In the whole assembly, the temperature-variable chamber drawer body 100 is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the refrigerating chamber, and a plurality of air return holes 101 are formed in the bottom of the back of the temperature-variable chamber drawer body 100; then a temperature-changing chamber drawer cover plate 110 for supplying air is arranged on the temperature-changing chamber drawer body 100, the periphery of the temperature-changing chamber drawer cover plate 110 and the periphery of an opening above the temperature-changing chamber drawer body 100 are in sealing assembly, and a plurality of micropores 111 with the diameter of 1mm are uniformly distributed on the plane of the temperature-changing chamber drawer cover plate 110; the shelf 300 is arranged on the uppermost layer, and the first clamping jaws 301 of the shelf 300 and the second clamping jaws 302 at the four corners of the drawer cover plate 110 of the temperature-changing chamber are in a male-female assembly combination, for example, the first clamping jaws 301 can be set as male clamping jaws, and the second clamping jaws 302 can be set as female clamping jaws.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a sealing ring 120 is arranged between the temperature-variable chamber drawer cover plate 110 and the shelf 300, a blowing cavity 121 is formed in a cavity in the middle of the sealing ring 120, and all micropores 111 with the diameter of 1mm of the temperature-variable chamber drawer cover plate 110 are arranged in the blowing cavity 121 formed by the sealing ring 120; an extended air supply outlet 122 (also called a variable temperature air supply outlet) is arranged on the sealing ring 120, in the embodiment, the air supply outlet 122 is positioned at one side of the variable temperature chamber drawer body 100, which is provided with the air return hole 101, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, the sectional area of the air supply outlet 122 is smaller than the total sectional area of the air return hole 101, and the total area of the air return hole is large, so that the air in the variable temperature chamber drawer body can be conveniently exhausted (the air is exhausted quickly), and the air circulation efficiency is improved; each component is tightly assembled through a sealing strip, so that air leakage is prevented.
In the embodiment of the invention, during specific work, cold air sent by an air supply system enters an air supply cavity 121 formed in the middle of a sealing ring 120 from an air supply opening 122 on the sealing ring 120, cold energy is uniformly sent into a temperature-variable chamber drawer body 100 from micropores 111 with the diameter of 1mm after being buffered by the air supply cavity 121, is exchanged with heat in the temperature-variable chamber drawer body 100, and enters a refrigerator air return system to finish refrigeration cycle after being output through an air return hole 101 in the back of the temperature-variable chamber drawer body after being exchanged.
According to the invention, in the whole process of starting refrigeration and closing refrigeration of the temperature-variable chamber, because the air is uniformly distributed through the micropores 111 on the drawer cover plate 110 of the temperature-variable chamber, the temperature change in the drawer body of the temperature-variable chamber is small in the whole refrigeration process, and the effect of constant temperature fresh-keeping is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the whole assembly of the embodiment of the present invention, the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 is entirely disposed at the left side of the bottom of the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, and is disposed substantially flush with the right side temperature-changing chamber drawer body 100. The periphery of the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate 210 is hermetically assembled with the periphery of the moisturizing bin drawer body 200, and the top and the bottom of one side of the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 close to the temperature-changing chamber drawer body 100 are respectively provided with a first cold inlet 202 and a first heat return port 203; and a second cold inlet 102 and a second heat return opening 103 are respectively arranged on the temperature-variable chamber drawer body corresponding to the top and the bottom of the side of the temperature-variable chamber drawer body close to the moisture preservation chamber drawer body.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rod 410 of the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly 400 is disposed between the temperature-varying chamber drawer body 100 and the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 through the uppermost layer of the first partition 420, the positions of the upper side and the lower side of the connecting rod 410 of the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly 400, and the upper side and the lower side of the cooling inlet and the position of the back heating inlet facing the temperature-varying chamber drawer body 100 and the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 are respectively provided with a cooling inlet butt-joint channel 430 and a back heating butt-joint channel 440 in a communication manner, that is, the cooling inlet butt-joint channel 430 is used for communicating the first cooling inlet 202 and the second cooling inlet 102, and the back heating butt-joint channel 440 is used for communicating the first back heating inlet 203 and the second back heating inlet 103; the opening or closing or the size of the cold inlet is adjusted by the adjusting lever 421 arranged on the first partition 420 at the uppermost layer, so as to control the temperature and humidity in the moisture preservation chamber drawer body 200.
In the whole process of cold entering and heat returning opening or closing of the moisturizing bin, the cold energy in the variable temperature chamber naturally dissipates heat, so that the water brought away by forced air circulation is reduced, and the effect of constant temperature moisturizing is achieved.
Based on the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a refrigerator, where the refrigerator of this embodiment includes: the constant-temperature air-control moisturizing device is arranged in the refrigerating chamber and is specifically as described above.
Based on the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a control method for the constant temperature wind control and moisture retention device based on any one of the above embodiments, including the following steps:
cold air is uniformly buffered by the variable-temperature chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is fed into the variable-temperature chamber drawer body, and the cold air is converted by the variable-temperature chamber drawer body and then flows out through the variable-temperature chamber return air array assembly;
the humidity-preserving chamber drawer body is communicated with the temperature-changing chamber drawer body through the humidity-preserving chamber adjusting assembly, and the temperature and the humidity in the humidity-preserving chamber drawer body are adjusted and controlled in a moisturizing manner, specifically as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the constant-temperature air-control moisturizing device, the refrigerator and the control method disclosed by the invention have the advantages that the micro air supply holes are uniformly distributed, air is uniformly supplied to each space in the temperature-variable chamber, and a large temperature difference is avoided from being generated inside; because the balanced air supply is adopted to keep the constant temperature in the variable temperature chamber according to the set temperature, the fresh keeping is facilitated; and the moisture preservation cabin is adopted to uniformly dissipate heat through the temperature-variable chamber, so that rapid air circulation is avoided to take away moisture, and moisture preservation is facilitated.
It will be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise arrangements described above and shown in the drawings and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A constant-temperature air-control moisturizing device for being arranged in a refrigerating chamber of a refrigerator is characterized by comprising:
the shelf is used for being arranged in a refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator;
the temperature-changing chamber drawer body is arranged on one side below the shelf;
the temperature-changing chamber air supply buffer assembly is arranged above the temperature-changing chamber drawer body and is basically flush with the temperature-changing chamber drawer body, and an upper opening is arranged and is in sealing connection with the temperature-changing chamber drawer body;
the variable-temperature chamber return air array component is arranged on the side face of the lower end of the variable-temperature chamber drawer body;
and cold air is uniformly buffered by the variable-temperature chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is fed into the variable-temperature chamber drawer body, and the cold air flows out through the variable-temperature chamber return air array assembly after being converted by the variable-temperature chamber drawer body.
2. The constant-temperature wind-control moisturizing device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the moisture preservation chamber drawer body is arranged on the other side below the shelf and is basically flush with the temperature change chamber drawer body;
the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate is arranged on the moisturizing bin drawer body and is in sealing assembly with the periphery of an opening above the moisturizing bin drawer body, and the upper end of the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate is connected with the lower side of the shelf in a clamping manner.
3. The constant-temperature wind-control moisturizing device according to claim 2, further comprising:
the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly is arranged between the variable-temperature chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body and used for communicating the variable-temperature chamber drawer body with the moisturizing bin drawer body, and the temperature and the humidity in the moisturizing bin drawer body are adjusted and controlled in a moisturizing mode.
4. The constant-temperature wind-control and moisture-retention device according to claim 1, wherein the variable-temperature chamber wind supply buffer assembly comprises:
the periphery of the lower surface of the variable-temperature chamber drawer cover plate is hermetically assembled with the periphery of an opening above the variable-temperature chamber drawer body, and a plurality of micropores are uniformly formed in the plane of the variable-temperature chamber drawer cover plate;
the sealing ring is arranged between the drawer cover plate of the temperature-changing chamber and the shelf; an air supply outlet is formed in the side edge of the sealing ring in an extending mode;
and the upper surface of the drawer cover plate of the temperature-variable chamber is connected with the lower surface of the shelf in a sealing manner through the sealing ring to form an air supply cavity.

The constant-temperature wind-control and moisture-keeping device according to claim 4, wherein four second clamping jaws are respectively arranged on the periphery of the upper surface of the drawer cover plate of the temperature-changing chamber, a first clamping jaw clamped with the second clamping jaws is arranged at a position corresponding to the shelf, and the drawer cover plate of the temperature-changing chamber is detachably arranged below the shelf through connection of the second clamping jaws and the first clamping jaws.
6. The constant temperature, wind-control and moisture-retention device according to claim 4, wherein the variable temperature chamber return air array assembly comprises:
and the plurality of air return holes are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the back of the drawer body of the temperature-variable chamber, and the sectional area of the air supply outlet is smaller than the total sectional area of the plurality of air return holes.
7. A constant temperature, wind-control and moisture-retention device according to claim 3, wherein the moisture-retention chamber regulating assembly comprises:
a connecting rod is arranged on the connecting rod,
the first partition plate is arranged at the upper end of the connecting rod, and the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly is connected between the temperature-changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body through the first partition plate;
a cold inlet butt joint channel which is arranged in the middle of the connecting rod and is used for communicating the temperature-changing chamber drawer body and the moisture-preserving chamber drawer body to carry out cold inlet ventilation,
the backheating butt joint channel is arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod and is used for communicating the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisture preserving chamber drawer body to perform backheating ventilation;
and the adjusting deflector rod is arranged on the first partition plate, extends into the cold inlet butt joint channel and is used for adjusting the opening or closing or size of the cold inlet.
8. The constant-temperature wind-control moisturizing device according to claim 7, wherein a first cold inlet and a first heat recovery port are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the moisturizing bin drawer body on the side close to the temperature-changing chamber drawer body;
a second cold inlet and a second heat return opening are respectively arranged on the temperature-variable chamber drawer body corresponding to the side top and the bottom of the temperature-variable chamber drawer body close to the moisturizing bin drawer body;
the cold inlet butt joint channel is communicated with the first cold inlet and the second cold inlet, and the heat return butt joint channel is communicated with the first heat return port and the second heat return port; the opening or closing or the size of the cold inlet is adjusted through an adjusting deflector rod arranged on the first partition plate.
9. A refrigerator, comprising: the refrigerating chamber is characterized by further comprising: a constant temperature, wind-control and moisture-retention device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is provided in the refrigeration compartment.
10. A method for controlling a constant temperature wind-control moisturizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
cold air is uniformly buffered by the variable-temperature chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is fed into the variable-temperature chamber drawer body, and the cold air is converted by the variable-temperature chamber drawer body and then flows out through the variable-temperature chamber return air array assembly;
the humidity-preserving chamber drawer body is communicated with the temperature-changing chamber drawer body through the humidity-preserving chamber adjusting assembly, and the temperature and the humidity in the humidity-preserving chamber drawer body are subjected to humidity preservation, adjustment and control.
