Step S370: and sending the video color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation result message for playing the video color ring back tone.
If the calling terminal supports the video color ring, the process of playing the video color ring, the process of restoring the call media and the process of connecting the call can be entered, and no abnormity occurs.
According to the processing of the video color ring negotiation exception provided by the embodiment, when the video color ring media negotiation is completed, a function of collecting a media negotiation result is added, information of m lines and a lines in an SDP is collected, a function of judging the video color ring is added, and when the media negotiation of the video color ring is failed, a terminal which does not support the video color ring function can be judged; and when the media negotiation of the video color ring is failed, performing the media negotiation again to avoid the video color ring and perform the media negotiation only on the audio color ring to complete the normal playing of the audio color ring. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment makes up the defect that in the prior art, the old VoLTE terminal reports and supports the video color ring, but the conversation is not smooth after the call is answered due to the failure of the media negotiation of the video, and realizes that after the video color ring is triggered, the result of the media negotiation is judged, the color ring terminal which does not support the video is negotiated again, and only the audio color ring negotiation is carried out, so that the video color ring is avoided, the whole conversation process is completed, and the user perception is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a device for processing a video coloring ring back tone negotiation exception according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device is arranged in a video color ring platform of a called terminal (namely an AS called terminal). As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:

and the ringing module 440 is adapted to send an audio color ring media to the calling end according to the second negotiation result message for playing the audio color ring.
In an optional manner, the apparatus further comprises: and the call module is suitable for terminating the audio color ring playing after detecting that the called end is off-hook, and performing session negotiation and voice call.
In an optional manner, the determining module is further adapted to: collecting video port information and audio transceiving mode information from the first negotiation result message;
and judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the video port information and the audio transceiving mode information.
In an optional manner, the determining module is further adapted to:
judging whether the video port information is 0 or not and judging whether the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving or not; and if the video port information is 0 and the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving, judging that the calling terminal does not support video polyphonic ringtone.
In an optional manner, the determining module is further adapted to: locating a media description line and an attribute line in the first negotiation result message; video port information is collected from the media description line, and audio transceiving mode information is collected from the attribute line.
In an optional manner, the apparatus further comprises: the video color ring playing module is suitable for:
and sending the video color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation result message for playing the video color ring back tone.
In an optional manner, the apparatus is disposed in a video color ring platform.
The embodiment of the invention provides a nonvolatile computer storage medium, wherein at least one executable instruction is stored in the computer storage medium, and the computer executable instruction can execute the processing method of the video color ring negotiation abnormity in any method embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the server.
As shown in fig. 5, the server may include: a processor (processor)502, a Communications Interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508.

receiving a first negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation message, and judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message; if not, sending a second media negotiation message carrying the media information of the audio color ring to the calling terminal;
and receiving a second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the second media negotiation message, and sending an audio color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the second negotiation result message for playing the audio color ring back tone.
In an alternative, the program 510 further causes the processor 502 to:
and after detecting that the called end is off-hook, terminating the audio color ring playing, and performing session negotiation and voice communication.
In an alternative, the program 510 further causes the processor 502 to:
collecting video port information and audio transceiving mode information from the first negotiation result message;
and judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the video port information and the audio transceiving mode information.
In an alternative, the program 510 further causes the processor 502 to:
judging whether the video port information is 0 or not and judging whether the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving or not; and if the video port information is 0 and the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving, judging that the calling terminal does not support video polyphonic ringtone.
In an alternative, the program 510 further causes the processor 502 to:
locating a media description line and an attribute line in the first negotiation result message;
video port information is collected from the media description line, and audio transceiving mode information is collected from the attribute line.
In an alternative manner, if it is determined that the calling end supports video ring back tone, the program 510 further causes the processor 502 to:
and sending the video color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation result message for playing the video color ring back tone.
In an alternative, the method is performed by a video color ring platform.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing abnormal negotiation of video color ring comprises the following steps:
responding to a message supporting the video color ring back tone reported by a calling terminal, and sending a first media negotiation message carrying media information of the video color ring back tone and the audio color ring back tone to the calling terminal;
receiving a first negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation message, and judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message; if not, sending a second media negotiation message carrying the media information of the audio color ring to the calling terminal;
and receiving a second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the second media negotiation message, and sending an audio color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the second negotiation result message for playing the audio color ring back tone.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the playing the audio ring back tone, the method further comprises:
and after detecting that the called end is off-hook, terminating the audio color ring playing, and performing session negotiation and voice communication.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the calling end supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message further comprises:
collecting video port information and audio transceiving mode information from the first negotiation result message;
and judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the video port information and the audio transceiving mode information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining whether the calling end supports video color ring according to the video port information and the audio transceiving mode information in the first negotiation result message specifically includes:
judging whether the video port information is 0 or not and judging whether the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving or not; and if the video port information is 0 and the audio transceiving mode information is not transceiving, judging that the calling terminal does not support video polyphonic ringtone.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the collecting video port information and audio transceiving mode information from the first negotiation result message further comprises:
locating a media description line and an attribute line in the first negotiation result message;
video port information is collected from the media description line, and audio transceiving mode information is collected from the attribute line.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein if it is determined that the calling end supports video color ring, the method further comprises:
and sending the video color ring back tone media to the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation result message for playing the video color ring back tone.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method is performed by a video color ring platform.
8. A processing device for video color ring negotiation exception comprises:
the sending module is suitable for responding to the message which supports the video color ring and is reported by the calling end, and sending a first media negotiation message which carries the media information of the video color ring and the audio color ring to the calling end; if the calling end is judged to support the video color ring, sending a second media negotiation message carrying media information of the audio color ring to the calling end;
the receiving module is suitable for receiving a first negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the first media negotiation message; receiving a second negotiation result message returned by the calling terminal according to the second media negotiation message;
the judging module is suitable for judging whether the calling terminal supports video color ring according to the first negotiation result message;
and the ringing module is suitable for sending audio color ring media to the calling terminal according to the second negotiation result message so as to play the audio color ring.
9. A server, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction enables the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the processing method of the video color ring negotiation exception according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, wherein at least one executable instruction is stored in the storage medium, and the executable instruction causes a processor to execute an operation corresponding to the processing method for video color ring negotiation exception according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
