The medical ionizing radiation protective garment comprises a protective structure arranged on a front piece of the garment and used for isolating ionizing radiation, and is characterized in that binding belts or tightening belts are further arranged on two sides of the front piece; the front piece comprises a flexible radiation-proof bottom layer and a liquid-filled radiation-proof surface layer, the flexible radiation-proof bottom layer comprises a non-metal composite fiber inner layer and a metal composite fiber outer layer which are fixedly connected through hot-pressing of a hot-melt adhesive film, the liquid-filled radiation-proof surface layer is formed by weaving a flexible pipe with the diameter of 1mm to 2.5mm, the inner end of the flexible pipe is communicated with a liquid distribution ring positioned in the middle of the front piece, an image acquisition area is formed in the inner side of the liquid distribution ring, the outer end of the flexible pipe is communicated with a liquid collecting pipe at the edge of the front piece, a liquid inlet is formed in the liquid distribution ring, a liquid outlet is formed in the liquid collecting pipe, the liquid inlet is communicated with a liquid storage tank through a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid supply pump, and a solution or suspension containing a radiation-proof material is stored in the liquid storage tank, and when the medical ionization radiation-proof protective clothing is worn for medical image acquisition, the liquid-filled radiation-proof surface layer is pumped through the liquid inlet.
2. The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 1, wherein: the radio-opaque material comprises one or more of barium sulfate, barium chloride, lead sulfate, and iodized oil.
3. The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 2, wherein: the liquid-filled radiation-proof surface layer is formed by cross braiding of flexible pipes and is double-layered.
4. The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 1, wherein: and a flexible waterproof layer is arranged between the flexible radiation-proof bottom layer and the liquid-filled radiation-proof surface layer.

The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 1, wherein: the coat also comprises a detachable arm sleeve connected with the front piece, wherein the detachable arm sleeve comprises a nonmetallic composite fiber inner layer and a metallic composite fiber outer layer which are fixedly connected by hot-melt adhesive films in a hot-pressing mode.

The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 1, wherein: the liquid distribution ring is characterized in that a plurality of adjusting rings are detachably arranged in the liquid distribution ring, each adjusting ring comprises an upper ring plate, an inner ring plate and a lower ring plate, the inner edge of the upper ring plate is fixedly connected with the inner ring plate through the inner edge of the lower ring plate which is vertically arranged, the upper ring plate and the lower ring plate are fixedly connected through a plurality of vertical supporting columns, a clamping groove is formed in the inner side of the upper ring plate, a clamping head matched with the clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the lower ring plate, an annular liquid guide groove communicated with the inner cavity of the adjusting ring is formed in the bottom plate of the clamping groove, the bottom plate of the clamping head is provided with a one-way liquid guide hole communicated with the inner cavity of the adjusting ring and corresponding to the annular liquid guide groove, the section of the outer side wall of the clamping groove is arc-shaped, the outer edge of the upper ring plate is in sealing connection through a first flexible connecting piece, and the inner cavity of the adjusting ring is filled with liquid so that the first flexible connection is outwards expanded and the outer side wall of the clamping groove is abutted against the clamping groove to enable the clamping groove to be tightly pressed downwards.

The medical ionizing radiation protective garment according to claim 6, wherein: the upper edge of the first flexible connecting piece is flush with the upper edge of the outer side wall of the clamping groove; the lower edge of the first flexible connecting piece is higher than the lower edge of the outer side wall of the clamping groove; so that the first flexible connection firstly collides with the upper side of the outer side wall of the clamping groove when expanding outwards.
