Based on the above description, an order processing method is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating optional steps of the order processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to an order system. The order system belongs to an offline store system corresponding to the online e-commerce platform, and the offline store system includes an order system, a commodity system, a transaction system and the like, as shown in fig. 1, the order system is a main body in the offline store system in the embodiment of the invention. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, other systems such as a commodity system and a transaction system of the offline store system are not considered, and an order system is taken as an execution subject of the offline store system corresponding to the online commerce platform for exemplary description, and the order processing method includes the following steps.
S301, after the order payment is completed, the payment order is reported to the sea relation system through the payment system.
According to the requirements of customs-related policy documents, when commodities entering the customs through cross-border e-commerce pass through customs, payment orders, orders and shipping orders are needed, and the three orders are matched, namely three orders are combined into one. Thus, after the order payment is complete, a three-note (payment note, order and shipping note) clearance is made. According to the requirements of customs-related policy documents, payment form declaration can be only carried out by enterprises with payment qualifications which are recorded in customs, so that the payment forms need to be declared independently. In the embodiment of the invention, the order system pushes the payment order to the customs system through the payment system with the payment qualification, namely, the payment order is declared to the customs system through the payment system.
S302, if the customs declaration result of the customs system on the payment order is received through the payment system and is successful, the order and the freight note are declared to the customs system through the e-commerce logistics system.
The freight note is generated by the e-commerce logistics system according to the order.
The electronic commerce logistics system in the embodiment of the invention can provide a mechanism for declaring orders and waybills, so that the order system declares orders and waybills through the electronic commerce logistics system.
And the customs clearance system sends a clearance report result of the payment order to the payment system, the payment system judges whether the clearance report of the payment order is successful according to the clearance report result, and the clearance report result is sent to the order system. And if the customs clearance result of the payment order represents that customs clearance fails, canceling the order. And if the customs declaration result of the payment order represents that customs declaration is successful, declaring an order and an invoice through the E-commerce logistics system.
Illustratively, the order system sends an order to the e-commerce logistics system, the e-commerce logistics system generates a waybill according to the order, and then the e-commerce logistics system declares the order and the waybill to the customs system.
And S303, if the customs clearance report results of the customs system on the order and the freight note are received through the E-commerce logistics system and are both successful, polling the customs clearance states of the payment note, the order and the freight note from the customs system until the customs clearance states of the payment note, the order and the freight note all represent that clearance is finished, and obtaining clearance audit results.
Wherein the clearance completion comprises successful clearance and failure clearance.
And the customs system sends the customs clearance report results of the order and the freight note to the e-commerce logistics system, the e-commerce logistics system judges whether the order and the freight note are clearance-reported successfully or not, and sends the customs clearance report results of the order and the freight note to the order system, and if the customs clearance report results of the order and the freight note represent that clearance report fails, the order is cancelled. And if the customs clearance results of the orders and the freight notes represent that the customs clearance is successful, namely the customs clearance results of all the three notes are successful, switching to a state in order clearance, and entering a subsequent order clearance polling process.
And the order system polls the customs clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order to the customs clearance system until the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order all represent clearance completion, and a clearance auditing result is obtained. The clearance completion includes clearance success and clearance failure, that is, the clearance audit result may be clearance success or clearance failure, and it should be noted that, if any one of the payment order, the order and the freight note fails to clearance, the clearance audit result is clearance failure. And if the clearance of the three orders is successful, entering a logistics distribution polling flow of the order, and if the clearance of the three orders is failed, canceling the order.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, after the order payment is finished, the payment order is declared to the sea relation system through the payment system; and if the customs declaration result of the customs system on the payment order is received through the payment system and is successful, declaring an order and an invoice to the sea relation system through the e-commerce logistics system, wherein the invoice is generated by the e-commerce logistics system according to the order. And respectively declaring a payment order, an order and a delivery order to a customs system through the payment system and the e-commerce logistics system, thereby completing the declaration step. And if the customs clearance report results of the customs clearance system on the order and the freight note are received to be successful in customs clearance report through the E-commerce logistics system, polling clearance states of the payment note, the order and the freight note from the customs clearance system until the clearance states of the payment note, the order and the freight note all represent clearance completion, and obtaining clearance examination results, wherein the clearance completion comprises clearance success and clearance failure. According to the scheme, the online commerce platform and the offline store system are linked, and the offline store system corresponding to the online commerce platform completes the steps of declaring and inquiring the clearance state of the order, so that the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the polling of the customs clearance status of the payment order, the order and the freight order to the customs clearance system in S303 may be implemented as follows: polling the clearance state of the payment list to a sea relation system through a payment system; and polling the clearance state of the orders and the freight notes from the maritime relation system through the E-commerce logistics system.
After the payment order, the order and the freight note are successfully reported, the customs clearance system needs to wait for clearance, and during the period, because the customs clearance system cannot actively inform the order system of the clearance checking result, the order system needs to poll the clearance state of the order for multiple times according to a certain strategy until the clearance is finished when the clearance state of the payment order, the order and the freight note is obtained, so that the clearance checking result is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment order, the order and the delivery order are declared through the payment system and the e-commerce logistics system respectively, so that the clearance report result and the clearance state need to be inquired through the payment system and the e-commerce logistics system respectively. Namely, polling the clearance state of the payment list to the sea relation system through the payment system; and polling clearance states of orders and freight notes from the sea relation system through the E-commerce logistics system, so that the connection between the online E-commerce platform and the offline store system is established. And the step of inquiring the clearance state of the order by the offline store system corresponding to the online e-commerce platform improves the working efficiency.
In some embodiments, in S303, the customs clearance statuses of the payment order, the order and the freight order are polled from the customs clearance system until the customs clearance statuses of the payment order, the order and the freight order all represent that customs clearance is completed, and when a clearance audit result is obtained, the following manner is implemented.
After the ith polling waiting time, carrying out ith polling on the sea relation system according to the payment order, the order and the freight order to obtain the ith clearance state of each of the payment order, the order and the freight order; wherein i is a positive integer; and if the ith clearance state represents that clearance is finished, determining that the clearance examination result is clearance finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the order clearance polling process is carried out, the ith clearance state of the payment order, the order and the freight order can be respectively inquired from the customs clearance system,
since the payment order, the order and the freight order belong to the same order, the clearance status of the payment order, the order and the freight order inquired by the order system should be consistent, and it can be understood that the clearance status of any one of the payment order, the order and the freight order inquired by the order system can be used for representing a clearance audit result. In order to ensure the accuracy of clearance examination results, the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order are respectively inquired.
Illustratively, after the polling waiting time, the clearance state of the payment order is inquired from the sea relation system through the payment system, the clearance state of the order and the clearance state of the freight note are inquired from the sea relation system through the e-commerce logistics system, and the clearance state of the payment order and the clearance state of the freight note are respectively judged. And only when the clearance state of the payment order inquired by the payment system and the clearance states of the order and the freight note inquired by the e-commerce logistics system are clearance in clearance failure or clearance success, the clearance state of the order represents clearance in clearance failure or clearance success, otherwise, the clearance state of the order represents clearance failure.
According to the method and the device, through polling a customs system for multiple times, after each polling, the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order are obtained, and when the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order represent that clearance is finished, the clearance auditing result is determined to be that clearance is finished. The payment order, the order and the freight order are polled for multiple times respectively, and the clearance examination result is obtained by comprehensively considering the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order, so that the accuracy of the clearance examination result is improved.
In some embodiments, after the ith polling waiting time, the ith polling is performed to the maritime system according to the payment order, the order and the freight order, so as to obtain the ith clearance status of each of the payment order, the order and the freight order. This can be achieved by the following two examples.
In a first example, if i is smaller than M and the ith-1 clearance state represents clearance, determining that the clearance auditing result is clearance, and after the waiting time of the ith polling, continuing to perform the ith polling according to a payment order, an order or an invoice until the ith + H clearance state represents clearance completion, and obtaining the clearance auditing result as clearance completion; wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2, the ith polling waiting time is less than the (i-1) th polling waiting time, and H is a positive integer less than M-i.
According to the method and the system, the customs clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order need to be inquired from a customs system, and after a certain polling, if the customs clearance states of the payment order, the order and the freight order all represent that the customs clearance is finished, the clearance auditing result is determined to be that the clearance is finished. For convenience of describing the clearance process, in this example, the clearance polling of the payment order, the order and the freight note is represented by the order clearance polling, the clearance status after comprehensive consideration is performed on the clearance status of the payment order, the order and the freight note is represented by the clearance status of the order, and the clearance auditing result is represented by the order clearance auditing result for exemplary illustration.
For example, each polling will inquire the clearance status of the order, and the order submitted by the online store-out will require the user to wait for the clearance examination result of the order online to withdraw the goods and confirm the delivery or refund. Therefore, after the order clearance process is completed, it is very important to quickly obtain the order clearance audit result. If the polling times are too dense, the running resources of the order processing system are excessively consumed, and the resource waste is caused; if the polling times are too loose, the order clearance examination result cannot be obtained quickly, and the user experience satisfaction is reduced. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a self-adaptive polling interval time calculation method considering user experience satisfaction, which can reduce resource consumption while meeting the user experience satisfaction.
The embodiment of the invention sets M, if the polling times are less than M and the order clearance auditing result is clearance, the waiting time of each polling is decreased progressively, namely, the waiting time of the ith polling is less than the waiting time of the (i-1) th polling until the clearance state of the order represents clearance completion. Illustratively, M is set to 5 and the first 4 polling latencies may be set, 14 minutes, 10.5 minutes, 8 minutes, 6 minutes, respectively.
It should be noted that M may be set by a person skilled in the art appropriately according to actual needs, and may be configured to poll the clearance status of the order within an effective number of times with a decreasing polling wait time.
The user can wait for a long time in the store online after the payment is completed. However, as the wait time increases and patience decreases, the frequency of queries increases, and thus the key to order clearance polling is the polling strategy. When the polling times are less than M, the embodiment of the invention polls the clearance state of the order with the descending polling waiting time, thereby improving the satisfaction degree of user experience and reducing the resource consumption.
In a second example, if i is greater than or equal to M and the i-1 st clearance state represents clearance, determining that the clearance examination result is clearance, and continuing to perform the i-th polling according to a payment order, an order or an invoice after a first preset time period until the i + K-th clearance state represents clearance completion, wherein the clearance examination result is obtained as clearance completion; wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and K is a positive integer greater than or equal to M-i.
If the polling times are greater than or equal to M and the order clearance auditing result is clearance, then subsequently polling the clearance state of the order with fixed polling waiting time, namely polling after a first preset time period each time until the clearance state of the order represents clearance completion. Illustratively, M is set to 5, and the wait times for the first 4 polling are 14 minutes, 10.5 minutes, 8 minutes, and 6 minutes, respectively; the polling waiting time after the 5 th time can be set to be 7 minutes, namely the first preset time period is 7 minutes and is longer than the polling waiting time of the 4 th time; the polling waiting time after the 5 th time can also be set to be 6 minutes, namely the first preset time period is 6 minutes and is equal to the polling waiting time of the 4 th time; the polling waiting time after the 5 th time may also be set to be 4 minutes, that is, the first preset time period is 4 minutes and is less than the polling waiting time of the 4 th time, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the first preset time period may be set appropriately by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and the clearance status of the order may be polled on the premise of ensuring the user experience satisfaction and reducing resource consumption.
When the polling times are greater than or equal to M, the embodiment of the invention polls the clearance state of the order with fixed polling waiting time, thereby improving the satisfaction degree of user experience and reducing the resource consumption.
In some embodiments, the first polling latency is greater than or equal to M-1 first preset time periods; if i is smaller than M, the ith polling waiting time is equal to the difference value between the first polling waiting time and i-1 first preset time periods; and if i is greater than or equal to M, the M-1 th polling waiting time is greater than or equal to a first preset time period.
The first polling wait time is greater than M-1 first preset time periods, illustratively, M is set to 5, the first preset time period is set to 3 minutes, and the first 4 polling wait times are respectively 13 minutes, 10 minutes, 7 minutes and 4 minutes; the polling wait time after the 5 th time is 3 minutes. The 4 th polling wait time in this example is greater than 3 minutes, i.e., the M-1 th polling wait time is greater than the first preset time period.
The first polling wait time is equal to M-1 first preset time periods, that is, the first polling wait time is an integral multiple of the first preset time period, illustratively, M is set to 5, the first preset time period is set to 3 minutes, and the first 4 polling wait times are 12 minutes, 9 minutes, 6 minutes, and 3 minutes, respectively; the polling latencies after the 5 th time were all 3 minutes, i.e. 4 3 minutes, 2 minutes 3 and 1 minute 3. The 4 th polling wait time in this example is equal to 3 minutes, i.e., the M-1 th polling wait time is equal to the first preset time period.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the relation between each polling waiting time and the first preset time period is set, the polling waiting time is set in an arithmetic progression decreasing mode, and the clearance state of the order is polled with the uniformly decreasing polling waiting time, so that the user experience satisfaction is improved, and the resource consumption is reduced.
For the order with successful clearance, it is also necessary to determine whether the order is a delivery order, and if the order is a non-delivery order, that is, a self-picking order, the order is completed. If the order is a delivery order, the physical distribution state of the delivery order is changed to be waiting for delivery, and the logistics distribution polling flow of a subsequent order is entered. The embodiment of the present invention takes an order system as an execution subject, and two order types, namely, store pickup and logistics distribution, are considered, and the following description is made.
In S303, the clearance states of the payment order, the order and the delivery order all represent that clearance is completed, and after a clearance audit result is obtained, the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes S304 and S305. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating optional steps of another order processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
S304, judging whether the order is a distribution order according to the data corresponding to the order.
S305, if the order is a delivery order, polling the waybill delivery result to the E-business logistics system until the waybill delivery result represents that waybill delivery is completed.
When the clearance examination result of the order is that clearance is successful and the order type is a delivery order, the freight note logistics state needs to be polled. Because the delivery is through the electronic commerce logistics system, the order system in the embodiment of the invention inquires the waybill logistics state, namely the waybill delivery result, from the electronic commerce logistics system.
If the order is a delivery order, the data corresponding to the order comprises a delivery identifier, and the order system judges whether the order is the delivery order or not according to the delivery identifier. If the order is not a delivery order, i.e., a self-pick order or a non-delivery order, the order is complete. And if the order is a delivery order, polling the waybill delivery result by the order system to the E-business logistics system until the waybill delivery result represents that the waybill delivery is completed. The online power-on merchant platform and the online store-off system are linked, and the waybill distribution result is inquired by the online store-off system corresponding to the online power-on merchant platform, so that the working efficiency is improved.
In the above S305, the waybill distribution result is polled to the e-commerce logistics system until the waybill distribution result represents that the waybill distribution is completed, which may also be implemented in the following manner. Polling the waybill logistics state to an e-commerce logistics system according to a polling strategy; identifying the waybill logistics state according to each polling result of the waybill logistics state to obtain an identification result, wherein the identification result comprises waiting for delivery, delivery in-process and delivery completion; and updating the waybill distribution result into a state corresponding to the identification result until the waybill distribution result represents that the waybill distribution is completed.
The logistics tracking is mainly recorded in a node form, and the number of the nodes is different according to the difference of the logistics distance. The embodiment of the invention realizes the query of the delivery result of the waybill by recording a plurality of key nodes including but not limited to waiting for delivery, delivered, delivery in process, due delivery and rejection.
In the logistics distribution polling flow of the order, the starting logistics state of the order is to be delivered. In the logistics distribution inquiry of each order, the order system inquires the waybill logistics state of the waybill from the e-commerce logistics system, and the waybill logistics state is identified according to the key nodes. And if the waybill logistics state is identified to be in the process of delivery or delivery, updating the waybill delivery result to be in the process of delivery or delivery. And judging whether the delivery of the waybill is finished according to the waybill delivery result, if not, continuing to perform next polling until the waybill delivery result represents that the waybill delivery is finished.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the online store-leaving system corresponding to the online e-commerce platform is used, so that the process of inquiring the waybill distribution result is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the polling policy comprises: if the user does not inquire the waybill logistics state on the e-commerce platform, polling the waybill logistics state to the e-commerce logistics system according to the interval of a second preset time period; and if the user inquires the waybill logistics state on the E-commerce platform, the waybill logistics state is polled to the E-commerce logistics system again according to the interval of the second preset time period by taking the time point corresponding to the waybill logistics state inquired on the E-commerce platform by the user as the starting point.
The e-commerce platform in this example represents an online e-commerce platform.
Because there are many uncertain factors of the delivery time, if the user does not inquire the waybill logistics state on the e-commerce platform, the polling can be performed according to a fixed time interval, that is, the waybill logistics state is polled to the e-commerce logistics system according to an interval of a second preset time period, for example, the polling is performed once every 1 hour. The user can also inquire the waybill logistics state on the E-commerce platform by himself, the inquiry behavior of the user on the E-commerce platform is regarded as one inquiry, the next inquiry time takes the user inquiry time point as a starting point, and the waybill logistics state is polled to the E-commerce logistics system again according to the interval of a second preset time period. By the polling strategy provided by the embodiment of the invention, each order can be automatically inquired again after the second preset time period after the last inquiry, so that the inquiry efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the second preset time period may be set appropriately by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and the clearance status of the order may be polled on the premise of ensuring the user experience satisfaction and reducing resource consumption.
The first and second are used in the present invention only for distinguishing names, do not represent sequential relationships, and are not understood to indicate or imply relative importance or implicitly indicate the number of indicated technical features, for example, a first preset time period and a second preset time period.
After the waybill distribution result represents that waybill distribution is completed in the above S305, the order processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps: determining order completion or order cancellation according to the delivery result of the freight note; if the order is not a delivery order, the order is complete.
After the delivery of the freight note is completed, the embodiment of the invention also determines whether the freight note is properly put according to the delivery result of the freight note, and determines whether the order is completed or cancelled according to the delivery result of the freight note, and the method comprises the following steps: if the waybill refuses, canceling the order; if the waybill is properly placed, the order is complete.
For example, if the user rejects the express delivery, the order system regards the user as canceling the order after knowing that the user rejects the express delivery from the e-commerce logistics system.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the online store-leaving system corresponding to the online e-commerce platform is used, so that the process of inquiring the waybill distribution result is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiments of the present invention in a practical application scenario will be described. The order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized through the following steps: payment order, clearance report of order and freight order, clearance polling of order and logistics distribution polling of order.
1. Closing report for payment order, order and freight note
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is an alternative flowchart of an order entry according to an embodiment of the present invention. After the order payment is completed, three orders (payment order, order and shipping order) are reported. In this example, the payment system reports the payment order, and the payment system determines whether the payment order is successfully reported according to the report result of the payment order, and sends the report result of the payment order to the ordering system. If the customs declaration fails, the order is cancelled. If the customs declaration is successful, an order and an invoice are declared through the E-commerce logistics system. The order system receives the customs clearance report results of the orders and the freight notes sent by the customs clearance system through the E-commerce logistics system, the E-commerce logistics system judges whether the orders and the freight notes are clearance reported successfully or not according to the clearance report results of the orders and the freight notes, and sends the clearance report results of the orders and the freight notes to the order system. If the customs declaration fails, the order is cancelled. If the customs clearance is successful, namely, all the three customs clearance are successful, the state in the order clearance is switched to, and a subsequent order clearance polling process is entered.
2. Order clearance polling process
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is an alternative flowchart of an order clearance polling according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the invention, the order, the payment order and the freight note are connected together through the order number, and the payment order, the order and the freight note are cleared in a customs system as a whole. For convenience of describing the clearance polling process, in this example, the order clearance polling represents clearance polling on the payment order, the order and the freight note, the clearance state of the order represents the clearance state after comprehensive consideration is performed on the clearance state of the payment order, the order and the freight note, and the clearance examination result represents the clearance examination result, which is exemplarily explained.
If the payment order, the order and the freight order are successfully reported, the customs clearance system needs to wait for clearance. In the order clearance polling, the starting clearance state of the order represents clearance, the order system polls the clearance state of the order to the customs system according to an order clearance polling strategy, judges whether the order is cleared completely or not according to the clearance state of the order, and if the order is not cleared completely, continuously inquires and judges at the next polling. And stopping polling until the clearance state of the order represents clearance completion, and polling is required to be performed all the time as long as the clearance state of the order represents clearance. And if the order clearance is finished, judging whether the clearance is successful. If clearance fails, the order is cancelled and polling is not performed. For the order with successful clearance, it is also necessary to determine whether the order is a delivery order, and if the order is a non-delivery order, that is, a self-picking order, the order is completed. If the order is a delivery order, the physical distribution state of the delivery order is changed to be delivered, namely the order is delivered, and then the logistics distribution polling process of the subsequent order is entered.
An example is listed to illustrate the order clearance polling strategy. The first interval time Tf, the base interval time Tb, the number of polls Nf are set, and the first interval Tf is an integral multiple of the base interval time, expressed as Nm, Tf-Nm × Tb. And after the customs clearance is successfully reported, waiting for Tf time to start first polling, and waiting for next polling if the clearance state of the order represents clearance, wherein the polling frequency Nf is 1. The next polling time is Tf-Tb, if the clearance state of the order represents clearance, the polling frequency Nf +1 is 2, the next polling interval time is Tf-2 × Tb, and so on, the interval time calculation mode is: Tf-Nf × Tb. When the polling frequency Nf exceeds Nm-1, the interval time reaches the minimum value, namely Tb. Through the order clearance polling mode, the interval time is shorter and shorter as the time goes.
For example, Tf is set to 9 minutes, Tb is set to 3 minutes, the minimum interval time is Tb, the first query occurs 9 minutes after the successful customs clearance, the second query occurs 9+ 6-15 minutes after the customs clearance, then queries are performed at 18 minutes, 21 minutes, 24 minutes, 27 minutes, 30 minutes, respectively, and so on. The order clearance polling strategy in this example can reduce resource consumption while satisfying user experience satisfaction.
3. Logistics distribution polling process of orders
As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is an alternative flowchart of a logistics distribution polling according to an embodiment of the present invention. The order in the embodiment of the invention is divided into a self-taking order and a delivery order. The waybill includes logistics delivery information and is associated with the order by an order number. If the order is a self-picking order and has no logistics distribution information, the order is finished after clearance of the order is finished. When the order clearance is successful and the order type is a delivery order, delivery is required after the clearance is successful, and the freight note logistics state of the freight note is required to be polled. Because the order is distributed through the e-commerce logistics system, the order system inquires the e-commerce logistics system about the waybill logistics state of the waybill.
In the logistics polling flow of orders, the logistics state of the waybill includes, but is not limited to, to be shipped, and in-delivery. In the logistics distribution query of each order, the order system queries the waybill logistics state from the e-commerce logistics system according to the logistics distribution polling strategy, and identifies the waybill logistics state according to the key nodes. And if the waybill logistics state is identified to be in the shipped or delivery, the waybill logistics state is converted into the shipped or delivery. And judging whether the delivery of the freight note is finished according to the delivery result of the freight note. If the delivery is not completed, the next polling is continued. If the delivery of the waybill is finished, whether the waybill is properly delivered is judged. And if the waybill is rejected, canceling the order. If the waybill is properly placed, the order is complete. The whole flow is finished.
It should be noted that, the user may log in the e-commerce platform to browse the goods, place orders and inquire, the e-commerce may open a store on the e-commerce platform and maintain the goods information of the sold goods in the store, and the goods real object may be managed by the e-commerce logistics system, such as storage, distribution, and the like. It is understood that, in this example, the user who logs in the e-commerce platform to browse the goods, order and inquire refers to a consumer user, and the e-commerce of the shop opened on the e-commerce platform refers to an enterprise merchant. In order to enable the user to see the logistics distribution information, the order system needs to initiate a request to the e-commerce logistics system to inquire the logistics distribution information.
Describing the logistics distribution polling strategy by taking an example that the waybill logistics state is logistics distribution information, the time point corresponding to each time that the user inquires the waybill logistics state on the e-commerce platform is the latest inquiry time, and the second preset time period is 1 hour, and combining the order A and the order B. And if the user does not inquire the waybill logistics state on the E-commerce platform, the order system inquires the waybill logistics state once every 1 hour from the E-commerce logistics system. According to the polling strategy, the query time of the order A and the query time of the order B are 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and … …. If the user of order a manually inquires about logistics distribution information once at 14:30, and the latest inquiry time is 14:30, the inquiry time of order a becomes 14:00, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30 and … …. If the user of order a inquires logistics distribution information again at 16:10, and the latest inquiry time is 16:10, the inquiry time of order a is 15:30, 16:10, 17:10 and … …. If the user of order B does not manually inquire the logistics distribution information during this period, the inquiry time of order B is consistent with the polling strategy, i.e. 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, … …. The latest query time in this example represents the time closest to the current time, of the user manual query time and the order system polling automatic query time. Polling is performed at intervals of 1 hour based on the latest query time. By the polling strategy provided by the embodiment of the invention, each order can be automatically inquired again after 1 hour after the last inquiry. It can be understood that the order system cannot guarantee the manual query time, and the order system can only guarantee that the query is automatically performed after 1 hour after the manual query.
