Door assembly and micro-steaming and baking machine with same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a door assembly, and more particularly, to a micro-steamer having the door assembly.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, people have higher and higher requirements on food and cooking. Many foods undergo numerous processing steps during cooking, such as steaming and grilling. Therefore, in order to meet the market demand, an integrated steaming and baking machine integrating steaming and baking is already on the market. In the integrated steaming and baking machine of the prior art, a control panel assembly including a control system is generally provided, and the control panel assembly is disposed above the top of the door, as disclosed in chinese patent CN 110664227 a.
However, in the cooking processes of these integrated steamers, such as steaming and grilling, a user often needs to open the door assembly of the steamer multiple times to remove the food placed in the internal cavity of the steamer in order to add various ingredients and condiments according to the tastes and preferences of the individual. During this time, the user risks touching the heated food, the high-temperature tray, and/or the side walls of the inner cavity with higher temperature, etc., due to the misoperation, and the repeated opening and closing of the door assembly necessarily involves multiple starts and stops of the steamer and unnecessary power loss, and prolongs the cooking time of the food.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the door assembly of the integrated steaming and baking machine in the prior art, the invention provides a door assembly.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is to provide a door assembly, which comprises: the touch screen assembly comprises a touch screen, a touch screen fixing frame, a fixing frame rear cover and a heat insulation plate; the control system comprises an encoder and a control panel which are arranged on the touch screen fixing frame; and the door frame comprises outer glass, a partition plate and inner glass which are sequentially arranged behind the touch screen. According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the encoder includes a knob and a hardware knob provided thereon for insertion into the touch screen mount via a transparent member.
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the control panel may be an android board.
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the door frame further includes an outer glass fixing piece for fixing the outer glass and an outer glass fixing piece cover engaged with the outer glass fixing piece.
Another technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is to provide a micro-steaming and baking machine, comprising: fuselage subassembly, water tank set spare and door subassembly. According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the fuselage assembly comprises a fuselage frame, and a fuselage and an oven arranged on the fuselage frame.
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, a glass tray or a hardware tray for accommodating food is slidably placed on a guide rail provided on an inner side of a sidewall of the body frame.
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the water tank assembly includes a cold water tank and a hot water tank.
Compared with the prior art, the door assembly and the micro-steaming and baking machine adopting the door assembly have the following beneficial effects. The micro-steamer according to the present invention can reduce the number of times the door assembly is opened and closed during cooking, thereby reducing energy consumption and avoiding accidental injury of a user during use, and automatically and rapidly cook food in a customized manner according to the preference and demand of the user. Therefore, the micro-steamer has the advantages of short cooking time, low energy loss, safe and convenient use.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. It is to be understood by those skilled in the art that these descriptions are merely illustrative of some specific embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the present invention and its scope.

As best shown in fig. 1, a schematic perspective view of a micro-steamer according to one embodiment of the invention is provided. The micro-steamer mainly comprises a door assembly 1, a machine body assembly 2 and a water tank assembly, wherein the water tank assembly can comprise a cold water tank 3 and a hot water tank 4, and the cold water tank 3 and the hot water tank 4 are inserted into a base of the machine body assembly 2.
Fig. 2 is a sectional view of a micro-toaster according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3-4 are exploded and sectional views of a touch screen assembly and a control system of a door assembly of a micro-toaster according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5-6 are exploded and sectional views of a door frame of a door assembly of a micro-toaster according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the door assembly 1 may include a touch screen assembly, a control system, and a door frame. The touch screen assembly may include a touch screen 101, a touch screen mount 104, a mount back cover 110, and a heat shield 111. A color screen 102 may be provided behind the touch screen 101 for displaying operation information, a menu, and the like to the user. The control system comprises an encoder 107 and a control panel arranged on the touch screen mount 104, wherein the encoder 107 comprises a knob 108 and a hardware knob 109 arranged thereon for insertion into the touch screen mount 104 via the transparency 106, and the control panel may be the android board 103. The knob 108 may also be coupled to the touch screen mount 104 by a threaded connection, a snap connection, glue, etc., as is known to those skilled in the art.
In addition, the control system may also include corresponding sensors, such as temperature sensors, radiation sensors, etc., to monitor, regulate and control various parameters during cooking, such as temperature and radiation levels, etc., during the cooking process.

The outer door sealant 117 prevents steam from entering the door assembly during steaming in the micro-steamer, which can negatively affect the components of the door assembly, such as electrical leakage, corrosion of electronic components, etc.
The door assembly 1 further includes a camera 105 installed in the touch screen holder 104 for recognizing food, two-dimensional codes or bar codes placed under the camera 105 and providing feedback to the control system so that a suitable recipe is displayed on the touch screen 101. The user can select the displayed menu according to the preference and the requirement of the user.
In addition, a wire transfer block 120 for transferring a wire of the control system, and a micro switch may be provided in the door assembly 1, and the micro switch includes a micro switch pull tab rotating column 114 and a micro switch pull tab 115 to interact with the micro switch on the body assembly 2.
Fig. 7 is an exploded view of a body assembly and a water tank assembly of the micro-steamer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the body assembly 2 includes a body frame, a body 202 disposed in a wrapping manner on the body frame, and an oven 201 provided on a rear sidewall of the body frame for cooking food placed in an inner cavity of the micro-steamer. A glass tray 203 or a hardware tray 204 for containing food is slidably placed on guide rails provided on the inner side of the side walls of the body frame to facilitate the taking out and putting in of food, as clearly shown in fig. 2 and 7. As known to those skilled in the art, the material of the tray may include any material that facilitates heat conduction, such as copper, aluminum, titanium, etc., in addition to glass and hardware.
The water tank assembly mainly includes a cold water tank 3 and a hot water tank 4. The cold water tank 3 and the hot water tank 4 may be detachably inserted into seats of the body assembly 2 to facilitate cleaning and replacement of the tank assemblies. The cold water tank 3 pumps cold water from the cold water tank to the hot water tank 4 through an output pipe, a water pump, and the like. The hot water tank 4 includes a stainless steel tank body for containing water to be heated, and a heat generating film is installed in a sealed space constituted by the stainless steel tank body and a stainless steel tank body bottom cover for heating the water in the stainless steel tank body to generate steam. The sealed space can isolate the heat generating film from the generated steam during the heating process. The steam can be guided into the inner cavity of the micro-steaming and baking machine through the corresponding pipe fitting so as to steam the food placed in the inner cavity.
After assembling the respective components of the micro-steamer according to the present invention together, the door assembly 1 is first closed such that the micro switch pull tab rotating column 114 and the micro switch pull tab 115 provided on the door frame close the micro switch on the body assembly 2 to turn on the power. Next, the prepared food or two-dimensional code, barcode is placed under the touch screen holder 104, and the camera 105 installed in the touch screen holder 104 is used to recognize the food, two-dimensional code, or barcode placed under the camera 105 and provide feedback to the control system so that a suitable recipe is displayed on the touch screen 101. When the micro-steamer starts a steaming mode, water drawn from the cold water tank 3 flows into the hot water tank 4, and the hot water tank 4 starts heating to generate steam. Then, the steam enters the inner cavity of the machine body component 2 through the corresponding pipe fitting to steam the food in the trays 203 and 204, so that the steaming function of the micro-steaming and baking machine is realized. During steaming, the control system can automatically adjust the starting and stopping of the cold water tank 3 and the hot water tank 4, the steam generation rate and the like according to set conditions.
When the micro-steamer starts a roasting mode, the oven 201 installed on the rear sidewall of the body frame heats the food placed in the trays 203,204, thereby realizing the roasting function of the micro-steamer. During the baking process, the control system can automatically adjust the start, stop, heating speed, etc. of the oven 201 according to the set conditions.
The micro-steamer may further include other necessary components (e.g., electrical connections, operational controls, etc.) to perform its functions, which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Compared with the prior art, the door assembly and the micro-steaming and baking machine adopting the door assembly have the following beneficial effects. The micro-steamer according to the present invention can reduce the number of times the door assembly is opened and closed during cooking, thereby reducing energy consumption and avoiding accidental injury of a user during use, and automatically and rapidly cook food in a customized manner according to the preference and demand of the user. a fuselage assembly;
a water tank assembly; and
a door assembly for a vehicle, the door assembly having a door,
wherein the door assembly is according to any one of claims 1-5.
7. The micro-steamer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the door frame further comprises a micro switch, the micro switch comprising a micro switch pull tab rotating post and a micro switch pull tab.
8. A micro-steamer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the body assembly comprises a body frame, and a body and an oven arranged on the body frame.
9. A micro-steamer as claimed in claim 8, wherein the glass or metal tray for holding food is slidably placed on guide rails provided on the inside of the side walls of the body frame.
