file packaging container with the corresponding file identification, so that the safety of the printing materials is further ensured.

step 206, when first face feature information of a user is received and second face feature information matched with the first face feature information exists, executing the printing task process; wherein the second face characteristic information has an association relationship with the print task process;
and 208, when first face feature information of a user is received and second face feature information matched with the first face feature information does not exist, storing the first face feature information, and executing user operation of the user corresponding to the first face feature information based on the first face feature information.
In a specific implementation, after receiving first facial feature information of a user, the embodiment of the application may determine whether second facial feature information matching the first facial feature information exists, store the first facial feature information when the second facial feature information matching the first facial feature information does not exist, and execute a user operation of the user corresponding to the first facial feature information based on the first facial feature information.
In practical applications, in the case that there is no second face feature information matching the first face feature information, it does not mean that the user cannot use the printer, but the determination process is only to ensure that the user cannot execute the print job process of another user through the printer, so when there is no second face feature information matching the first face feature information, the printer may still store the first face feature information in the database, and execute the user operation of the user corresponding to the first face feature information based on the first face feature information.
For example, if the printer already has the print job process a of the user a, and the printer acquires the facial feature data B of the user B through the face recognition machine at this time, the user B cannot execute the print job process a, but the printer may store the facial feature data B in the database and execute user operations such as scanning, copying, printing, and the like based on the facial feature data B.
In the embodiment of the invention, data to be printed is received, and a printing task process aiming at the data to be printed is established; after receiving the data to be printed, judging whether first surface characteristic information of a user is received or not; when first face characteristic information of a user is received and second face characteristic information matched with the first face characteristic information exists, executing the printing task process; wherein the second face characteristic information has an association relationship with the print task process; when first face feature information of a user is received and second face feature information matched with the first face feature information does not exist, storing the first face feature information, and executing user operation of the user corresponding to the first face feature information based on the first face feature information, so that printer unlocking is realized through face recognition on the basis of avoiding the situation that the user carries an entity key such as a work card to unlock a printer, the confidentiality and the safety of a printed file are improved, furthermore, after the first face feature information of the user is received, whether second face feature information matched with the first face feature information exists can be judged, and the second face feature information of the first face feature information is compared, and when the second face feature information matched with the first face feature information does not exist, store first face characteristic information, and based on first face characteristic information carry out with the user's that first face characteristic information corresponds user operation, both protected the privacy of the affiliated user of printing data, avoided the unable condition of using the printer of other users again to the flexibility of user when using the printer has been guaranteed, and then user experience has been promoted.
