Through the cooperation use of scraper blade and atress pole, when the bracing piece anticlockwise rotates, first spring resilience makes the scraper blade follow first draw-in groove downwardly moving, and the scraper blade downwardly moving drives atress pole downwardly moving to make the atress pole contact with the bracing piece always, thereby make the scraper blade strike off the dust on bleeder vent surface, avoid the dust to block up the bleeder vent, influence the ventilation efficiency of bleeder vent, improved the cleaning effect of device.
3. In particular, in the invention, two first clamping grooves 20 are formed in one side of the fixed cylinder 15, a scraper 18 is slidably connected in the first clamping grooves 20, the scraper 18 is in contact with the fixed cylinder 15, a first spring 17 is welded on the upper surface of the scraper 18, the first spring 17 is fixed with the solar cell panel 8, a stress rod 21 is fixed on one side of the scraper 18 through a bolt, the stress rod 21 is in contact with the support rod 16, the support rod 16 rotates anticlockwise, the scraper 18 moves downwards along the first clamping grooves 20 in a rebound manner by the first spring 17, the scraper 18 moves downwards to drive the stress rod 21 to move downwards, and the stress rod 21 is always in contact with the support rod 16, so that dust on the surface of the ventilation hole 19 is scraped by the scraper 18, and the ventilation efficiency of the ventilation hole 19 is prevented from being blocked by dust.
It should be noted that, one end of the first connecting shaft 7 is sleeved with the torsion spring 6, two ends of the torsion spring 6 are respectively fixed with the first connecting shaft 7 and the housing 3, the torsion spring 6 can assist the solar panel 8 to rotate and reset through torsion force, and make the solar panel 8 closely attached to the housing 3, so as to avoid damage caused by vibration of the solar panel 8 due to shaking of the device in the process of carrying, two rubber pads 37 are adhered to the outer wall of the top of the housing 3, the rubber pads 37 are contacted with the solar panel 8, the rubber pads 37 can absorb and protect the solar panel 8 by virtue of characteristics of materials of the rubber pads, damage caused by contact between the solar panel 8 and the housing 3 is avoided, the bottom inner wall of the housing 3 is fixedly provided with the storage battery 10 through bolts, the bottom inner wall of the housing 3 is fixedly provided with the solar converter 13 through bolts, the bottom inner wall of the shell 3 is fixedly provided with an electric appliance module mounting plate 12 through bolts, the upper surface of the electric appliance module mounting plate 12 is fixedly provided with an internet module 11 through bolts, the internet module 11 can enable the solar cell device to be connected with the internet through information technology, and then the information of the solar cell device is transmitted in real time through the internet, the device is more intelligent, one side of the shell 3 is fixedly provided with a maintenance plate 4 through bolts, one side of the maintenance plate 4 is adhered with a sealing gasket 5, the sealing gasket 5 is contacted with the shell 3, the sealing gasket 5 can enable the maintenance plate 4 to be connected with the shell 3 more tightly, dust is prevented from entering the shell 3 from a gap between the maintenance plate 4 and the shell 3, damage to electric appliance components inside the shell 3 occurs, two side outer walls of the shell 3 are fixedly provided with a hidden handle 2 through bolts, the hidden handle 2 can carry the removal to the device by the person of facilitating the use, the annular has been seted up in the circumference outside of piston 29, the bonding has sealing washer 28 in the annular, and sealing washer 28 contacts with fixed section of thick bamboo 15, sealing washer 28 can make piston 29 and fixed section of thick bamboo 15 be connected inseparabler, avoid the air in the first cavity 30 to flow through the gap department of piston 29 and fixed section of thick bamboo 15, the bottom outer wall of casing 3 is fixed with a plurality of rags 9 through the bolt, and rag 9 evenly distributed, rag 9 can support fixedly to casing 3, avoid the device to produce vibrations and make the condition that the device itself takes place the displacement appear at the in-process of regulation.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the solar cell panel 8 needs to be regulated, firstly, the electric telescopic rod 14 is started, the electric telescopic rod 14 stretches to drive the movable plate 24 to move rightwards along the second clamping groove 25, so that the movable plate 24 contacts with the air bag 26 and extrudes the air bag 26, air in the air bag 26 enters the first cavity 30 through the connecting hose 27, the pressure in the first cavity 30 is increased, the piston 29 drives the rack 31 to move leftwards, the rack 31 moves leftwards to drive the sliding block 34 to move leftwards, air in the second cavity 35 flows out of the fixed cylinder 15 through the air holes 19, the sliding block 34 moves leftwards to enable the stress of the second spring 36 to be shortened and generate elastic force, meanwhile, the rack 31 moves leftwards to enable the gear 32 to drive the second connecting shaft 33 to rotate anticlockwise, the second connecting shaft 33 rotates anticlockwise to enable the supporting rod 16 to drive the roller 22 to move rightwards along the positioning groove 23, the solar cell panel 8 rotates clockwise around the first connecting shaft 7, the angle of the solar cell panel 8 is regulated, the solar cell panel 8 is regulated according to different regions, the rack 31 moves leftwards to drive the sliding block 34 to move leftwards, the first spring 17 moves downwards to enable the first clamping groove 18 to move downwards along the air holes 19 to enable the first spring 18 to move downwards, the air holes 19 to be prevented from being contacted with the air holes 19, and the dust is prevented from being blocked, and the dust is always stressed by the air holes 19 to move downwards, and the air holes 19 are prevented from being influenced by the downward.
The electrical components are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
