Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
There are some phenomena in print shops: some users do not set the printing format before printing, and need to readjust the settings in the terminal of the print shop; furthermore, there are a few characters left unedited during printing. The phenomenon can cause the computer of the print shop to be occupied for a long time, influence the use of other users and further influence the business of the print shop. Although part of users occupy the terminal for too long time, the print shop cannot charge corresponding service fee according to the operation time of the users. Such an action that the user occupies the terminal for a long time impairs the interest of the print shop. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a print charging method in some embodiments of the invention, including the steps of:
s11: after the operation request is triggered, recording the operation time;
s12: and charging according to the operation time and other printing charging parameter information.
Wherein, the triggering operation request refers to triggering operation request at the terminal. In practical application, the terminal can be a computer, a tablet computer, a printer, a mobile phone and other devices.
In some embodiments, the operation request may be a request for waking up the terminal, even if the terminal enters into another state from one state, for example, the terminal is a computer, and the operation request may be a request for making the computer enter into a normal working state from a standby state; the operation request can also be a wake-up request for a certain program in the terminal, even if the certain program in the terminal enters a request of another state from one state, for example, the program is a printing auxiliary program, and the operation request can be a request of entering the printing auxiliary program into a normal working state from a locking state; the operation request may also be a start request for a certain program/device, such as a certain program with a printing function (e.g., a program with a printing function in the office or other auxiliary programs), and the operation request may start the program with the printing function. In some preferred embodiments, the triggering mode is various, for example, if the terminal is a computer, the triggering action can be completed by moving a mouse, or by clicking or double-clicking the mouse, or by clicking or double-clicking an icon of a program or a function button. For example, if the terminal is a terminal with a touch screen, the triggering action (for example, long-time pressing, one or more times clicking, etc.) may be completed by touching the touch screen, or the triggering action may be completed by long-time pressing, one or more times clicking an icon of a certain program or a certain function key on the touch screen. For example, if the terminal is a mobile phone, the triggering operation can be accomplished by using the triggering mode of the terminal with a touch screen, or by swinging, shaking, turning over the mobile phone, or the like. For example, if the terminal is a printing device, the trigger action may be completed by clicking a function button (which may be a physical button or a virtual function button) on the printing device. In practical application, a specific triggering mode and an operation request can be reasonably selected according to specific application requirements and specific terminal characteristics.
In practical application, the operation time is a period of time, and the time is counted from the time when the operation request is triggered to the time when the time is ended. Specifically, the certain time point may be selected according to the actual application, for example, the time point for completing generating the payment interface may be selected as a time point for ending the timing, and then the operation time is a time period from the time point after the operation request is triggered to the time point when the generation of the payment interface is completed; if the time point for ending the timing of the successful payment of the charging information can be selected, the operation time is the time period from the time point after the operation request is triggered to the time point until the charging information is successfully paid. If the specified certain time point is not reached, the operation time is increased all the time.
Preferably, in order to more clearly illustrate from which time node the operation time is obtained in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of step S11 of the print charging method provided in some embodiments of the present application, and step S11 includes the following steps:
s101: judging whether the operation request is received or not;
s102: and if the operation request is received, starting timing to acquire operation time.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the initial state of the terminal is a locked state, and when the operation request is not received, the terminal is always in the locked state; and after receiving the operation request, the terminal releases the locking state and enters a normal operation interface.
Preferably, when the terminal is a computer, the full-screen popup frame page is displayed by default in a locked state.
Preferably, the operation time is acquired in various ways, and besides directly counting the time by using a timer, in some embodiments, the operation time can be acquired by recording the time point of the trigger operation request and a certain time point, and calculating the difference between the two time points, and the certain time point can generate the time point of the payment interface.
In order to distinguish between users whose operation time is within a reasonable range and users who occupy the print shop terminal for a long time, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of step S12 of the print billing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and step S12 includes the following steps:
s103: judging whether the operation time is greater than or equal to a first preset value or not;
s104: and if the operation time is greater than or equal to the first preset value, charging according to the operation time and other printing charging parameter information.
Wherein, step S104 further includes generating charging information. Preferably, the operating time charging parameter information is displayed in the billing information.
Preferably, in some embodiments, when the operation time is less than the first preset value, if the terminal receives the print request, the terminal may also perform charging according to the print charging parameter information to generate charging information.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the operation time is always used as a printing charge parameter, and when the operation time is less than a first preset value, the charging weight of the operation time is zero, that is, the printing charge is not increased; and when the operation time is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the operation time influences the printing cost according to a preset standard.
Preferably, in some embodiments, if the operation time is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the original printing charging parameter information is updated according to the operation time to obtain the actual printing charging parameter information.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the printing charging parameter information includes: the information on the number of printing sheets, the printing type information, the paper option information, the paper size information, and the like, but is not limited to these information, and may include a printing range option, a layout option, a paper tray option, an operation option, and the like. Wherein, the paper option includes: plain paper, coated paper, card paper, and color paper; paper size options include: a4, A3, a5, B5, B4, a0, a1, a2, 8K, 16K, cover 297 × 440; the type options include: single-sided printing and double-sided printing; the color options include: black and white printing and color printing; the print scope options include: within the range of the number of pages of the printed file, the combination of any number of pages; the layout options include: printing 1 page per version, 2 pages per version, 4 pages per version, 6 pages per version, 8 pages per version, 9 pages per version and a booklet; the paper tray options include all paper trays of the printer; the printer number option includes the number of printers owned in the print shop.
In some scenarios, a user may trigger an operation request without preparation, and if a way to count time again is not provided for the user, a staff member may be required to assist in resetting the terminal each time the operation request is unintentionally triggered, preferably, referring to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a flowchart of step S102 of the print charging method provided in some embodiments of the present application, and step S102 includes:
s1021: a re-timing option is displayed.
In some embodiments, the retiming option resets the operating time. Preferably, resetting the operation time causes the terminal to enter a locked state.
When the user does not trigger the operation request, the terminal can enter the locking state again through the retiming option under the condition of not disturbing the staff, and the workload of the staff is reduced. To avoid misuse of the re-timing option by the user, step S102 may further include:
s1022: judging whether the operation time is greater than or equal to a second preset value or not;
s1023: and if the operation time is greater than or equal to the second preset value, hiding the retiming option.
Preferably, in some embodiments, step S102 may further include displaying the first preset value. The first preset value is the time when the user uses the terminal free of charge; the second preset value is a time that allows the user to reset the operation time. Preferably, the second preset value is less than or equal to the first preset value.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the first preset value may be set to 10 minutes, and the worker may set the first preset value as needed.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the second preset value may be set to 30 seconds, and the worker may set the second preset value as needed.
In order to better let the user know the timing manner of the operation time, it is preferable that in some embodiments, the first preset value is displayed and then counted down in a reciprocal manner, and when the time is zeroed, the time that the user uses the terminal for free is exhausted.
In order to remind the user that the time for using the terminal freely has been used up, it is preferable that, in some embodiments, after the countdown is finished, the first preset value turns red to remind the user that the operation has timed out.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the timeout time is displayed when the operation time is greater than or equal to a first preset value.
From the viewpoint of ensuring the privacy of the user, it is preferable that, in some embodiments, when the terminal enters the locked state, the current flow is forcibly interrupted. Preferably, in some embodiments, when the terminal enters the locked state, the data generated in the operation time is automatically cleared, and the terminal resumes the state before the operation request is triggered.
If the user still continues to occupy the printing shop terminal for a long time when the operation time is longer than the first preset value, a measure is necessary to remind the user that the printing is overtime in real time. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of step S104 of the print charging method according to the embodiment of the present application, where step S104 includes the following steps:
s1041: displaying overtime reminding information;
in order to provide a method for automatically resetting the operation time when the timeout reminding information is displayed, the step S104 further includes:
s1042: judging whether the display time of the overtime reminding information is greater than or equal to a third preset value or not;
s1043: and if the display time of the overtime reminding information is more than or equal to the third preset value, resetting the operation time.
And the third preset value is the time allowed to be displayed by the overtime reminding information. Preferably, in some embodiments, the third preset value is 5 minutes.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the terminal displays the timeout reminding message periodically until the terminal enters the locked state again.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the time out alert message is displayed every 5 minutes.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the timeout reminding information is clickable popup box information, the user can click to confirm and close the timeout reminding information, and the timeout reminding information is always displayed if the user does not operate the popup box.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the timeout reminding information includes: timeout confirmation information and timeout pricing parameter information.
Preferably, in some embodiments, the charging criteria for the time-out pricing parameter information is 0.1 dollars per minute. Preferably, in some embodiments, the charging of the time-out pricing parameter information is a maximum amount. Preferably, in some embodiments, the charging maximum of the time-out pricing parameter information is 10 dollars.
If the user leaves midway during printing, the terminal needs to wait until the operation time is greater than a first preset value, and then overtime reminding information is displayed; and finally, when the display time of the overtime reminding information is larger than a third preset value, the operation time is reset, and the terminal enters the locking state again. In order to reduce the influence of the user leaving halfway on the normal operation of the print shop, it is preferable that, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a specific flowchart of step S12 of the print billing method provided in this embodiment, and step S12 includes the following steps:
s121: recording an input time node of each input;
s122: judging whether the next input is received within a time period of a fourth preset value from the last recorded time node;
s123: and if the next input is not received within the time period of the fourth preset value, resetting the operation time.
In a specific application, the input can be input information from a keyboard, a mouse and other devices; in other specific applications, the input may be a touch input from a touch screen; in other embodiments, it may also be determined whether a human face exists in front of the terminal through the camera, so as to determine whether the user leaves halfway, in this application scenario, step S12 may further include the following steps:
s1211: recording time nodes of human faces in front of the terminal;
s1212: judging whether a face appears in a time period of a fourth preset value from the last recorded time node;
s1213: and if the face is not recognized within the time period of the fourth preset value, resetting the operation time.
Preferably, the fourth preset value is 2 minutes. By judging whether the user uses the terminal or not, the operation time can be quickly reset under the scene that the user leaves midway, so that the terminal enters the locking state again, and the disturbance to staff of a printing shop is reduced.
Different users have different printing requirements, and if the users need to print more data and print the data complicatedly, the required operation time is long. If the fixed free printing time is provided for each user, namely the first preset values are the same, users with more printing materials and complicated printing materials can feel bad printing experience. Preferably, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is another specific flowchart of step S12 of the print charging method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and step S12 further includes the following steps:
s124: judging whether the file uploaded by the user meets a preset condition or not;
s125: and if so, increasing the first preset value.
The preset condition can be preset by a shop, preferably, when the file uploaded by the user is in a DWG format, the first preset value is increased; preferably, when the size of the file uploaded by the user is larger than 5M, the first preset value is increased. The magnitude of the increase of the first preset value may be preset by the shop owner.
Preferably, the first preset value may be increased by 5 minutes each time a preset condition is satisfied. When the first preset value is increased, the first preset value can be displayed on the terminal in real time to inform a user that the first preset value is increased. Steps S124 and S125 are only one preferred embodiment in practical applications, and are only applicable to a part of scenes. For example, the method is suitable for a scene that a user directly transmits a file to a print shop terminal by accessing a cloud/scanning a two-dimensional code. In some scenarios, where steps S124 and S125 are not applicable, for example, the user edits and prints a new file directly on the terminal.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a print charging apparatus, and referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a structural diagram of the print charging apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the print charging apparatus includes:
the storage module 21 is used for recording the operation time after the operation request is triggered;
and the charging module 22 is used for charging according to the operation time and other printing charging parameter information.
