Background
The card replacement test is an important troubleshooting means for the mobile equipment network. The switching is to insert the original SIM card into other mobile terminals, and the original SIM card, the original mobile terminal and the other mobile terminals are used for testing service faults so as to verify whether the original mobile terminal has faults or not; the card replacement test is to insert other SIM cards into the original mobile terminal, and test the service fault by using the original SIM card and other SIM cards plus the original mobile terminal, so as to verify whether the original SIM card has the fault.
In the test of changing the machine and the card, the identification of the behavior of changing the machine and the card is particularly important. At present, the adopted card changing and replacing identification modes mainly comprise three modes, wherein one mode is a manual return visit user, namely an operator customer service calling user inquires whether the card changing and replacing operation is executed according to the requirement; secondly, signaling backtracking analysis is carried out, namely, a network maintainer inquires whether a user changes a card or not in the near term through a signaling backtracking function; and thirdly, analyzing the charging ticket, namely, checking whether the terminal information and the like in the communication ticket of the recent user are changed by a charging maintainer through the user ticket analysis.
However, the inventor finds that the following defects exist in the prior art in the implementation process: by adopting the mode of manually revisiting the users, the obtained card changing and replacing information has low reliability and low efficiency, and is not suitable for large-scale application and implementation; the method of signaling backtracking analysis needs professional analysts to analyze based on the time information of user return visit and the like, so that the reliability is poor, the identification result strongly depends on the analysis capability of the analysts, the operation is complex, and the efficiency is low; the method of charging the bill is not only complex in operation, but also unable to identify and analyze when the user does not use the service (i.e. the bill is not generated).

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for identifying a card change behavior of a card changer according to an embodiment of the present invention. The identification method provided by this embodiment can be applied to any device with computing capability, and the specific execution device type and the like are not limited in this embodiment. By the identification method of the embodiment, the card changing behavior of the user can be quickly and accurately identified without manual participation.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request.
The embodiment can provide a corresponding human-computer interface for a tester who changes cards, so that the tester can trigger the generation of the identification task through the human-computer interface.
In an alternative embodiment, the tester may input corresponding identification task information through the man-machine interface, such as the MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber International ISDN/PSTNnumber) of the user and the task category (which includes the identification switch category and the identification card change category).
In this embodiment, the tester can trigger the generation of the identification task only through corresponding trigger operation, and then through the implementation of subsequent steps, the action of changing the machine and the card is automatically identified, so that the operation of the tester is simplified, the technical threshold of the tester is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the identification efficiency is improved.
Step S120: initialization information identifying a task is acquired.
And further acquiring initialization information of the generated identification task. Wherein the initialization information includes: initializing subscriber MSISDN, initializing terminal IMEI, and task category. The MSISDN of the initialization user and the task category can be input by a tester through a corresponding human-computer interface; and the IMEI ((International Mobile Equipment Identity) of the initialization terminal can be obtained by querying through the Equipment network management according to the MSISDN of the initialization user.
Step S130: and generating a signaling tracking request according to the task category of the identification task, and acquiring a preset type signaling bill of the identification task obtained through signaling tracking.
And if the task types are different, the generated signaling tracking requests are different. The signaling trace request comprises an MSISDN signaling trace request and an IMEI signaling trace request. After the signaling tracing request is generated, the signaling tracing request is sent to a signaling monitoring system for the signaling monitoring system to trace signaling.
And further acquiring a signaling bill fed back by the signaling monitoring system for signaling tracking. In an optional implementation mode, a signaling bill fed back by a signaling monitoring system can be obtained in real time, so that whether a card changing behavior occurs or not can be known in real time; in another alternative embodiment, the signaling documents may be periodically acquired from the signaling monitoring system according to a preset period, wherein a person skilled in the art may select a corresponding period interval according to an actual service requirement.
After the signaling bill fed back by the signaling monitoring system for signaling tracking is obtained, the obtained signaling bill is further filtered to extract the preset type signaling bill of the identification task. The preset type signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered. In practical implementation, the signaling document usually contains multiple dimension information, which includes but is not limited to: traffic type, traffic status, traffic time, IMSI, MSISDN and IMEI. Therefore, the signaling bill corresponding to the identification task can be determined through the MSISDN or the IMEI, and then the preset type signaling bill of the identification task is extracted through the service type (the target service type is the registration type) and the service state (the target service state is successful).
Step S140: and extracting the tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling document.
As described in the above step S130, the signaling document includes a plurality of dimensional information, and after the preset type signaling document of the identification task is extracted, the MSISDN of the user and the IMEI information of the tracking terminal are further extracted from the preset type signaling document, so as to generate the tracking information of the identification task, that is, the MSISDN of the tracking user and the IMEI of the tracking terminal.
Step S150: and matching the tracking information of the identification task with the initialization information of the identification task, and judging whether a card changing behavior occurs according to a matching result.
And in the matching process, matching the tracking information with the information belonging to the same dimension in the initialization information. For example, the MSISDN of the tracking subscriber in the tracking information is matched with the MSISDN of the initialization subscriber in the initialization information, or the IMEI of the tracking terminal in the tracking information is matched with the IMEI of the tracking terminal in the initialization information.
If the matching is consistent, it indicates that no card changing action occurs, and further executes step S130 to continuously obtain a new preset type signaling bill; or, when the execution time length of the identification task is determined to be greater than the first preset threshold value, the identification task is suspended.
If the matching is inconsistent, it indicates that a card change and replacement behavior has occurred, in an optional implementation manner, if it is determined that the card change and replacement behavior has occurred, the identification task is terminated, and when the task is terminated, the signaling monitoring system does not perform signaling tracking for the identification task any more, so as to release the signaling monitoring system and system resources of the system in time; in another optional implementation mode, the execution of the generated recognition task can be terminated according to a related command output by a tester through a human-computer interface, so that the flexibility is improved, and the user experience is improved; in a further alternative embodiment, the identification task is terminated when it is monitored that the execution time of the identification task exceeds a second predetermined threshold (wherein the second predetermined threshold is greater than or equal to the first predetermined threshold). In an actual application scenario, if a certain recognition task fails in the execution process, the recognition task occupies system resources for a long time, so that a corresponding preset time can be configured, and when the execution time of the recognition task exceeds the preset time, the recognition task is terminated in time to release the system resources.
Therefore, the initialization information of the identification task is matched with the tracking information obtained through signaling tracking to judge whether the action of changing the card or the switch is carried out, manual intervention analysis is not needed in the judging process, the operation is simple and easy to implement, the labor cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the identification efficiency is improved; in addition, in this embodiment, the MSISDN and the IMEI of the user in the initialization information are compared with the MSISDN and the IMEI of the user in the tracking information, so that whether a mobile terminal user performs a card changing action or not can be accurately identified, and the identification efficiency is high; in addition, the initialization information and the tracking information in the embodiment are obtained based on the signaling document, and the method can be executed even if the user does not use the service (namely, even if the ticket is not generated), so that the application range of the scheme is expanded, and the method is suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for identifying a card change behavior according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is directed to further optimization of the identification method in the first embodiment. Specifically, the embodiment specifically explains the specific implementation process of the embodiment by taking the task type of the task as the switch class as an example:
as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S210: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request, wherein the task type of the identification task is the identification switch class.
The task of identifying the type of the mobile terminal is specifically to identify whether a mobile terminal user has a mobile terminal replacing behavior.
Step S220: acquiring initialization information of the identification task, and storing task identification of the identification task, the initialization information and acquisition time of the initialization information into a preset information table in an associated manner.
When a plurality of generated recognition tasks are provided, in order to facilitate management of the plurality of recognition tasks, the present embodiment assigns corresponding task identifiers to the generated recognition tasks. And storing the task identification, the initialization information and the acquisition time association of the initialization information of the identification task into a preset information table. As shown in table 1 below, according to the task trigger request of the tester, an identification task with task identification 9527 may be generated, and then the task identification (9527), the initialization user MSISDN (138XXXX4523), the initialization terminal IMEI (867715XXXX99673), the task category (switch machine), and the acquisition time (2020-4-196: 00:00) of the initialization information of 9527 are recorded in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Task identification MSISDN IMEI Time Task type

9527 138XXXX4523 867715XXXX99681 2020-4-20 6:45:56 Change machine
Step S230: and generating a user MSISDN signaling tracing request.
And when the task type is the type of the identification switch, generating a user MSISDN signaling tracking request, so that the signaling monitoring system performs signaling tracking according to the user MSISDN, namely tracking a preset type signaling bill corresponding to the user MSISDN. The preset type signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered.
Step S240: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a preset type signaling receipt of an identification task obtained through signaling tracking, extracting tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling receipt, and storing task identification of the identification task, the tracking information and signaling receipt time corresponding to the tracking information into a preset information table in an associated mode.
Still as shown in table 1, a signaling document identifying the successful type of registration of the task 9527 obtained by signaling tracking is obtained, tracking information identifying the task 9527 is extracted from the signaling document, and then the task identification (9527), tracking user MSISDN (138XXXX4523), tracking terminal IMEI (867715XXXX99673), task category (change machine), and signaling document time (2020-4-206: 05:30) of the 9527 are recorded in table 1.
Step S250: according to the task identification of the identification task, searching the latest two pieces of recorded information corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base, matching the IMEI of the two pieces of recorded information, if the IMEI of the two pieces of recorded information is inconsistent, determining that a change action occurs, and ending the method; if the matching is consistent, step S240 is further executed.
And after the last two times of record information corresponding to the identification task is found out from a preset information base, matching the last two times of record information. In this embodiment, the IMEI of the terminal in the two pieces of recorded information is specifically matched. That is, in this embodiment, when the task type is the type of the switch machine, the tracking terminal IMEI in the tracking information is matched with the initialization terminal IMEI in the initialization information; and if the matching is inconsistent, determining that the action of changing the machine occurs.
For example, in table 1, after the record information corresponding to 2020-4-206:05:30 is written into the preset information base, the task is identified as 9527, and two adjacent record data at the current time are matched, that is, the record data at the time of 2020-4-196: 00:00, the task is identified as 9527, and the record data at the time of 2020-4-206:05:30 and the task is identified as 9527 are matched. As can be seen from the table, if the IMEIs of the two pieces of recorded data are the same, and a match is determined to be consistent, step S240 is further executed to obtain the next piece of tracking information, and record the MSISDN (138XXXX4523) of the tracking user, the IMEI (867715XXXX99681), the task category (switch machine), the signaling document time (2020-4-206: 45:56), and the task identifier (9527) in the next piece of tracking information in table 1. Further matching is carried out on the two pieces of record information which belong to 9527, namely matching the record information corresponding to 2020-4-206:05:30 with the record information corresponding to 2020-4-206: 45:56, and as can be seen from the table, if the IMEI of the two pieces of record information is changed, the change action is indicated, and the identification task 9527 is terminated.
The specific execution process of each step in this embodiment may refer to the description of the corresponding part in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the task type is the type of identifying the switch machine, the MSISDN signaling tracing request of the user is generated, and then the signaling documents belonging to the same MSISDN of the user can be obtained, and then the IMEI of the tracing terminal in the tracing information extracted from the signaling documents is compared with the IMEI of the initialization terminal, and whether a switch machine action occurs is determined according to the comparison result. By adopting the scheme, whether the user has the behavior of changing the machine or not can be quickly and accurately identified, the identification efficiency is high, the operation is simple and easy to implement, and the method and the device are suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for identifying a card change behavior of a switch according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is directed to further optimization of the identification method in the first embodiment. Specifically, the embodiment specifically explains the specific implementation process of the embodiment by taking the task type of the identification task as the card change category as an example:
as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step S310: and generating an identification task according to the task trigger request, wherein the task type of the identification task is an identification card changing type.
The task of identifying the type of the replaced card is specifically to identify whether a mobile terminal user has a behavior of replacing an SIM card.
Step S320: acquiring initialization information of the identification task, and storing task identification of the identification task, the initialization information and acquisition time of the initialization information into a preset information table in an associated manner.
Step S330: and generating a terminal IMEI signaling tracking request.
And when the task type is the identification card changing type, generating a terminal IMEI signaling tracking request, so that the signaling monitoring system tracks the signaling according to the IMEI of the terminal, namely tracking a preset type signaling bill corresponding to the IMEI of the terminal. The preset type signaling bill is specifically a signaling bill which is successfully registered.
Step S340: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a preset type signaling receipt of an identification task obtained through signaling tracking, extracting tracking information of the identification task from the preset type signaling receipt, and storing task identification of the identification task, the tracking information and signaling receipt time corresponding to the tracking information into a preset information table in an associated mode.
Step S350: according to the task identification of the identification task, searching the latest two recorded messages corresponding to the identification task from a preset information base, matching the MSISDN of the user in the two recorded messages, if the matching is inconsistent, determining that the card change action occurs, and ending the method; if the matching is consistent, step S340 is further executed.
And after the last two times of record information corresponding to the identification task is found out from a preset information base, matching the last two times of record information. In this embodiment, the MSISDN of the user in the two pieces of recorded information is specifically matched. That is, in this embodiment, when the task type is the identification card exchange type, the tracking user MSISDN in the tracking information is matched with the initialization user MSISDN in the initialization information; and if the matching is inconsistent, determining that the card replacing action occurs.
The specific execution process of each step in this embodiment may refer to the description of the corresponding part in the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the task type is the identification card exchange type, the signaling tracking request of the terminal IMEI is generated, and then the signaling documents belonging to the same terminal IMEI can be obtained, and then the MSISDN of the tracking user in the tracking information extracted from the signaling documents is compared with the IMEI of the initialization terminal, and whether a card exchange behavior occurs is determined according to the comparison result. By adopting the scheme, whether the user has the behavior of changing the machine or not can be quickly and accurately identified, the identification efficiency is high, the operation is simple and easy to implement, and the method and the device are suitable for large-scale application and implementation.
