And 7: the distance inductive switch 51 judges that the needle or the needle cap is single, and when the plug-in guide pipe 31 at the needle cap combination detection position rotates to the needle cap combination material pressing position; the stitching cylinder 36 is not actuated; when the insertion guide pipe 31 of the needle cap combined material pressing position rotates to the finished product material discharging position, the discharging cylinder 13 drives the movable discharging plate 12 to move leftwards, so that the needle or needle cap monomer falls into the second material box 10.
In the operation process, the needle and the needle cap are only required to be poured into the corresponding feeding vibration disc, parameters are set on the control panel 03, and production and assembly are carried out.

Claims (10)

1.
