Background
The test of changing the machine and the card is an important fault checking means of the mobile equipment network. The machine changing is to insert the original SIM card into other mobile terminals, and test service faults by using the original SIM card, the original mobile terminal and other mobile terminals so as to verify whether the original mobile terminal has faults; and in the card replacement test, other SIM cards are inserted into the original mobile terminal, and the service faults are tested by using the original SIM cards and other SIM cards and the original mobile terminal, so that whether the original SIM cards have faults or not is verified.
In the test of changing the card, the identification of the card changing behavior of the machine is particularly important. At present, three main modes of machine and card changing identification are adopted, one mode is a manual call-back user, namely, whether machine and card changing operation is executed according to requirements is inquired by an operator customer service call-giving user; secondly, signaling backtracking analysis, namely, a network maintainer inquires whether a recent user has a machine and card changing function through a signaling backtracking function; thirdly, charging ticket analysis, namely charging maintenance personnel checks whether terminal information and the like in a recent user communication ticket are changed or not through user ticket analysis.
However, the inventors found in practice that the following drawbacks exist in the prior art: by adopting a manual return visit mode, the obtained machine and card changing information is low in reliability and efficiency, and is not suitable for large-scale application and implementation; the signaling backtracking analysis mode is adopted, professional analysts are required to analyze the signaling backtracking analysis mode based on time information and the like of user backvisits, reliability is poor, an identification result is strongly dependent on analysis capability of the analysts, operation is complex, and efficiency is low; the billing bill is complex in operation and can not be identified and analyzed when the user does not use the service (i.e. no bill is generated).

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for identifying a card changing behavior of a card changing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The identification method provided in this embodiment can be applied to any device with computing capability, and the embodiment is not limited to a specific type of execution device. By the identification method, the machine and card changing actions of the user can be identified rapidly and accurately without manual participation.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request.
The embodiment can provide a corresponding man-machine interface for a machine-changing and card-changing tester, so that the tester can trigger the generation of the identification task through the man-machine interface.
In an alternative embodiment, the tester can input corresponding identification task information via the man-machine interface, such as the MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber International ISDN/PSTNnumber) of the user and the task category (which includes the identification of the change category and the identification of the change category).
In this embodiment, the tester can trigger the generation of the identification task only through the corresponding trigger operation, and then automatically identify the machine and card changing actions through the implementation of the subsequent steps, so that the operation of the tester is simplified, the technical threshold of the tester is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the identification efficiency is improved.
Step S120: initializing information of the identification task is obtained.
And further acquiring initialization information of the generated identification task. Wherein the initialization information includes: initializing a user MSISDN, initializing a terminal IMEI, and a task category. The initializing user MSISDN and the task category can be input by the tester through the corresponding human-machine interface; and the initialization terminal IMEI ((International Mobile Equipment Identity, international mobile equipment identification) code) can be obtained from the initialization user MSISDN via a device network management query.
Step S130: and generating a signaling tracking request according to the task category of the identification task, and acquiring a preset type signaling bill of the identification task, which is obtained through signaling tracking.
The signaling tracking requests generated by different task categories are different. The signaling trace request includes an MSISDN signaling trace request and an IMEI signaling trace request. After generating the signaling tracking request, the signaling tracking request is sent to the signaling monitoring system for the signaling monitoring system to track signaling.
And further acquiring a signaling bill fed back by the signaling monitoring system for signaling tracking. In an optional implementation manner, the signaling bill fed back by the signaling monitoring system can be acquired in real time, so that whether the machine and card change actions occur or not can be obtained in real time; in another alternative embodiment, the signaling documents may be obtained from the signaling monitoring system periodically at preset periods, wherein a person skilled in the art may select the corresponding period interval according to the actual service requirements.
After the signaling bill fed back by the signaling monitoring system for signaling tracking is obtained, the obtained signaling bill is further filtered so as to extract the signaling bill of the preset type of the identification task. The preset signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered. In practical implementations, the signaling document typically includes multiple pieces of dimension information, including but not limited to: service type, service status, service time, IMSI, MSISDN, and IMEI. Therefore, the signaling document corresponding to the identification task can be determined through the MSISDN or the IMEI, and then the preset type signaling document of the identification task is extracted through the service type (the target service type is the registration type) and the service state (the target service state is successful).
Step S140: and extracting the tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling bill.
As can be seen from the above description of step S130, the signaling document includes a plurality of dimension information, and after extracting the preset type signaling document of the identification task, the user MSISDN and the tracking terminal IMEI information of the identification task are further extracted from the preset type signaling document, so as to generate the tracking information of the identification task, i.e. the tracking user MSISDN and the tracking terminal IMEI.
Step S150: matching the tracking information of the identification task with the initialization information of the identification task, and judging whether the machine and card change actions occur according to the matching result.
In the matching process, matching the tracking information with the information belonging to the same dimension in the initialization information. For example, the tracking user MSISDN in the tracking information is matched with the initializing user MSISDN in the initializing information, or the tracking terminal IMEI in the tracking information is matched with the tracking terminal IMEI in the initializing information.
If the matching is consistent, indicating that the machine and card replacement actions do not occur, and further executing step S130 to continuously acquire a new signaling document of a preset type; or, when the execution duration of the identification task is determined to be greater than the first preset threshold value, suspending the identification task.
If the matching is inconsistent, the situation that the machine and card change actions happen is indicated, in an alternative implementation mode, if the situation that the machine and card change actions happen is confirmed, the identification task is terminated, and when the task is terminated, the signaling monitoring system does not track the signaling of the identification task any more, so that the signaling monitoring system and system resources of the system are released in time; in another alternative embodiment, the execution of the generated recognition task can be terminated according to the related command output by the tester through the human-computer interface, so that the flexibility is improved, and the user experience is improved; in yet another alternative embodiment, the identification task is terminated upon monitoring that the execution time of the identification task exceeds a second preset threshold (wherein the second preset threshold is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold). In the actual application scene, if a certain identification task fails in the execution process, the identification task occupies system resources for a long time, so that corresponding preset time can be configured, and when the execution time of the identification task exceeds the preset time, the identification task is terminated in time to release the system resources.
Therefore, the initialization information of the identification task is matched with the tracking information obtained through signaling tracking to judge whether the machine and card changing actions occur or not, manual intervention analysis is not needed in the judging process, the operation is simple and easy, the labor cost is reduced, and the identification efficiency is improved; in addition, in the embodiment, the user MSISDN and the terminal IMEI in the initialization information are compared with the user MSISDN and the terminal IMEI in the tracking information, so that whether the mobile terminal user has the action of changing the machine and the card or not can be accurately identified, and the identification efficiency is high; in addition, the initialization information and the tracking information in the embodiment are obtained based on the signaling bill, and the method can be executed even if the user does not use the service (i.e. even if no ticket is generated), so that the application range of the scheme is improved, and the method is suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for identifying a card changing behavior of a card changing machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is directed to further optimization of the identification method in the first embodiment. Specifically, the embodiment specifically illustrates the implementation procedure of the embodiment by taking the task type of the task identified as the class of machine change as an example:
as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S210: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request, wherein the task type of the identification task is the identification machine changing type.
The task of identifying the class of the mobile terminal is specifically to identify whether the mobile terminal user performs the action of replacing the mobile terminal.
Step S220: initializing information of the identification task is obtained, and task identification of the identification task, the initializing information and the obtaining time association of the initializing information are stored in a preset information table.
When the generated identification tasks are multiple, in order to facilitate management of the multiple identification tasks, the embodiment assigns corresponding task identifiers for the generated identification tasks. And storing the task identification of the identification task, the initialization information and the acquisition time association of the initialization information into a preset information table. As shown in table 1 below, upon a task trigger request by a tester, an identification task with a task identification of 9527 may be generated, and then the task identification (9527) of 9527, the initialization user MSISDN (138 XXXX 4523), the initialization terminal IMEI (867715 XXXX 99673), the task category (change machine), and the acquisition time (2020-4-19:00:00) of the initialization information are recorded in table 1 below.
TABLE 1

9527 138XXXX4523 867715XXXX99681 2020-4-20 6:45:56 Machine changing
Step S230: a user MSISDN signaling tracking request is generated.
When the task category is the identification change category, a user MSISDN signaling tracking request is generated, so that the signaling monitoring system performs signaling tracking according to the user MSISDN, namely, a preset type signaling document corresponding to the user MSISDN is tracked. The preset type signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered.
Step S240: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a preset type signaling bill of an identification task obtained through signaling tracking, extracting tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling bill, and storing task identification of the identification task, the tracking information and a signaling bill time association corresponding to the tracking information into a preset information table.
As also shown in table 1, a signaling document for identifying the registration success type of task 9527 obtained by signaling tracking is obtained, tracking information for identifying task 9527 is extracted from the signaling document, and then task identification (9527), tracking user MSISDN (138 XXXX 4523), tracking terminal IMEI (867715 XXXX 99673), task category (change machine), and signaling document time (2020-4-20 6:05:30) of 9527 are recorded in table 1.
Step S250: searching the latest twice recorded information corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base according to the task identification of the identification task, matching the IMEI of the terminal in the twice recorded information, if the matching is inconsistent, determining that a machine changing action occurs, and ending the method; if the matches are consistent, step S240 is further performed.
And searching the latest twice recorded information corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base, and then matching the latest twice recorded information. In this embodiment, specifically, the terminal IMEIs in the twice recorded information is matched. That is, in the present embodiment, when the task class is the identified machine change class, matching the tracking terminal IMEI in the tracking information with the initializing terminal IMEI in the initializing information; if the matching is inconsistent, the occurrence of the machine changing behavior is determined.
For example, in table 1, after writing the record information corresponding to 2020-4-20-6:05:30 into the preset information base, the task is identified as 9527, two pieces of record data adjacent to the current time are matched, that is, the record data with the time of 2020-4-19-6:00:00, the task is identified as 9527, and the record data with the time of 2020-4-20-6:05:30, and the task is identified as 9527 are matched. As can be seen from the table, if the terminal IMEIs in the two record data are identical, and it is determined that the matching is consistent, step S240 is further performed to obtain the next piece of tracking information, and the tracking user MSISDN (138 XXXX 4523), the tracking terminal IMEI (867715 XXXX 99681), the task category (change), the signaling document time (2020-4-20 6:45:56) and the task identification (9527) in the next piece of tracking information are recorded in the table 1. The two most recent pieces of record information belonging to 9527 are further matched, namely, the record information corresponding to 2020-4-206:05:30 is matched with the record information corresponding to 2020-4-20 6:45:56, and as can be seen from the table, when the IMEI of the terminal in the two pieces of record information is changed, the change of the terminal IMEI indicates that the change of the terminal is occurred, and the identification task 9527 is terminated.
The specific execution process of each step in the embodiment may refer to the description of the corresponding part in the first embodiment, and the description of this embodiment is omitted here.
Therefore, when the task class is the identification of the exchange class, the embodiment generates the user MSISDN signaling tracking request, then can obtain the signaling document belonging to the same user MSISDN, then compares the tracking terminal IMEI in the tracking information extracted from the signaling document with the initializing terminal IMEI, and determines whether the exchange behavior occurs according to the comparison result. The method and the device can quickly and accurately identify whether the user has the machine changing action, are high in identification efficiency, are easy to operate and are suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method for identifying a card changing behavior of a machine according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is directed to further optimization of the identification method in the first embodiment. Specifically, the embodiment specifically illustrates the implementation procedure of the embodiment by taking the example that the task type of the task is identified as the card replacement type:
as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step S310: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request, wherein the task type of the identification task is the identification card-changing type.
The identification task for identifying the card changing type is specifically to identify whether the mobile terminal user has the action of changing the SIM card.
Step S320: initializing information of the identification task is obtained, and task identification of the identification task, the initializing information and the obtaining time association of the initializing information are stored in a preset information table.
Step S330: and generating a terminal IMEI signaling tracking request.
And when the task category is the identification card-changing category, generating a terminal IMEI signaling tracking request, so that the signaling monitoring system performs signaling tracking according to the terminal IMEI, namely tracking a preset type signaling bill corresponding to the terminal IMEI. The preset type signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered.
Step S340: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a preset type signaling bill of an identification task obtained through signaling tracking, extracting tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling bill, and storing task identification of the identification task, the tracking information and a signaling bill time association corresponding to the tracking information into a preset information table.
Step S350: searching the latest twice recorded information corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base according to the task identification of the identification task, matching the MSISDN of the user in the twice recorded information, if the matching is inconsistent, determining that the card changing action occurs, and ending the method; if the matches are consistent, step S340 is further performed.
And searching the latest twice recorded information corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base, and then matching the latest twice recorded information. In this embodiment, the user MSISDN in the twice recorded information is specifically matched. That is, in the present embodiment, when the task class is the identification card-changing class, matching the tracking user MSISDN in the tracking information with the initializing user MSISDN in the initializing information; if the matching is inconsistent, the card changing behavior is determined to occur.
The specific execution process of each step in this embodiment may refer to the description of the corresponding part in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment, and this embodiment is not described herein.
Therefore, when the task class is the identification card-changing class, the embodiment generates the terminal IMEI signaling tracking request, then can obtain the signaling bill belonging to the same terminal IMEI, then compares the tracking user MSISDN in the tracking information extracted from the signaling bill with the initializing terminal IMEI, and determines whether the card-changing action occurs according to the comparison result. The method and the device can quickly and accurately identify whether the user has the machine changing action, are high in identification efficiency, are easy to operate and are suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
