Due to the design, when a gap is reserved between the sleeper 10 and the rail 9, the insulating material at the front end of the elastic strip fastener can be extruded to be damaged by directly installing the elastic strip fastener, the condition can be avoided after the sleeper 10 is lifted, and in addition, the device can also avoid the problem of low working efficiency caused by manually lifting the sleeper 10.
In addition in this embodiment, this bullet strip fastener dismouting device still includes operation handrail 8 to make things convenient for operating personnel to operate, set up control system's control button on operation handrail 8, when realizing each function, operating personnel directly controls the operating button that corresponds on operation handrail 8 and can accomplish the operation. The operating armrest 8 is fixed on the back part of the frame 1 through a bolt, can be folded and hinged on the frame 1, and is positioned by a bolt. The power system 6 can be a motor and a hydraulic pump or a small gasoline engine and a hydraulic pump and is fixed at the front part of the frame 1, a hydraulic valve block is fixed at the middle part of the frame, a hydraulic pipeline connects the hydraulic pump to the valve block, a main oil cylinder and a lifting oil cylinder to form the power system, and an operation control button is connected to an electromagnetic valve through a circuit system.

sending a pre-clamping instruction, sending the pre-clamping instruction, and lifting the disassembling and assembling mechanism 3 to a first pressure pre-clamping elastic strip fastener by using a power system;
sending a lifting instruction, sending the lifting instruction, keeping the dismounting mechanism 3 at a first pressure by using a power system, and lifting the lifting mechanism 4 to a second pressure so as to lift the swing frame 2;
and sending an installation instruction, and enabling the dismounting mechanism 3 to reach a second pressure by utilizing a power system so as to install the elastic strip fastener.
In this embodiment, this step is applied to the installation of the elastic strip fastener, and such a design can cause the insulating material at the front end of the elastic strip fastener to be damaged by being extruded when the gap is left between the sleeper 10 and the rail 9 by directly installing the elastic strip fastener, so that the situation can be avoided after the sleeper 10 is lifted, and in addition, the device can also avoid the problem of low working efficiency caused by manually lifting the sleeper 10.
When the fastener is disassembled, the clamping button is pressed to enable the driving oil cylinder 34 to completely extend out, the disassembling claw 33 is retracted, the device is pushed to be right above a pair of installed elastic strip fasteners, the loosening button is pressed, the driving oil cylinder 34 is recovered, the disassembling claw 33 moves outwards to abut against the head of the elastic strip fastener to enable the elastic strip fastener to be separated from the installing position, and the disassembling is completed. And pressing the clamping button again to extend the main oil cylinder, and detaching the next pair of fasteners.

Claims (10)

and the telescopic lifting mechanism (4) has one end rotatably arranged and the other end rotatably connected with the lifting end, and can lift the swing frame (2) when the lifting mechanism (4) extends.
2. The apparatus for removing and attaching a spring bar fastener according to claim 1, wherein said lifting mechanism (4) comprises:
a connection plate (41) connected to the lift end;
the lifting oil cylinder (44) comprises a rotating end and an extending end, the extending end is rotatably connected with the connecting disc (41), the rotating end can be rotatably arranged, and the lifting oil cylinder (44) can be extended to drive the connecting disc (41) to lift.
3. The apparatus for removing and attaching a spring bar fastener according to claim 2, wherein said lifting mechanism (4) further comprises:
the upper connecting rod (42) is rotatably connected with the upper side of the connecting disc (41) at one end, and the extending end of the lifting oil cylinder (44) is rotatably connected with the connecting disc (41) through the upper connecting rod (42);
one end of the lower connecting rod (43) is rotatably connected with the lower side of the connecting disc (41), and the other end of the lower connecting rod is rotatably connected with the rotating end of the lifting oil cylinder (44);
and the roller (45) is rotatably arranged at the other end of the lower connecting rod (43), so that the rotating end of the lifting oil cylinder (44) can be rotatably arranged.

The apparatus for detaching and attaching a spring-strip fastener according to claim 3, wherein said lifting mechanism (4) further comprises an adjusting lever (46) having one end rotatably connected to a junction of said lower link (43) and said connecting plate (41) and the other end rotatably connected to a middle portion of said upper link (42), and a length of said adjusting lever (46) is adjusted to adjust a distance between said upper link (42) and said lower link (43) to adjust a maximum lifting height of said swing frame (2).
5. The spring-strip fastener attaching and detaching device according to claim 4, wherein said adjusting lever (46) comprises:
a bolt rod (461), one end of which is rotatably connected with the joint of the lower connecting rod (43) and the connecting disc (41);
a screw hole rod (462), one end of which is in threaded connection with the other end of the screw rod (461), the other end of which is in rotational connection with the middle part of the upper connecting rod (42) through a sleeve shaft (463) sleeved on the screw hole rod (462), and the sleeve shaft (463) is fixed in the axial direction of the screw hole rod (462);
and the handle (464) is arranged in the extending direction of the threaded rod (462) and is used for rotating the threaded rod (462) so as to adjust the distance between the upper connecting rod (42) and the lower connecting rod (43).

The apparatus for removing and attaching a spring bar fastener according to claim 1, wherein said removing and attaching means (3) further comprises an actuating cylinder (34) having both ends connected to said removing and attaching units for actuating both sets of said removing and attaching units to hold and remove the spring bar fastener.

The apparatus for disassembling and assembling a spring-strip fastener according to claim 6, wherein each of said disassembling and assembling units comprises two main arms (31), each of said main arms (31) comprises a driving end and a grasping end, the middle portions of said two main arms (31) are respectively rotatably disposed at both sides of said swing frame (2), both ends of said driving cylinder (34) are respectively connected to the driving ends of said two main arms (31), and said grasping end is provided with a mounting claw (32) or a disassembling claw (33).

The device for disassembling and assembling the elastic strip fastener according to claim 1, wherein the front and rear ends of the frame (1) are respectively provided with a limiting device (5) for clamping the rail (9) to prevent the frame (1) from toppling over, the limiting device (5) comprises two groups of clamping mechanisms respectively provided with two sides of the frame (1), and each group of clamping mechanisms comprises:
a transmission rod (51) which penetrates through the machine frame (1) and can rotate relative to the machine frame;
the limiting wheel (52) is connected with one end of the transmission rod (51) and arranged below the rack (1);
and the rotating handle (53) is arranged at the other end of the transmission rod (51), connected and arranged above the rack (1), and is used for rotating the transmission rod (51) to enable the limiting wheel (52) to clamp the track (9) or enable the limiting wheel (52) to loosen the track (9).
9. A system for disassembling and assembling spring-strip fasteners, comprising:

the control system is used for sending a pre-clamping command, and the disassembly and assembly mechanism (3) is lifted to a first pressure pre-clamping elastic strip fastener by using the power system; sending a lifting command, keeping the dismounting mechanism (3) at a first pressure by using the power system, and lifting the lifting mechanism (4) to a second pressure to lift the swing frame (2); and sending a mounting instruction, and enabling the dismounting mechanism (3) to reach a second pressure by utilizing the power system so as to mount the elastic strip fastener.
10. A method of attaching and detaching a spring bar fastener by using the system for attaching and detaching a spring bar fastener according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
sending a pre-clamping command, sending the pre-clamping command, and lifting the disassembling and assembling mechanism (3) to a first pressure pre-clamping elastic strip fastener by using the power system (6);
sending a lifting command, sending the lifting command, keeping the dismounting mechanism (3) at a first pressure by using the power system (6), and lifting the lifting mechanism (4) to a second pressure to lift the swing frame (2);
and sending a mounting instruction, and enabling the dismounting mechanism (3) to reach a second pressure by utilizing the power system so as to mount the elastic strip fastener.
