Abstract

In order to solve the technical problem that the working efficiency is affected due to the fact that the quoting relationship among electronic drawings of a DCS system is disordered in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic drawing generation system of a DCS system and an electronic drawing generation method, where an electronic drawing is generated by running a program for generating the electronic drawing through an electronic device, so as to integrate a design area for designing a design drawing at each stage into the electronic drawing, and the electronic drawing includes: the drawing coordinate area is arranged on the periphery of the electronic drawing; the configuration logic area is arranged in the drawing coordinate area and used for drawing a system logic diagram; and the static area is arranged in the drawing coordinate area and outside the configuration logic area. According to the embodiment of the invention, the design drawings of each stage are designed through the corresponding areas of the electronic drawings, so that the technical problem that the working efficiency is influenced due to the fact that the reference relation among the electronic drawings of the traditional DCS is disordered is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an electronic drawing generation system and an electronic drawing generation method of a DCS (distributed control system).
Background
The nuclear power station DCS system is called as a nerve center of a nuclear power station, and plays an important role in ensuring safe, reliable and stable operation of the nuclear power station. The safety level DCS is mainly used for controlling the safe reactor shutdown and the special safety facilities under the accident condition. The design of the control system and its method play a crucial role.
In the traditional nuclear power DCS system design, design drawings generated in a system design stage and a module function design stage are printed in a paper mode, and the processes of checking, auditing and the like are completed. In the process, due to the limitation of paper space, the problems of inconvenient reference, inconvenient problem positioning and the like can occur due to the phenomena of overlarge paper of the design drawing, more space and the like. Design drawings of all stages are mutually independent, and a designer needs to look up the design drawings of the corresponding module functions if needing to know the specific functions of a certain hardware module; if the context of the hardware module in the whole system needs to be known, a system design drawing needs to be consulted.
At present, the DCS system design has widely adopted an electronic version DCS configuration design drawing method, and inconvenience caused by a large amount of paper drawings is solved. However, when the system logic is very complex, the reference relationships between drawings become very cluttered, and designers can perform a great deal of query work on a certain set of reference relationships. This makes it necessary for designers to perform a large number of unnecessary operations when searching for a design principle of a certain function or troubleshooting a design problem, thereby reducing work efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problem that the working efficiency is affected due to the fact that the quoting relation among electronic drawings of the DCS is disordered in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides an electronic drawing generation system and an electronic drawing generation method of the DCS.

In order to solve the technical problem that the operation efficiency is affected due to the fact that the quoting relationship between electronic drawings of the DCS system is disordered in the prior art, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic drawing of the DCS system, which is generated by running a program for generating the electronic drawing through an electronic device, so as to integrate a design area for designing a design drawing at each stage into the electronic drawing, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, where the electronic drawing includes: the drawing coordinate area 1 is arranged on the periphery of the electronic drawing; the configuration logic area 2 is arranged in the drawing coordinate area and used for drawing a system logic diagram; and the static area 3 is arranged in the drawing coordinate area and outside the configuration logic area.
Therefore, the design area for designing the design drawing of each stage is integrated into the electronic drawing, the design drawing of each stage is designed in the corresponding area of the electronic drawing, the problem caused by the disordered reference relationship among the electronic drawings of the traditional DCS is solved, the electronic drawings are divided into clear areas, the disordered reference of the mutual relationship among the electronic drawings is avoided, the electronic drawings are drawn through the design drawing of the corresponding areas, the mutual reference on the same electronic drawing is realized, the understanding and design speed of designers on the drawings is improved through the electronic drawings, and the working efficiency is improved.

Referring to the electronic drawings shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic drawings are generated by a program for generating the electronic drawings, the electronic drawings are strictly divided into areas by the program, the drawing areas of the electronic drawings are rectangular, and the drawings sequentially include a drawing coordinate area 1, a static area 3 and a configuration logic area 2 from outside to inside. In addition, the drawing information area 4 is also included, which is located in the static area and fixed at the lower right corner of the static area.
Furthermore, the display information in the drawing coordinate area, the configuration logic area, the static area and the drawing information area are not overlapped with each other in a zooming state.
In the aspect of drawing operation, because the system configuration logic area can be freely scaled, the phenomena of crossing, overlapping placement and the like of the contents of each area are ensured by an algorithm during software design. When the system logic diagram is drawn, the icons of the areas can be only placed in the drawing areas to which the icons belong.
The size of the configuration logic area can be freely adjusted by a user, and the positions of the drawing coordinate area and the drawing information area are fixed. The contents in the drawing information area mainly comprise a drawing name, a serial number, a state, a version, a design stage, a design unit, a editing and checking person and the like, and the drawing information area can realize custom editing for different systems or modules.
Further, the program for generating the electronic drawing includes a vector diagram redrawing algorithm.
Any number of logic icons can be placed in the configuration logic area, and a vector graphic redrawing technology is used, so that the phenomena of image blurring and the like can not occur when the area is enlarged, and the drawing capacity is greatly improved.
Furthermore, the electronic drawing also comprises a search input area used for searching and positioning the logic icon in the configuration logic area.
Through searching the input area, the corresponding logic icon in the configuration logic area is conveniently and quickly positioned and searched, the working efficiency is further improved, and the defect of large workload caused by searching and positioning through the reference relation of the drawing is avoided.
The method and the device realize the quick searching and positioning of the icons by utilizing the algorithm, and can improve the checking speed of a designer on the drawing.
In the aspect of management flow optimization, the electronic edition editing and verifying flow is completed by using an electronic signature mode, and a large amount of drawing circulation time is saved.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for generating an electronic drawing of a DCS system, shown in fig. 3, including:
the drawing coordinate area generating unit is used for generating drawing coordinate areas arranged on the periphery of the electronic drawing;
the configuration logic area generating unit is used for generating a configuration logic area which is used for drawing a system logic diagram and is arranged in the drawing coordinate area; and

The method has been adopted on a security level DCS system that has been supplied by the Center project. The method accelerates the design speed of designers through reasonable graphic layout, simple and rapid operation method and simplified management flow. The use mode of the electronic drawing improves the understanding of designers to the system and the problem positioning speed while ensuring the correct presentation of the logic function of the system.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention analyzes the problems of the adoption of paper drawings during configuration design aiming at the presentation mode of the design drawings in the design of the nuclear power DCS system. In order to solve the problems of unreasonable layout, complex operation and management processes and the like of the configuration drawing, on the basis of introducing an electronic version DCS configuration design drawing, reasonable and flexible area division is carried out on the design drawing through software, the operations of design, query and the like of the drawing are very convenient and fast through an algorithm, and the management process of the design drawing is simplified through modes of electronic signature and the like.
