Description

Video color ring negotiation anomaly processing method, device and server
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for processing video color ring negotiation abnormality and a server.
Background
The video color ring (Video customized ringing tone) service is a service customized by the called party and provides an interesting video media for the calling party to replace the ordinary network ring back tone. The triggering of the video color ring comprises the following steps: 1) Calling to page the called; 2) The called side I/S-CSCF inquires about the video color ring subscription information from the HSS; 3) After finding that the called party signs up the video color ring service, the call is routed to the video color ring; 4) Paging to the called party; 5) After the called party rings, 180 ringing messages are sent to the video color ring; 6) The video color ring platform carries out media negotiation with the calling side terminal; 7) After the media negotiation is successful, the video color ring platform can send video color ring media to the calling party according to the setting condition of the called video color ring.
In the triggering process of the video color ring, because the video color ring is called service, it is difficult for the current calling user to actively avoid the service. When the calling subscriber uses an old VoLTE (Voice Over Long-Term Evolution) terminal, the calling subscriber dials a called subscriber handling the video color ring, and when the video color ring is negotiated, the calling subscriber cannot hear the ring tone and can cause abnormal media negotiation in the conversation process and can not normally communicate after the call is connected. However, if the user who does not transact the video color ring is dialed, the call is normal.
In summary, in the VoLTE call process, a user who uses an old VoLTE terminal to dial a video color ring, because the negotiation of the video color ring medium of the terminal is abnormal and cannot avoid, the user cannot hear the call of the other party after the terminal is connected, thereby seriously affecting the perception of the user; moreover, with the large-scale popularization of video color ring, the probability that the calling of the old VoLTE terminal cannot be heard after the call is connected is higher and higher, and the signaling flow is not directly wrong, so that the positioning problem is difficult.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Before implementing the embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that, in the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention, the inventors found that: the call difference between the old VoLTE terminal dialing subscriber of the signed video color ring and the subscriber dialing non-signed video color ring is mainly caused by the media negotiation process of the video color ring. The following briefly describes the media negotiation process of the video color ring:
1. the video color ring platform (AS) receives 180 the ringing response of the called party and stores the media information of the called party;
2. sending a video negotiation message (transmitted by an UPDATE signaling) to a calling side, wherein the video negotiation message carries a color ring back tone playing media SDP (Session Description Protocol, translated into a protocol describing a session), and the calling side replies a 200UPDATE response and carries the media SDP of the calling side;
3. after the playback media resource is established, continuing to send 180 ringing messages to instruct the calling terminal to listen to the color ring;
4. the called party goes off hook, AS then completes the flow of restoring and converting media (UPDATE-200 UPDATE), and restores the media into SDP similar to the step 2;
5. the call message (200 invite) is issued to instruct the calling terminal to continue the call.
For the old VoLTE terminal, the Contact message in the INVITE message (transmitted by the INVITE signaling) initially reported to the called terminal carries a video field, so that the video color ring platform can carry the media negotiation of the video color ring in the negotiation process, and the negotiation result returned by the old VoLTE terminal is inconsistent with the initially reported information, so that the media negotiation of the video color ring is abnormal, and further the media negotiation of the subsequent session is also abnormal. The following embodiments are directed to solving the problems of abnormal answering of the color ring back tone and the session caused by the media negotiation process discovered by the inventor.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for processing video color ring negotiation anomaly provided by an embodiment of the present invention. The method is used for avoiding abnormal negotiation of the video color ring of the old VoLTE terminal so as to avoid influencing the negotiation of the voice call. The method can be executed by a server, and is mainly described in the text by a video color ring platform (AS called) with the server AS a called end.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and responding to the message supporting the video color ring reported by the calling terminal, and sending a first media negotiation message carrying media information of the video color ring and the audio color ring to the calling terminal.
In practice, when the calling end dials the called end subscribed with the video color ring, a message is reported to the called end whether the called end has the capability of supporting the video color ring, so as to determine the media type for negotiation
Specifically, if the message supporting the video color ring is reported by the calling terminal, media negotiation of the video color ring is needed. The first media negotiation message (transmitted by UPDATE signaling) sent by the AS called to the calling terminal is the negotiation message of the first color ring media between the called terminal and the calling terminal, and the negotiation message not only carries the media information of the audio color ring (i.e. the description information of audio) but also carries the media information of the video color ring (i.e. the description information of video).
Step S120: and receiving a first negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation message.
After receiving the first media negotiation message, the calling terminal returns a first negotiation result message (transmitted by a 200UPDATE signaling) to the AS called terminal, where the first negotiation result message may reflect the negotiation result of the calling terminal on the video color ring and the audio color ring, for example, reflect the port of the video color ring that is bad for negotiation.
Step S130: judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message; if yes, the method ends; if not, step S140 is performed.
And judging whether the received first negotiation result message is abnormal or not by taking the normal negotiation result of the CRBT media as a reference, namely, the negotiation result can reflect whether the calling terminal does not support the video CRBT, if not, the reporting capability of the calling terminal is wrong, and executing the step S140 and the subsequent steps so as to avoid abnormal ringing and session caused by abnormal negotiation, wherein the situation usually occurs in the scene that the calling terminal is an old VoLTE terminal. If so, indicating that the reporting capability of the calling terminal is correct, processing the existing normal ringing flow and the follow-up flow thereof without influencing the final session, and ending the method.
Step S140: and sending a second media negotiation message carrying the media information of the audio color ring to the calling terminal.
Aiming at the situation that the negotiation result is inconsistent with the reported capability, a second media negotiation message (transmitted by an UPDATE signaling) is sent to the calling terminal, wherein the second media negotiation message is the negotiation message of the retransmitted color ring media, and the negotiation is not needed to be retransmitted under the normal situation; the second media negotiation message is different from the first media negotiation message in that the second media negotiation message only negotiates audio color ring, but not video color ring, and correspondingly, the second media negotiation message does not carry description information of video, but only carries description information of audio.
Step S150: and receiving a second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the second media negotiation message, and sending the audio color ring media to the calling terminal according to the second negotiation result message so as to play the audio color ring.
In general, the old VoLTE terminal supports the parsing of the audio color ring, and the second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal for the second media negotiation message is a negotiation normal message, namely: the normal negotiation of the color ring media can be completed, and correspondingly, the subsequent color ring can be normally sounded, and the session negotiation and the normal session cannot be influenced.
Specifically, after receiving the second negotiation result message, the AS called party can send the audio color ring media to the calling party, so that the AS called party avoids playing the video color ring, and normally plays the audio color ring, and meanwhile, the subsequent session is not influenced.
According to the method for processing the video color ring negotiation exception provided by the embodiment, for the situation that the calling terminal reports the message supporting the video color ring, after receiving the first negotiation result message of the color ring media, judging whether the calling terminal supports the video color ring according to the first negotiation result message, if not, indicating that the capability of supporting the video color ring reported by the calling terminal is wrong; and re-sending a second media negotiation message aiming at the condition that the negotiation of the color ring back tone media is abnormal due to the error reporting, wherein the second media negotiation message does not carry the media information of the video color ring back tone any more, but only carries the media information of the audio color ring back tone, and the calling terminal can return a second negotiation result message in response to the second media negotiation message to complete the normal negotiation of the color ring back tone media, and then can play the audio color ring back tone normally, so that the negotiation abnormality of the video color ring back tone is prevented from influencing the subsequent session negotiation after the color ring back tone play. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, after the negotiation of the video color ring media is completed, the judgment function of the video color ring is added, the terminal which does not support the video color ring function is judged, the media negotiation is carried out again, only the media negotiation of the audio color ring is realized, and the normal audio color ring playing is completed, so that the video color ring is avoided, the influence of abnormal negotiation of the video color ring on the whole conversation process is avoided, and the perception of a user is improved.
Fig. 2 shows a flow of video color ring back tone avoidance signaling in the VoLTE call process. Before the following description of the embodiments is made, the processing method of the video color ring negotiation exception of the present invention is clarified in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the video color ring negotiation has no abnormal condition, and the call mainly includes the following signaling processes: the method comprises a resource negotiation process, a resource reservation process, a play media process of updating video color ring (namely, a negotiation process of video color ring media), a play video color ring process (audio color ring is shown in the figure), a restore call media process and a connection call process. And for the abnormal negotiation of the video color ring, after the negotiation of the video color ring media is completed, the evading process of the video color ring is added, and the playing of the audio color ring is avoided by the evading process of the video color ring. The various processes involved above will be described in detail in connection with the inventive arrangements in the examples below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for handling abnormal video color ring negotiation according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
step S310: and responding to the message supporting the video color ring reported by the calling terminal, and sending a first media negotiation message carrying media information of the video color ring and the audio color ring to the calling terminal.
Specifically, when the calling end dials the called end subscribed with the video color ring, the message of whether the called end has the capability of supporting the video color ring or not is reported to the called end, and when the calling end is an old VoLTE terminal, the message of supporting the video color ring is reported to the called end. The signaling flow corresponding to fig. 2 is: in the resource negotiation process, step 1: the old VoLTE terminal is used AS a calling terminal (UE_A) to send an invitation message (transmitted by an INVITE signaling) with media coding and decoding information of the local terminal and the Contact message carries a video field, and after passing through a joint social network element (PSBC, which integrates SBC and P-CSCF, ATCF, ATGW) of the calling terminal and a CORE network (IMS_CORE), the old VoLTE terminal negotiates with resources of an AS, and then sends a negotiation result of the invitation message to UE_B, wherein the invitation message of the old VoLTE terminal carries the video field, namely the reported capability of supporting video color ring. And, the resource negotiation process further includes step 2: after receiving the negotiation result of the resource, the ue_b sends 183 a negotiation message (transmitted by 183 message signaling) to select the supported codec from the coding set of the PSBC of the home terminal, sends the selected codec to the PSBC of the home terminal, negotiates with the PSBC of the ue_a, and finally sends the negotiation result to the ue_a to complete the codec negotiation, i.e. complete the resource negotiation.
And, as shown in fig. 2, after the resource negotiation process is completed, entering a resource reservation process: UE_A sends a resource reservation message (transmitted by UPDATE signaling) to start a resource reservation flow with a coding and decoding list of resource negotiation, and UE_B sends a reservation result message (transmitted by 200UPDATE signaling) to return a negotiation result of the resource reservation.
Then, after the resource reservation process is finished, if the ue_b signs a subscription to the video color ring, the negotiation process of the video color ring media needs to be entered according to the capability of the calling end to report the video color ring, that is, the playback media process of updating the video color ring in fig. 2, which includes: after receiving the 180 ringing message (transmitted by 180ring information) sent by the ue_b, the AS called party starts to update the media of the video color ring, and because of the capability of supporting video brought by the ue_a, sends a first media negotiation message (i.e. the video negotiation message in the figure is transmitted by update signaling) carrying the media information of the video color ring and the audio color ring to the ue_a, in other words, m rows (media description rows) in an SDP message body in the launched first media negotiation message carry the video message, where the content of the m rows includes media types (e.g. video, audio), ports, compression mode and codec format, and the following are two specific m rows in the first media negotiation message:
(m):video 17702 RTP/AVP 114
(m):audio 17700 RTP/AVP 104 105
in the above example, the format of m rows is m: < media > < port > < compression scheme > < codec format >;
step S320: and receiving a first negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation message.
After receiving the first media negotiation message, ue_a returns a first negotiation result message, corresponding to fig. 2, which is: after receiving the first media negotiation message, ue_a returns a first negotiation result message (i.e. a video negotiation result in the figure is transmitted by a 200UPDATE signaling) to the AS called party, and the negotiation process of the video color ring media is completed.
Step S330: judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message; if yes, go to step S370; if not, then step S340 is performed: .
For the old VoLTE terminal, since the old VoLTE terminal does not substantially support the analysis of the video color ring, and the first media negotiation message sent to the old VoLTE terminal carries the media information of the video color ring, the returned first negotiation result message will display negotiation anomaly, so as to determine whether the ue_a supports the analysis of the video color ring according to whether the first negotiation result message is anomaly.
Specifically, video port information and audio transceiving mode information are collected from the first negotiation result message; judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the video port information and the audio receiving and transmitting mode information. If negotiation abnormality does not occur, that is, if the ue_a supports resolution of the video color ring, the returned video port should be normally available, but not 0, and a specific audio transceiving mode is returned, where the specific audio transceiving mode is sendrecv (transmitting and receiving) and not none (not transceiving), then whether the ue_a supports the video color ring can be determined by judging whether the video port and the audio transceiving mode are abnormal.
In practice, the media description line (i.e., m lines) and the attribute line (i.e., a line) in the first negotiation result message may be located; video port information is collected from the media description line and audio transceiver mode information is collected from the attribute line.
For example, the following are included in the first negotiation result message returned by ue_a:
(m):video 0 RTP/AVP 114
(a):curr:qos local none
(m):audio 50010 RTP/AVP 104 105
(a):des:qos none local none
and positioning m rows of which the media type is video, determining that the video port is 0 according to the format of the m rows, positioning a row a representing the transceiving mode of audio, and determining that the transceiving mode is local none.
Further, determining whether the calling terminal supports video color ring comprises: judging whether the video port information is 0 or not and judging whether the audio receiving and transmitting mode information is a local none or not; if the video port information is 0 and the audio receiving and transmitting mode information is local none, the calling terminal is judged not to support video color ring. For example, the foregoing example may determine that the calling end does not support video color ring.
If it is determined that the calling terminal supports the video color ring, executing step S370 to perform normal video color ring playing and voice call; if it is determined that the calling terminal does not support the video color ring, it indicates that the calling terminal is an old VoLTE terminal, step S340 is performed to obtain a normal negotiation result, so as not to affect subsequent ringing and talking.
Step S340: and sending a second media negotiation message carrying the media information of the audio color ring to the calling terminal.
For the old VoLTE terminal which does not support the video color ring AS the result of the determination, the AS called party needs to resend the media negotiation message (i.e. the second media negotiation message) to the old VoLTE terminal, where the second media negotiation message only carries the media information of the audio color ring, so that the negotiation of the audio color ring is only performed with the old VoLTE terminal, the process corresponds to the circumventing of the video color ring process in fig. 2, and m lines in the SDP message body in the second media negotiation message (i.e. the audio negotiation message in the image is transmitted in UPDATE signaling) only carry the message line of audio, but no longer carry the message line of video.
For example, the content of m rows is as follows, where there are no m-row messages of video:
(m):audio 17700 RTP/AVP 104 105。
step S350: and receiving a second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the second media negotiation message, and sending the audio color ring media to the calling terminal according to the second negotiation result message so as to play the audio color ring.
After receiving the second media negotiation message UPDATA message, the ue_a only carries the audio information line in the M lines in the SDP this time, and the old VoLTE terminal also supports the codec format, so the codec negotiation is normal. Corresponding to fig. 2, the transceiving mode in the returned second negotiation result message (i.e. audio negotiation result, signaled in 200 UPDATE) shows that the negotiation is normal.
For example, the second negotiation result message includes the following contents:
(m):audio 50010 RTP/AVP 104 105
(a):curr:qos local sendrecv
the audio transceiving mode in the returned line (a) is local sendrecv, and is not local none.
Then, the audio color ring can be normally played, and the video color ring is avoided. Corresponding to fig. 2, playing the audio color ring is that the AS called sends 180 ringing message to ue_a, indicating that ue_a listens to the audio color ring.
Step S360: after detecting that the called end goes off-hook, the audio color ring playing is terminated, and session negotiation and voice communication are carried out.
After UE_B goes off-hook, AS is called to terminate playback, and session negotiation and voice call are continued. This stage corresponds to the session media restoring process and the session connection process in fig. 2, where the AS called terminates playback, sends session negotiation message (transmitted by UPDATE signaling) to UPDATE session media, and after the AS called receives the session negotiation result (transmitted by 200UPDATE signaling), the session media updating is completed, i.e. the restoring is completed; then, the AS called sends a talk message to ue_a (with 200INVITE signaling), and after receiving the talk message, ue_a can perform a voice call.
Step S370: and sending the video color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation result message so as to play the video color ring back tone.
If the calling terminal is judged to support the video color ring, the process of playing the video color ring, restoring the call media and connecting the call can be entered, and no abnormality occurs.
According to the processing of abnormal video color ring negotiation provided by the embodiment, when the video color ring media negotiation is completed, a function of collecting media negotiation results is added, m rows and a rows of information in SDP are collected, and a function of judging the video color ring is added, and when the media negotiation of the video color ring fails, the terminal which does not support the video color ring function can be judged; and when the video color ring media negotiation fails, performing media negotiation again, avoiding the video color ring, and performing media negotiation only on the audio color ring to complete normal audio color ring play. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment makes up the defect that in the prior art, video color ring is supported by reporting of the old VoLTE terminal, but video media negotiation fails to cause unsmooth conversation after call answering, judges the result of media negotiation after triggering the video color ring, negotiates the color ring terminal which does not support video again, only negotiates the audio color ring, thereby avoiding the video color ring, completing the whole conversation process and improving user perception.
