本发明适用于液体检测技术领域部分,提供了一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:通过水膜成型装置形成水膜;步骤二:通过蓝宝石再生放大激光器作为激发光源,输出的脉冲能量为1.64 mJ,持续时间为50 fs,并将飞秒激光的重复频率调整为2 Hz,激光光束经过两个反射镜反射后由聚焦透镜聚焦到水膜上;步骤三:利用透镜收集飞秒激光诱导等离子体产生的光信号,并传输到光谱仪;步骤四:使用ICCD收集光谱仪离散的光,在相同实验条件下采集20个光谱,计算其平均值。本发明操作相对简单,飞秒脉冲激光与水膜相结合的方法可以显著提高LIBS技术在液体样品分析中的检测稳定性和准确性。

技术领域
本发明属于液体检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法。
背景技术
钠(Na)元素是人体中不可缺少的微量元素,适量的Na元素对人体健康有益。Na元素的主要功能是:1)细胞外液中主要的正电荷离子,参与水分代谢,调节体内水分和渗透压;2)确保体内酸碱平衡;3)胰液、胆汁、汗液和眼泪的主要成分;4)影响肌肉运动、心血管功能和能量代谢;5)维持人体血压。但是,人体内过量的Na元素会给机体带来损伤,引起血压升高、引发心脑血管疾病,以及破坏内分泌功能。在我国,饮用水主要来源是河流或者地下水。近年来,漂白剂在工业生产中的使用越来越多,大量未经处理的漂白剂随工业用水排入河流或地下。但漂白剂中富含的Na离子会影响饮用水的质量,一旦人们长期饮用富含Na离子的水,就会严重危害人体健康。因此,如何科学、有效地检测水中的Na元素成为环保部门和科研人员关注的热点。
目前,液体中元素定量检测的技术主要有原子吸收光谱(AAS)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体原子辐射光谱(ICP-AES)、石墨炉原子吸收光谱、和X射线荧光光谱。尽管这些技术在分析液体样品中微量元素方面有很好的优势,但其仪器复杂、成本高、分析过程繁琐等缺点严重限制了其广泛应用。新兴的激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术作为检测材料成分的有效手段,具有快速、实时、对样品微损和能够检测任何物理状态的样品(固态、液态、气态和气溶胶)等优点,并且该技术具有多元素同时分析的能力。基于这些优点LIBS技术已经广泛地应用于水污染、土壤重金属污染、工业、食品安全、艺术品鉴定和爆炸物分析等领域。
在液体样品检测中,激光聚焦主要有两种类型。一种是激光聚焦在液体样品内部,这样光收集装置比较复杂,而且液体环境会吸收更多的激光能量和等离子体发射,导致检测能力降低。另一种类型是,激光聚焦在液体样品表面,此时液体压力对等离子体膨胀的影响非常微弱,可以获得更长的等离子体寿命。而且激光能量和等离子体发射不会被周围环境中的液体吸收,能够收集到比较强的特征光谱线。当激光聚焦在液体表面时,存在几种样品进样方式:1)固定的液体表面;2)水平流动的液体表面;3)垂直流动的液体柱。经过一系列研究发现采用液体射流方式能降低LIBS检测灵敏度,并得到广泛应用。即使检出限得到一定降低,但液体射流法或垂直液滴存在的液体飞溅、蒸汽现象仍然会污染透镜,严重干扰光学系统,使分析灵敏度和实验重复性降低,而且激光聚焦周围的液体对光发射的吸收也是影响光谱信号的原因之一。为了弥补这个缺点,近几年研究人员将注意力转向了短时间尺度的飞秒脉冲激光。相比于纳秒激光,飞秒激光产生的等离子体在空间尺度上更小。此外,飞秒激光诱导等离子体(LIP)的密度、温度、压力和速度均低于纳秒激光产生的等离子体。主要的几点区别如下:飞秒激光产生的等离子体羽显示出较窄的角分布,而纳秒激光产生的LIP显示出较宽的角分布;环境气体压力对飞秒LIP的影响比纳秒LIP的影响小;飞秒LIP产生的冲击波比纳秒LIP产生的冲击波弱得多。因此,与纳秒LIP相比,飞秒LIP中的液体飞溅现象可能较弱,因此飞秒激光可以提高信号的稳定性和重复性。近年来,一些基于纳秒LIBS的新方法被用于检测液体样品,如表面辅助LIBS、表面增强LIBS(SEN-LIBS)、LIBS结合激光诱导荧光(LIBS-LIF)和化学置换结合表面增强LIBS(CR-SENLIBS)。这些方法通过在金属基底表面干燥分析溶液,实现了从液相样品到固相样品的转化,克服了液体样品的飞溅,有效地提高了检测的稳定性和灵敏度。然而,这些方法需要一系列复杂的样品制备过程,导致无法实现液体样品的在线分析。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,旨在解决现有的LIBS技术用于检测液体样品时,存在严重的液体喷溅和波动现象,导致LIBS检测灵敏度低的问题;另外,将液体样品转化成固体样品的LIBS检测需要一系列复杂的样品制备过程,导致无法实现液体样品的在线分析的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:通过水膜成型装置形成自由流动、稳定和持续的水膜;
步骤二:通过蓝宝石再生放大激光器作为激发光源,输出的脉冲能量为1.64mJ,持续时间为50fs,通过同步和延迟发生器将飞秒激光的重复频率调整为2Hz,激光光束经过两个反射镜反射后由焦距为100mm的聚焦透镜聚焦到水膜上;
步骤三:利用与激光光束呈45°角放置的透镜收集飞秒激光诱导等离子体产生的光信号,经过光纤传输到光谱仪;
步骤四:使用像素为1024×1024的ICCD收集光谱仪离散的光,在相同实验条件下采集20个光谱,计算其平均值以消除环境等因素的影响。
进一步的技术方案,所述步骤三中的透镜的材料为BK7光学玻璃,焦距为75mm。
进一步的技术方案,所述步骤三中的光谱仪的光栅为1200线/mm,分辨率为0.04nm。
进一步的技术方案,所述步骤四中的ICCD的积分时间设定为5.0μs,时间延迟为0.6μs。
进一步的技术方案,所述步骤一中的水膜的形成的具体步骤包括:使用3D打印技术定制一个水膜成型装置,在液体喷射装置的出水口两侧放置两根直径为0.2mm的铝线,且两根铝线之间的距离为4mm,通过将水流速度调整为40mL/min,液体样品在重力和表面张力的作用下形成自由流动、稳定和连续的水膜。
进一步的技术方案,所述的液体样品的制备过程是在去离子水中添加NaCl溶质,配制出多个不同Na元素浓度的NaCl溶液。
进一步的技术方案,所述NaCl溶液的Na元素浓度有:2μg/mL、1μg/mL、0.5μg/mL、0.25μg/mL、0.13μg/mL、0.75μg/mL、0.38μg/mL和0.014μg/mL。
本发明实施例提供的一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,基于LIBS技术对NaCl溶液中Na元素浓度进行了定量分析。通过优化两个实验条件,提高了LIBS对于液体样品检测的稳定性。首先,改变激发光源,用飞秒激光代替常用的纳秒激光。产生的冲击波和空化气泡的能量较弱,能有效减少液体飞溅。其次,在液体射流方式的基础上,利用水膜为激光聚焦提供相对稳定的液体表面,解决了液面波动不能确定激光聚焦位置的缺点。结合两种实验条件,对8个Na元素浓度的NaCl水溶液进行了测量。绘制了Na元素的校正曲线,得到Na(I)589.0nm和Na(I)589.6nm的线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.99。另外,多次测量的RSD在1.5%-4.5%范围内。根据3σ标准求得Na(I)的LoD分别为0.043μg/mL和0.071μg/mL。通过与其它基于LIBS分析液体样品的方法相比,飞秒激光诱导水膜的方法可以获得更高的R2、RSD和更低的LoD,并且实验操作相对简单。综上所述,飞秒脉冲激光与水膜相结合的方法可以显著提高LIBS技术在液体样品分析中的检测稳定性和准确性。

飞秒激光诱导击穿光谱分析Na元素含量的实验装置如图1所示,在大气环境下,波长为800nm的钛:蓝宝石再生放大激光器(Coherent,Libra)作为激发光源,输出的脉冲能量为1.64mJ,持续时间为50fs。通过设置同步和延迟发生器,将飞秒激光的重复频率调整为2Hz。激光光束经过两个反射镜反射后由焦距为100mm的聚焦透镜聚焦到NaCl水膜上,利用与激光光束呈45°角放置的透镜(BK7,焦距为75mm)收集飞秒激光诱导等离子体产生的光信号,经过光纤传输到光谱仪(Spectra Pro 500,PI Acton)中,光谱仪的光栅为1200线/mm,分辨率为0.04nm。光谱仪离散的光使用像素为1024×1024的ICCD(PI-MAX4,PrincetonInstruments)收集,ICCD由飞秒激光系统的同步和延迟发生器触发。为了优化特征光谱的信噪比,将ICCD的积分时间设定为5.0μs,时间延迟为0.6μs。实验在大气环境下进行,空气温度和湿度分别为22℃和40%。在相同实验条件下采集20个光谱,计算其平均值以消除环境等因素的影响。实验中需要的液体样品的制备过程是在去离子水中添加一定量的NaCl溶质,表1列出了配置的8个不同Na元素浓度的NaCl溶液。

水膜的形成:
使用3D打印技术定制了一个水膜成型装置,图3显示了该装置的示意图。设计思路基于液体喷射法,在出水口两侧放置了两根直径为0.2mm的铝线,两根铝线之间的距离为4mm。通过将水流速度调整为40mL/min,液体样品在重力和表面张力的作用下形成自由流动、稳定和连续的水膜,如图2所示。水膜的取样方法可以稳定液体靶的位置,减少液体对光信号的吸收,飞秒激光与水膜的结合可以尽可能的提高特征光谱信号的稳定性。
结果分析:
在液体样品的LIBS中,当激光能量超过击穿阈值时,激光聚焦区会发生光学击穿,产生高温高压的等离子体并发射特征谱线。在实验中,测量了8个不同Na元素浓度的NaCl水溶液的一系列光学击穿光谱。图4显示了获得的不同Na元素浓度的Na(I)光谱演化图。在586.0nm至596.0nm的波长范围内,Na(I)589.0nm和Na(I)589.6nm具有更强的光谱信号。因此,选择这两条谱线作为Na元素的分析谱线。如图4所示,谱线的强度随Na元素浓度的减小而显著降低,在浓度在0.01μg/mL附近时,虽然能够观察到特征峰,但光谱信号与背景光谱之间差值较小。
光谱定标研究是LIBS技术发展成为高精度光谱技术的重要环节,首先假定等离子体中元素的浓度等于液体样品中元素的浓度,那么光谱的定量分析可用于确定特征谱线强度与样品中相应元素浓度之间的关系。通过调节门控参数优化Na(I)589.0nm和Na(I)589.6nm谱线的信噪比,分别绘制了NaCl溶液中Na元素的校正曲线如图5所示。在所使用的整个浓度范围内校正曲线表现出线性关系,其中Na(I)589.0nm和Na(I)589.6nm的线性相关系数(R2)分别为0.9928和0.9914。R2反映了自变量和因变量之间的拟合关系,如果R2接近1,则表明预测结果与实际测量之间存在更好的相关性。通过3σ公式能算得Na(I)589.0nm和Na(I)589.6nm的元素检出限分别为0.043μg/mL和0.071μg/mL。
相对标准偏差(RSD)对于比较不同测量之间的不确定性是至关重要的,RSD可以描述分析领域的精密度和重复性。LIBS的稳定性和重复性对于其广泛地分析应用是非常重要的。RSD的计算方法如下:
其中,σ表示背景强度的标准偏差,n表示测量的数量,xi表示第i次测量的光谱强度值,是多次测量的平均值。图6显示了不同Na元素浓度的NaCl溶液中的Na(I)谱线的RSD。随着元素浓度的增加,多次测量的RSD在1.5%到4.5%之间波动,得出平均RSD为2.5%,RSD能反映LIBS测量的特征谱线的波动。因此,RSD越低,测量光谱越稳定。由此可知,在目前的工作中使用飞秒激光诱导水膜的方法能获得比较好的实验重复性。
在本工作中,水膜的取样方法等同于为实验提供了一个相对稳定的液面,解决了激光聚焦在液面上的位置不稳定的问题。因此,使用飞秒激光聚焦水膜的方法能减小液体飞溅,有效提高LIBS检测的稳定性。
表2基于LIBS的不同方法获得的R2,RSD和LoD的比较。
为了进一步证实实验中使用方法的可行性,比较了基于LIBS的液体样品分析的不同方法,表2中列出了一些基于LIBS分析方法获得的R2,RSD和LoD。这些方法能够获得较高的线性相关系数和相对标准偏差,对提高液体样品检测稳定性具有显著效果。然而,这些方法不是实验设计复杂就是样品需要繁琐的预处理。在实验中,利用飞秒激光诱导NaCl水膜的方法,在极大程度的简化了实验的同时获得了更高的R2。此外,液体样品LIBS分析的RSD通常在5%-10%范围内,本实验得出的平均RSD是2.5%,可见飞秒激光诱导水膜的方法明显改善了液体样品LIBS分析的信号稳定性,提高了实验的可重复性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:通过水膜成型装置形成自由流动、稳定和持续的水膜;
步骤二:通过蓝宝石再生放大激光器作为激发光源,输出的脉冲能量为1.64mJ,持续时间为50fs,通过同步和延迟发生器将飞秒激光的重复频率调整为2Hz,激光光束经过两个反射镜反射后由焦距为100mm的聚焦透镜聚焦到水膜上;
步骤三:利用与激光光束呈45°角放置的透镜收集飞秒激光诱导等离子体产生的光信号,经过光纤传输到光谱仪;
步骤四:使用像素为1024×1024的ICCD收集光谱仪离散的光,在相同实验条件下采集20个光谱,计算其平均值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中的透镜的材料为BK7光学玻璃,焦距为75mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中的光谱仪的光栅为1200线/mm,分辨率为0.04nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中的ICCD的积分时间设定为5.0μs,时间延迟为0.6μs。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中的水膜的形成的具体步骤包括:使用3D打印技术定制一个水膜成型装置,在液体喷射装置的出水口两侧放置两根直径为0.2mm的铝线,且两根铝线之间的距离为4mm,通过将水流速度调整为40mL/min,液体样品在重力和表面张力的作用下形成自由流动、稳定和连续的水膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述的液体样品的制备过程是在去离子水中添加NaCl溶质,配制出多个不同Na元素浓度的NaCl溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的利用飞秒激光诱导水膜的LIBS液体检测方法,其特征在于,所述NaCl溶液的Na元素浓度有:2μg/mL、1μg/mL、0.5μg/mL、0.25μg/mL、0.13μg/mL、0.75μg/mL、0.38μg/mL和0.014μg/mL。
