And pushing the comparison result to a related responsible person terminal in a mail or short message mode during specific pushing, and displaying the detail data using platform so as to facilitate the responsible person to check the warning missing information in time and perform warning completion. Further, the service started in real time is obtained at intervals of preset time and used as the service to be evaluated to evaluate the service alarm coverage information, so that the evaluation script of the service alarm coverage information is executed at a fixed frequency through a timing task or other modes and the result is output, the alarm coverage rate and the alarm missing information of corresponding services and departments can be known in time, the alarm missing items of the service can be completed in time, meanwhile, the historical alarm coverage rate of the service can be inquired through the service name, and the alarm missing condition and the completing condition of the service can be known.
Compared with the conventional method for performing alarm completion aiming at the problem only after the problem occurs in the service, the method for evaluating the service alarm coverage information provided by the embodiment of the invention acquires the basic data corresponding to the service to be evaluated and the existing alarm rule; determining a preset alarm template corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the service type of the service to be evaluated, wherein the preset alarm template is summarized by historical alarm missing information of the service which is the same as and/or similar to the service type of the service to be evaluated; meanwhile, generating due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template; and comparing the existing alarm rules with the due alarm information, and determining the alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result, so that the alarm configuration state and the alarm coverage condition of the current service can be known in time, the alarm completion of the service can be carried out more comprehensively, the alarm coverage rate of the service is integrally improved, the service problem can be found in time, the problem point can be known, and the problem processing efficiency is improved.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for evaluating service alarm coverage information, as shown in fig. 3, where the apparatus includes: an acquisition unit 31, a determination unit 32, a generation unit 33, and a comparison unit 34.
The obtaining unit 31 may be configured to obtain basic data and an existing alarm rule corresponding to a service to be evaluated. The acquiring unit 31 is a main function module in the device for acquiring basic data corresponding to a service to be evaluated and an existing alarm rule.
The determining unit 32 may be configured to determine, according to the service type of the service to be evaluated, a preset alarm template corresponding to the service to be evaluated, where the preset alarm template is summarized by historical alarm missing information of a service that is the same as and/or similar to the service type of the service to be evaluated. The determining unit 32 is a main function module in the device that determines a preset alarm template corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the service type of the service to be evaluated.
The generating unit 33 may be configured to generate due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template. The generating unit 33 is a main function module, which generates due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template in the device, and is also a core module.
The comparing unit 34 may be configured to compare the existing alarm rule with the due alarm information, and determine alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to a comparison result. The comparison unit 34 is a main function module, which is also a core module, in the device for comparing the existing alarm rule with the due alarm information and determining the alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides another apparatus for evaluating service alarm coverage information, and as shown in fig. 4, the generating unit 33 includes: a generation template 331 and a processing module 332.
The generating module 331 may be configured to correspondingly add the basic data to the preset alarm template, and generate due monitoring item data corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
The processing module 332 may be configured to perform format comparison processing on the due monitoring item data to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
For the embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated, the processing module 332 includes: a determination submodule and a processing submodule.
The determining submodule may be configured to determine, according to the preset alarm template, each comparison field corresponding to the due monitoring item data.
The processing sub-module may be configured to perform format comparison processing on the due monitoring item data according to the comparison fields, so as to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
Further, in order to evaluate the alarm coverage information of the service to be evaluated, the comparing unit 34 includes: a processing module 341 and a comparison module 342.
The processing module 341 may be configured to perform parsing and format comparison processing on the existing alarm rule to obtain existing alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
The comparing module 342 may be configured to compare the existing alarm information with the due alarm information, and determine alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to a comparison result.
Further, in order to compare the due alarm information with the existing alarm information, the comparing module 342 includes: a matching sub-module and a determining sub-module.
The matching sub-module may be configured to match each group of alarm data in the due alarm information with each group of alarm data in the due alarm information, respectively.
The determining sub-module may be configured to determine that there is no alarm loss in the alarm data of the corresponding group if each group of alarm data in the due alarm information is consistent with the alarm data of the corresponding group in the existing alarm information.
The determining submodule may be further configured to determine that there is an alarm loss in the alarm data of the corresponding group if each group of alarm data in the due alarm information is inconsistent with the alarm data of the corresponding group in the existing alarm information;
the determining submodule may be further configured to determine alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to a matching result of each group of alarm data in the due alarm information.
Meanwhile, in order to evaluate the alarm coverage information of the service to be evaluated at preset time intervals, the obtaining unit 31 may be further configured to obtain the service started in real time at preset time intervals, and use the service started in real time as the service to be evaluated to evaluate the service alarm coverage information.
Further, in order to count the alarm missing information of the service to be evaluated and send the statistical result to the corresponding responsible person, the device further comprises: a counting unit 35 and a transmitting unit 36.
The statistical unit 35 may be configured to separately calculate the alarm coverage rates in different dimensions according to the alarm coverage information.
The sending unit 36 may be configured to send the alarm coverage rate and the alarm missing information in the alarm coverage information to a responsible person terminal corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided, where at least one executable instruction is stored, and the computer executable instruction can execute the data query method in any of the above method embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal may include: a processor (processor)502, a communication interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508.

The terminal comprises one or more processors, which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
And a memory 506 for storing a program 510. The memory 506 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 510 may specifically be used to cause the processor 502 to perform the following operations: acquiring basic data and existing alarm rules corresponding to a service to be evaluated; determining a preset alarm template corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the service type of the service to be evaluated, wherein the preset alarm template is summarized by historical alarm missing information of the service which is the same as and/or similar to the service type of the service to be evaluated; generating due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template; and comparing the existing alarm rules with the due alarm information, and determining alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating service alarm coverage information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring basic data and existing alarm rules corresponding to a service to be evaluated;
determining a preset alarm template corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the service type of the service to be evaluated, wherein the preset alarm template is summarized by historical alarm missing information of the service which is the same as and/or similar to the service type of the service to be evaluated;
generating due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template;
and comparing the existing alarm rules with the due alarm information, and determining alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the basic data and the preset alarm template includes:
correspondingly adding the basic data into the preset alarm template to generate due monitoring item data corresponding to the service to be evaluated;
and performing comparison format processing on the due monitoring item data to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the comparing the format processing on the due monitoring item data to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated comprises:
determining each comparison field corresponding to the due monitoring item data according to the preset alarm template;
and performing contrast format processing on the due monitoring item data according to each contrast field to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the comparing the existing alarm rule with the due alarm information and determining the alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result comprises:
analyzing and comparing the format of the existing alarm rule to obtain existing alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated;
and comparing the existing alarm information with the due alarm information, and determining alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the comparing the existing alarm information with the due alarm information, and determining the alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result comprises:
matching each group of alarm data in the due alarm information with each group of alarm data in the existing alarm information respectively;
if each group of alarm data in the due alarm information is consistent with the corresponding group of alarm data in the existing alarm information, determining that the alarm data of the corresponding group has no alarm loss;
if each group of alarm data in the due alarm information is inconsistent with the corresponding group of alarm data in the existing alarm information, determining that the alarm data of the corresponding group has alarm loss;
and determining alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the matching result of each group of alarm data in the due alarm information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a service started in real time is acquired at preset time intervals and used as the service to be evaluated to evaluate service alarm coverage information.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after comparing the existing alarm rules with the due alarm information and determining the alarm coverage information corresponding to the service to be evaluated according to the comparison result, the method further comprises:
respectively counting alarm coverage rates under different dimensions according to the alarm coverage information;
and sending the alarm coverage rate and the alarm missing information in the alarm coverage information to a responsible person terminal corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
8. An apparatus for evaluating service alarm coverage information, comprising:

and the processing module is used for performing format comparison processing on the due monitoring item data to obtain due alarm information corresponding to the service to be evaluated.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the processing module comprises: a determination sub-module and a processing sub-module,
the determining submodule is used for determining each comparison field corresponding to the due monitoring item data according to the preset alarm template;
