Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of measuring tools, in particular to a wheel rim starting resistance measuring tool and a using method thereof.
Background
The wheel side starting resistance refers to the rolling resistance of a wheel, has important influence on the dynamic performance, the fuel economy performance and the like of an automobile, and most of tools for measuring the wheel side starting resistance are complex in structure at present.
Therefore, how to provide a measuring tool with a simple structure still remains a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention provides a wheel rim starting resistance measuring tool, which comprises a measuring dial 1, wherein the peripheral wall of the measuring dial 1 is provided with a handle 2, and the measuring dial is also provided with a plurality of first insertion holes 11; the wheel hub measuring device further comprises a measuring claw 3, one end portion of the measuring claw 3 can be inserted into the first insertion holes 11, the other end portion of the measuring claw 3 is provided with a sleeve 31, the sleeve 31 is provided with a lock head portion matched with the head portion of a wheel hub bolt of a wheel to be measured (the wheel to be measured and the wheel hub bolt are not shown in the attached drawings), and in a use state, the measuring claws 3 are arranged in at least two first insertion holes 11.
The wheel edge starting resistance measuring tool provided by the invention only comprises a measuring dial 1, a handle 2 and a measuring claw 3, and the whole structure is very simple.

In general, the number of the hub bolts may be an even number, that is, the aforementioned N may be an even number, such as 4, 6, 8, and so on, in which case there are two hub bolts whose planes of the central axes pass through the central axis of the wheel to be measured, and such two hub bolts may be referred to as a set of hub bolts arranged diagonally.
In view of this, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment provided by the present invention, the number of the measuring claws 3 may be two, and in this case, the mounting surfaces of the two measuring claws 3 may also be coplanar, so as to be able to socket the set of hub bolts arranged diagonally. Therefore, the wheel rim starting resistance test of the wheels to be tested in various forms with even number of hub bolts can be met only by the measuring tool with the structure, and the universality of the wheel rim starting resistance measuring tool provided by the invention can be greatly improved; moreover, the number of measuring jaws 3 can be minimized, enabling a greater simplification of the construction of the measuring tool.
In addition to the condition that the number of the hub bolts is even, the number of the hub bolts is 5 in the prior art, and in order to adapt to the wheel rim starting resistance measurement of the wheel to be measured in the form, the included angle between the mounting surfaces of the two measuring claws 3 can be adjusted in a mode of 360 degrees/5 integral multiples so as to meet the use requirement.
Or, the number of the measuring claws 3 may be set to three, wherein the mounting surfaces of the two measuring claws 3 may be coplanar (referred to as a first surface) to satisfy the wheel rim starting resistance measurement of the wheel to be measured when the number of the hub bolts is even, and the included angle between the mounting surface of the other measuring claw 3 and the first surface may be mx72 ° where M is a positive integer to satisfy the wheel rim starting resistance measurement of the wheel to be measured when the number of the hub bolts is 5.

For convenience of description, the wall surface of the measurement dial provided with the pointer may be referred to as a top wall, the measurement dial may further include a bottom wall opposite to the top wall and a peripheral wall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall in addition to the top wall, and the aforementioned first insertion hole 11 may be provided in the bottom wall or the peripheral wall as long as the use requirement of the measurement claw 3 can be satisfied.
It will be appreciated that the different types of wheels to be tested may differ in the radial dimensions of the hub circle in which the hub bolts are located, in addition to the aforementioned number of hub bolts.
In view of this, in the embodiment of the present invention, the measuring jaw 3 may further include a split-type mounting sleeve 32 and a measuring rod 33, the mounting sleeve 32 may be inserted into the first insertion hole 11, the measuring rod 33 may be slidably connected to the mounting sleeve 32, and a locking structure may be further disposed between the mounting sleeve 32 and the measuring rod 33 for locking the position of the measuring rod 33 relative to the mounting sleeve 32.
With such arrangement, the length of the sleeved part of the measuring rod 33 and the mounting sleeve 32 can be adjusted through the sliding fit and the locking structure between the measuring rod 33 and the mounting sleeve 32, so that the radial size of the hub circle of the wheel to be measured, which can be adapted by the wheel rim starting resistance measuring tool provided by the invention, can be adjusted, and the universality of the measuring tool provided by the invention is further improved.
The form of the sliding fit between the measuring rod 33 and the mounting sleeve 32 and the form of the locking structure therebetween may be various as long as the above-described effects can be achieved. In an exemplary scheme, as shown in fig. 4, the locking structure may include a spring pin 331 and an adjusting hole section 321, the adjusting hole section 321 may include a plurality of adjusting holes 321a arranged at intervals in an axial direction, one of the spring pin 331 and the adjusting hole section 321 may be disposed in the mounting sleeve 32, the other may be disposed in the measuring rod 33, and the length of the sleeved portion of the measuring rod 33 and the mounting sleeve 32 may be changed by adjusting the adjusting holes 321a matched with the spring pin 331.
The sleeve 31 may be disposed at an end of the measuring rod 33 away from the mounting sleeve 32, and the measuring rod 33 and the sleeve 31 may be an integrated structure to reduce the number of components.
The shape of the lock head of the sleeve 31 can be matched with the shape of the head of the hub bolt, and considering that the different types of hub bolts used for different wheels to be measured may have different shapes, in the embodiment of the present invention, the measuring rod 33 and the sleeve 31 can also be designed into a split structure, and the sleeve 31 can be detachably mounted on the measuring rod 33, so as to select different sleeves 31 to be used according to requirements, which can further improve the universality of the measuring tool provided by the present invention.
The connection form between the sleeve 31 and the measuring rod 33 may also be various, as long as the use requirement can be met, in the embodiment of fig. 5, the measuring rod 33 and the sleeve 31 may adopt a plug fit, and the cross section of the plug fit section of the measuring rod 33 and the sleeve 31 may be set to be non-circular (approximately square in the figure), so as to avoid the rotation of the sleeve 31 relative to the measuring rod 33.
Similar to the measuring claws 3, the handle 2 and the measuring dial 1 may also be of a split structure, and in this case, the measuring dial 1 may further be provided with a second insertion hole (not shown in the figure), and the handle 2 may be inserted into the second insertion hole.
