Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for cancelling internal cash flow provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
s201, calling a cash flow access service, and collecting cash flow detail data of internal transactions in a preset time period.
The cash flow access service is a micro service deployed in a financial middle station, and the financial data acquisition function is realized. The cash flow access service may collect cash flow detail data from the voucher according to a preset cash flow access rule and then identify the cash flow detail data belonging to the internal transaction. The preset time period is a time period, which can be a week, a month, a quarter or other user-defined time periods, and the application generally cancels the time period by taking a month as a unit.
Before the collection of the detailed data of the cash flow, the range of the current subject in the accounting subject system can be predefined, including: accounts receivable (defined as contract assets in the new income guidelines), accounts payable (defined as contract liability in the new income guidelines), pre-receivable, pre-paid, other accounts receivable, other accounts payable, and other creditory and debt subjects. The internal unit information in the internal transaction business is identified in advance, the group is taken as a vertex to respectively construct base level units under all property right unit trees, a transaction object of the internal transaction needs to be synchronously created during real accounting, and the business is generally called as an internal customer business in the industry and used for identifying whether a receipt and payment voucher generated by two parties belongs to the internal transaction business. The cash flow direction is preset for identifying whether the cash flow direction of the accounting voucher is cash-in or cash-out, for example: the cash-in class defining the business activities, the investment activities and the financing activities is regarded as cash-in, and the cash-out class defining the business activities, the investment activities and the financing activities is regarded as cash-out. Collecting the passenger and commercial information of internal transaction and collecting the cash inflow classification or cash outflow classification value of the corresponding currency and fund department according to the preset current subject range, internal unit information and cash flow direction, and finally obtaining cash flow classification detail data, wherein the cash flow classification detail data comprises: the cash flow rate access elements, cash flow-in/out, cash flow-in/flow-out classification, internal customers (supplier/client), loan direction and generation amount information. And after the cash flow detail data is acquired, the cash flow data acquisition service sends the acquired data to the cash flow classification and summarization service.
S202, calling cash flow classification and summarization service, and summarizing cash flow detail data to obtain cash flow classification data.
The cash flow classifying and summarizing service is a micro service deployed in a financial middle station, and the financial data summarizing function is achieved. The cash flow classifying and summarizing service summarizes the cash flow detail data in real time, and classifies the collected cash flow detail data by the cash inflow party and the cash outflow party to obtain cash flow classification data. In the cash flow classification data, the same cash inputter may correspond to a plurality of cash outputters, and the same cash outputter may correspond to a plurality of cash inputters. If the cash flow detail data of each merging level are related, self-defining is carried out according to the cancellation level, the interior of the merging level can be directly obtained, and the merging level is required to be stored and subsequently processed on a group level so as to provide a basis for subsequent checking and cancellation. After the cash flow classified collection service finishes collection, the cash flow classified data can be submitted to a cash flow cancellation service in a message triggering mode.
S203, calling cash flow check service, and checking the sum of the cash inflowing party and the cash outflowing party which are reciprocal in the cash flow classification data according to a preset check rule.
The cash flow checking service is a micro service deployed in a financial middle station, and the financial data checking function is realized. The check is to check the amounts of money of the cash inflow side and the cash outflow side which are in mutual communication, and includes: the cash inflowing parties and the cash outflowing parties are A and B which are reciprocal, cash flow data with the cash flow direction of A → B (namely, the cash outflowing party is A, and the cash inflowing party is B) and cash flow data with the cash flow direction of B → A (namely, the cash outflowing party is B, and the cash inflowing party is A) are obtained from the cash flow classification data, and the cash flow data of the two parties comprises the following details: business activity cash inflow \ outflow, investment activity cash inflow \ outflow, and financing activity cash inflow \ outflow.
The method mainly checks monthly generated amount and assists annual accumulated amount. The cash flow data generally does not have a cross-year scene, the cash flow paid and paid in each month also follows a current month priority processing principle, a cross-month scene also exists, common checking can be supported according to monthly amount, if a cross-month condition exists, reference is needed according to annual amount, and the condition of resisting wearing is prevented. The method and the device support automatic checking and confirmation according to the equal or smaller sum of money of the two parties, and support a user to manually adjust the sum of money to finish checking and confirmation under a special scene.
And S204, after the check is finished, calling a cash flow offset service, offsetting the sum of the cash inflow party and the cash outflow party which are in mutual communication according to a preset offset rule, generating a combined layer offset voucher, and summarizing to form an offset account.
The cash flow cancellation service is a micro service deployed in a financial middle station, and the financial data cancellation function is realized. A cancellation rule comprising: when the difference of the accumulation occurrence of the cash inflowing party and the cash outflowing party which are reciprocal in the preset time period is zero, offsetting according to the amount of money on the certificate entries of the two parties; and when the difference of the accumulation of the cash inflowing party and the cash outflowing party which are reciprocal in the preset time period is not zero, the balance is cancelled according to the smaller party of the cash inflowing party and the cash outflowing party.
For example, according to the example of S203, if the two parties who are going to and from each other are a and B, the amount of money of the cash flow data extracted in the current month in the cash flow direction of a → B is 100, and the amount of money of the cash flow data extracted in the current month in the cash flow direction of B → a is 100, the difference in the cumulative occurrence of the two parties in the current month is 0, and the balance is cancelled directly according to the amount of money in the certificate entry of the two parties.
Another example is: the amount of the cash flow data of the current month is extracted in the cash flow direction of A → B is 100, the amount of the cash flow data of the current month is extracted in the cash flow direction of B → A is 80, the accumulated difference of the current month generated by the current month is not zero, the smaller amount of money 80 is used for offsetting, and the rest amount of money 20 in the larger amount of money is transferred to the next month for offsetting.
Further, the offsetting according to the smaller amount of the cash inflow party and the cash outflow party comprises the following steps:
acquiring four-level cash flow classification details corresponding to larger square sum;
sorting the four-level cash flow classification details in a descending order according to the amount of money; wherein, the cash flow classification details with the same amount are sorted according to the classification coding ascending order;
sequentially allocating the sorted four-level cash flow classification details by taking the sum of the smaller party as a reference until the sum of the smaller party is allocated completely; when one appearing part of the four-level cash flow classification details is shared, a plurality of sub-details under the cash flow classification details are obtained, and the amount of money is shared by the sub-details.
For example, the apportionment process is shown in table 1, the amount of the larger party is 100, the amount of the smaller party is 80, the cash flow data is divided into four levels of cash flow classification details, the four levels of cash flow classification details of the larger party are arranged in descending order according to the amount of money, as shown in table 1, the details 1 to 4 are respectively 50, 30, 20 and 10, the total is 100, the details 1 to 4 are arranged in descending order according to the amount of money, and the data with the same amount of money is arranged in ascending order according to the classification codes, for example: the amounts of detail 3 and detail 4 are the same, but the classification code of detail 3 is 1 and the classification code of detail 4 is 5, so that detail 3 is arranged before the detail. And (3) taking the sum of the smaller square as a reference, exactly allocating the sum of the smaller square to the 1 st detail allocated sum 50 and the 2 nd detail allocated sum 30 in the larger square, and transferring the remaining sum of the 3 rd detail 20 and the 4 th detail 10 to the next month for offsetting.

TABLE 1
For example, as shown in table 2, the larger bank amount is 100, the smaller bank amount is 80, the cash flow data is divided into four levels of cash flow classification details, the four levels of cash flow classification details of the larger bank amount are arranged in descending order according to the amount, as shown in table 1, details 1 to 4 are 40, 30, 20 and 10, respectively, and are 100 in total, and details 1 to 4 are arranged in descending order according to the amount. Based on the smaller square amount 80, the apportioned amount of the 1 st detail in the larger square amount is 50, the apportioned amount of the 2 nd detail is 30, the apportioned amount of the 3 rd detail is 10, and the amount of the 3 rd detail is 20, namely the 3 rd detail is partially apportioned, so that a plurality of sub-details included in the 3 rd detail are obtained, and then the amounts of the plurality of sub-details are apportioned according to the method of the table 1 until the sub-details are apportioned to the detail of the lowest layer, because the cancellation voucher generated in the cancellation process needs to be reflected on all the classification of the lowest layer.
