The present embodiment provides a video color ring back tone service anomaly detection apparatus, which determines at least one target detection dimension for detecting whether a target video color ring back tone service is abnormal according to a pre-created service flow, and determines whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal in each target detection dimension according to a detection result obtained by detecting the service processing data in each target detection dimension. Target detection dimensionality is extracted by the service flow template, active detection of the target video color ring service can be achieved through the target detection dimensionality, and manual feedback is not needed. for each target detection dimension, extracting detected data corresponding to the target detection dimension from the service processing data;
and if the detected data is detected to be not in accordance with the detection rule under the target detection dimension, marking the target video color ring back tone service as abnormal under the target detection dimension.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
acquiring each target detection dimension with abnormality of the target video color ring service, taking the target detection dimension as an abnormal target detection dimension, and determining the abnormal type of each abnormal target detection dimension;
for each abnormal type, determining the detection times of detecting the abnormal target detection dimension belonging to the abnormal type in a preset time period, and determining whether the target video color ring service is abnormal or not according to the detection times corresponding to each abnormal type;
the exception type comprises a missing message type, a message timeout type, a media negotiation failure type and/or a parameter exception type.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
creating a service flow template of the video color ring service based on different network structures and/or terminal types according to a communication protocol;
for each business process template, extracting at least one detection dimension for detecting whether the video color ring back tone business corresponding to the business process template is abnormal or not according to a business processing flow set in the business process template, a signaling generated in the process of processing the video color ring back tone business corresponding to the business process template, a processing process of business data and/or parameter configuration;
the detection dimension includes sub-processes included in the service processing process and necessary to exist, whether signaling generated through media negotiation is correct, whether the processing process of the service data is correct, and/or parameter ranges configured for each parameter.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the determining at least one service flow template created for the video color ring back tone service in advance, for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service has an abnormal target detection dimension, includes:
determining a business flow template matched with the target video color ring service from the created business flow templates as a target business flow template according to a network structure for processing the target video color ring service, the types of terminals participating in the target video color ring service and/or sub-flows in the business processing flow of the target video color ring service;
and determining at least one detection dimension for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal or not from the detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template, wherein the at least one detection dimension is used as a target detection dimension.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the determining, from among the detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template, at least one detection dimension used for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal, as a target detection dimension, includes:
obtaining dimension enabling information preset for the target video color ring service, and determining at least one detection dimension used for detecting whether the target video color ring service is abnormal or not from detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template according to the dimension enabling information to serve as a target detection dimension;
the dimension enabling information is used for indicating the detection dimension which needs to be detected for the target video color ring service in the detection dimension extracted in advance according to the target service flow template.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
and marking the abnormal type of which the detection times are more than or equal to a preset threshold value, displaying the marked abnormal type and the abnormal target detection dimension belonging to each marked abnormal type.

1. A method for detecting abnormal video color ring service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
extracting service processing data of any target video color ring back tone service, and determining at least one service flow template which is established for the video color ring back tone service in advance and is used for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service has abnormal target detection dimensionality or not;
determining whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal in each target detection dimension according to a detection result of detecting the service processing data in each target detection dimension;
the service processing data comprises a service processing flow of the target video color ring back tone service, a signaling generated in the process of processing the target video color ring back tone service, service data of the target video color ring back tone service and/or parameter configuration corresponding to the target video color ring back tone service.
2. The method for detecting the abnormality of the video color ring back tone service according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the target video color ring back tone service has the abnormality in each target detection dimension according to the detection result of the service processing data in each target detection dimension includes:
for each target detection dimension, extracting detected data corresponding to the target detection dimension from the service processing data;
and if the detected data is detected to be not in accordance with the detection rule under the target detection dimension, marking the target video color ring back tone service as abnormal under the target detection dimension.
3. The method for detecting abnormal video color ring back tone service according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring each target detection dimension with abnormality of the target video color ring service, taking the target detection dimension as an abnormal target detection dimension, and determining the abnormal type of each abnormal target detection dimension;
for each abnormal type, determining the detection times of detecting the abnormal target detection dimension belonging to the abnormal type in a preset time period, and determining whether the target video color ring service is abnormal or not according to the detection times corresponding to each abnormal type;
the exception type comprises a missing message type, a message timeout type, a media negotiation failure type and/or a parameter exception type.
4. The method for detecting abnormal video color ring back tone service according to claim 1, further comprising:
creating a service flow template of the video color ring service based on different network structures and/or terminal types according to a communication protocol;
for each business process template, extracting at least one detection dimension for detecting whether the video color ring back tone business corresponding to the business process template is abnormal or not according to a business processing flow set in the business process template, a signaling generated in the process of processing the video color ring back tone business corresponding to the business process template, a processing process of business data and/or parameter configuration;
the detection dimension includes sub-processes included in the service processing process and necessary to exist, whether signaling generated through media negotiation is correct, whether the processing process of the service data is correct, and/or parameter ranges configured for each parameter.

The method for detecting the abnormality of the video color ring back tone service according to claim 1, wherein the determining at least one service flow template created for the video color ring back tone service in advance, for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service has an abnormal target detection dimension, comprises:
determining a business flow template matched with the target video color ring service from the created business flow templates as a target business flow template according to a network structure for processing the target video color ring service, the types of terminals participating in the target video color ring service and/or sub-flows in the business processing flow of the target video color ring service;
and determining at least one detection dimension for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal or not from the detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template, wherein the at least one detection dimension is used as a target detection dimension.

The method for detecting abnormality of video color ring back tone service according to claim 5, wherein the determining, from among the detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template, at least one detection dimension for detecting whether the target video color ring back tone service is abnormal or not, as a target detection dimension, includes:
obtaining dimension enabling information preset for the target video color ring service, and determining at least one detection dimension used for detecting whether the target video color ring service is abnormal or not from detection dimensions extracted in advance according to the target service flow template according to the dimension enabling information to serve as a target detection dimension;
the dimension enabling information is used for indicating the detection dimension which needs to be detected for the target video color ring service in the detection dimension extracted in advance according to the target service flow template.
7. The method for detecting abnormal video color ring back tone service according to claim 3, further comprising:
and marking the abnormal type of which the detection times are more than or equal to a preset threshold value, displaying the marked abnormal type and the abnormal target detection dimension belonging to each marked abnormal type.
