the exhaust pipe (17) is located the fixed stop collar board that has cup jointed on the upper portion body in the thrust chamber, the movable sleeve is equipped with reset spring (18) on exhaust pipe (17) of stop collar board below, the bottom of reset spring (18) and the interior bottom butt in thrust chamber.
