And pressing the clamping button again to extend the main oil cylinder, and removing the next pair of fasteners.

Claims (10)

the dismounting mechanism (3) comprises two groups of dismounting units which are respectively arranged at two sides of the swinging frame (2) and are used for clamping and dismounting the elastic strip fasteners in a mutually matched manner;
one end of the telescopic lifting mechanism (4) is rotatably arranged, the other end of the telescopic lifting mechanism is rotatably connected with the lifting end, and the swinging frame (2) can be lifted when the lifting mechanism (4) stretches;
the power system (6) is connected with the dismounting mechanism (3) and the lifting mechanism (4) and provides hydraulic power, and the dismounting mechanism (3) is lifted to a first pressure by the power system to pre-clamp the elastic strip fastener; maintaining the dismounting mechanism (3) at a first pressure by using the power system, and lifting the lifting mechanism (4) to a second pressure to lift the swing frame (2); and the power system is utilized to enable the dismounting mechanism (3) to reach a second pressure so as to mount the elastic strip fastener.
2. The elastic strip fastener attachment/detachment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting mechanism (4) comprises:
a connection pad (41) connected to the lifting end;
the lifting oil cylinder (44) comprises a rotating end and an extending end, the extending end is rotationally connected with the connecting disc (41), the rotating end is rotatably arranged, and the connecting disc (41) can be driven to be lifted by extending of the lifting oil cylinder (44).
3. The elastic strip fastener installation and removal device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism (4) further comprises:
an upper connecting rod (42), one end of which is rotatably connected with the upper side of the connecting disc (41), and the extension end of the lifting oil cylinder (44) is rotatably connected with the connecting disc (41) through the upper connecting rod (42);
a lower connecting rod (43) one end of which is rotatably connected with the lower side of the connecting disc (41), and the other end of which is rotatably connected with the rotating end of the lifting oil cylinder (44);
and the roller (45) is rotatably arranged at the other end of the lower connecting rod (43) so that the rotating end of the lifting oil cylinder (44) can be rotatably arranged.

A spring clip attaching/detaching device as defined in claim 3, wherein said lifting mechanism (4) further comprises an adjusting lever (46) having one end rotatably connected to a junction of said lower link (43) and said connecting disc (41) and the other end rotatably connected to a middle portion of said upper link (42), and adjusting a length of said adjusting lever (46) adjusts a distance between said upper link (42) and said lower link (43) to adjust a highest lifting height of said swing frame (2).
5. The elastic strip fastener removing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the adjusting lever (46) includes:
a bolt rod (461) one end of which is rotatably connected with the connection part of the lower connecting rod (43) and the connecting disc (41);
a screw rod (462), one end of which is in threaded connection with the other end of the screw rod (461), the other end of which is in rotational connection with the middle part of the upper connecting rod (42) through a sleeve shaft (463) sleeved on the screw rod (462), and the sleeve shaft (463) is fixed in the axial direction of the screw rod (462);
and the handle (464) is arranged in the extending direction of the screw hole rod (462) and is used for rotating the screw hole rod (462) to adjust the distance between the upper connecting rod (42) and the lower connecting rod (43).

The elastic strip fastener dismounting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dismounting mechanism (3) further comprises a driving oil cylinder (34), both ends of which are connected with the dismounting units for driving the two groups of dismounting units to clamp and dismount the elastic strip fasteners.

The elastic strip fastener dismounting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein each group of dismounting units comprises two main arms (31), each main arm (31) comprises a driving end and a grabbing end, the middle parts of the two main arms (31) are respectively rotatably arranged on two sides of the swinging frame (2), two ends of the driving oil cylinder (34) are respectively connected with the driving ends of the two main arms (31), and the grabbing ends are provided with mounting claws (32) or dismounting claws (33).

The elastic strip fastener dismounting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end and the rear end of the frame (1) are respectively provided with a limiting device (5) for clamping the rail (9) to prevent the frame (1) from tilting, the limiting device (5) comprises two groups of clamping mechanisms respectively provided with two sides of the frame (1), and each group of clamping mechanisms comprises:
a transmission rod (51) passing through the frame (1) and rotatable relative to the frame;
the limiting wheel (52) is connected with one end of the transmission rod (51) and is arranged below the frame (1);
and the rotating handle (53) is arranged at the other end of the transmission rod (51), is connected with the other end of the transmission rod (51), and is arranged above the frame (1) and is used for rotating the transmission rod (51) to enable the limiting wheel (52) to clamp the track (9) or enable the limiting wheel (52) to loosen the track (9).
9. An elastic strip fastener dismounting system, comprising:
a frame (1) for slidably mounting on a rail (9);
a swing frame (2) comprising a rotation end and a lifting end, said lifting end being rotatably connected to said frame (1);
the dismounting mechanism (3) comprises two groups of dismounting units which are respectively arranged at two sides of the swinging frame (2) and are used for clamping and dismounting the elastic strip fasteners in a mutually matched manner;
one end of the lifting mechanism (4) can be rotatably arranged, the other end of the lifting mechanism is rotatably connected with the lifting end, and the swinging frame (2) can be lifted by stretching and retracting the lifting mechanism (4);
the power system (6) is connected with the dismounting mechanism (3) and the lifting mechanism (4) and provides hydraulic power;
the control system is used for sending out a pre-clamping instruction, and the power system is used for enabling the dismounting mechanism (3) to be lifted to a first pressure to pre-clamp the elastic strip fastener; sending a lifting instruction, and using the power system to keep the dismounting mechanism (3) at a first pressure, so that the lifting mechanism (4) is lifted to a second pressure to lift the swing frame (2); and sending an installation instruction, and utilizing the power system to enable the dismounting mechanism (3) to reach a second pressure so as to install the elastic strip fastener.
10. A method of installing and removing a spring clip using a spring clip installation and removal system as defined in claim 9, comprising the steps of:
a pre-clamping instruction is sent out, the pre-clamping instruction is sent out, and the power system (6) is utilized to enable the dismounting mechanism (3) to be lifted to a first pressure to pre-clamp the elastic strip fastener;
a lifting instruction is sent out, the power system (6) is used for keeping the dismounting mechanism (3) at a first pressure, and the lifting mechanism (4) is lifted to a second pressure so as to lift the swing frame (2);
and sending an installation instruction, and utilizing the power system to enable the dismounting mechanism (3) to reach a second pressure so as to install the elastic strip fastener.
