the rope threading barrel (26), the rope threading barrel (26) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the connecting plate (32), and a side hole (30) is formed in one side of the rope threading barrel (26);

the fixed inserting column (33), the fixed inserting column (33) is detachably inserted into the inner wall of the top of the rope penetrating drum (26);

The auxiliary fixing device of an ophthalmologic operation hole towel according to claim 8, characterized in that a plurality of magnetic blocks (22) are embedded in the outer wall of one side of the ear muffs (19), and the magnetic blocks (22) on two ear muffs (19) attract each other; the outer wall of the bottom of each earmuff (19) is connected with a binding band (23), and one end of each binding band (23) is provided with magic tapes matched with each other.

An auxiliary fixing device of an ophthalmologic operation hole towel according to claim 9, characterized in that the fixing clips (17) are detachably clamped and fixed on the outer sides of the two side extensions (3), and the same elastic cord (18) is connected between the two fixing clips (17).
