In the whole assembly, a temperature changing chamber drawer body 100 is arranged on the right of the bottom of a refrigerating chamber, and a plurality of return air holes 101 are formed in the bottom of the back of the temperature changing chamber drawer body 100; then, a temperature change chamber drawer cover plate 110 for supplying air is arranged on the temperature change chamber drawer body 100, the periphery of the temperature change chamber drawer cover plate 110 is in sealing assembly with the periphery of an opening above the temperature change chamber drawer body 100, and a plurality of micropores 111 with the diameter of 1mm are uniformly distributed on the plane of the temperature change chamber drawer cover plate 110; the shelf 300 is arranged at the uppermost layer, the first clamping jaw 301 of the shelf 300 and the second clamping jaw 302 at four corners of the drawer cover plate 110 of the temperature changing chamber are in a male-female assembly combination, for example, the first clamping jaw 301 can be arranged as a male clamping jaw, and the second clamping jaw 302 can be arranged as a female clamping jaw.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a sealing ring 120 is disposed between the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate 110 and the shelf 300, an air supply cavity 121 is formed in a cavity in the middle of the sealing ring 120, and micropores 111 with a diameter of 1mm of the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate 110 are all in the air supply cavity 121 formed by the sealing ring 120; an extended air supply opening 122 (also called a variable temperature air supply opening) is arranged on the sealing ring 120, in this embodiment, the position of the air supply opening 122 is on one side of the variable temperature chamber drawer body 100 where the air return hole 101 is arranged, in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the cross-sectional area of the air supply opening 122 is smaller than the total cross-sectional area of the air return hole 101, and the total area of the air return hole is large, so that the air in the variable temperature chamber drawer body can be conveniently exhausted (the air exhaust is fast), and the air circulation efficiency is improved; each part is tightly assembled through a sealing strip, so that air leakage is prevented.
In specific operation, cold air sent by the air supply system enters an air supply cavity 121 formed in the middle of the sealing ring 120 from an air supply opening 122 on the sealing ring 120, the cold air is buffered by the air supply cavity 121 and then is uniformly sent into the temperature changing chamber drawer body 100 from the micropores 111 with the diameter of 1mm, heat in the temperature changing chamber drawer body 100 is exchanged, and after the heat exchange, the cold air is output through an air return hole 101 at the back of the temperature changing chamber drawer body and enters the refrigerator air return system to complete refrigeration cycle.
In the whole temperature-changing chamber opening refrigeration and closing refrigeration process, the temperature change in the temperature-changing chamber drawer body is small in the whole refrigeration process due to the uniform distribution of the air supply of the micropores 111 on the temperature-changing chamber drawer cover plate 110, and the constant-temperature fresh-keeping effect is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the whole assembly of the embodiment of the present application, the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 is disposed entirely on the left side of the bottom of the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, and is disposed substantially flush with the temperature change chamber drawer body 100 on the right side. The periphery of the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate 210 is in sealing assembly with the periphery of the moisturizing bin drawer body 200, and a first cooling inlet 202 and a first heat return opening 203 are respectively formed in the top and the bottom of one side of the moisturizing bin drawer body 200, which is close to the temperature changing chamber drawer body 100; the temperature changing chamber drawer body is also provided with a second cooling inlet 102 and a second heat return opening 103 respectively, wherein the temperature changing chamber drawer body is close to the side top and the side bottom of the humidity keeping bin drawer body, and the second cooling inlet 102 and the second heat return opening 103 are corresponding to each other.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present application, the connecting rod 410 of the humidity chamber adjusting assembly 400 is disposed between the temperature changing chamber drawer body 100 and the humidity chamber drawer body 200 through the first partition 420 at the uppermost layer, and the upper and lower sides of the connecting rod 410 of the humidity chamber adjusting assembly 400 are respectively provided with a cold inlet butt joint channel 430 and a heat return butt joint channel 440 in a communicating manner, that is, the cold inlet butt joint channel 430 is used for communicating with the first cold inlet 202 and the second cold inlet 102, and the heat return butt joint channel 440 is used for communicating with the first heat return port 203 and the second heat return port 103; the temperature and humidity in the moisturizing bin drawer body 200 are controlled by adjusting the opening or closing or the size of the cold inlet through the adjusting lever 421 provided on the uppermost first partition 420.
In the whole process of opening or closing the cold inlet and the back heat of the moisturizing bin, the cooling capacity in the temperature changing chamber naturally dissipates heat, so that the moisture taken away by forced air circulation is reduced, and the effect of constant temperature moisturizing is achieved.
Based on the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a refrigerator, where the refrigerator includes: a refrigerator compartment, and a thermostatically controlled air moisturizing device in accordance with any of the above embodiments, the thermostatically controlled air moisturizing device being disposed in the refrigerator compartment, as described in detail above.
Based on the above embodiment, the application also provides a control method of the constant temperature wind-control moisturizing device based on any one of the above embodiments, comprising the following steps:
the cold air is buffered and balanced through the temperature change chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is sent into the temperature change chamber drawer body, and after the cold air is converted by the temperature change chamber drawer body, the cold air flows out through the temperature change chamber return air array assembly;
the temperature changing chamber drawer body is communicated with the humidity maintaining chamber drawer body through the humidity maintaining chamber adjusting assembly, and the humidity in the humidity maintaining chamber drawer body is controlled through humidity maintaining adjustment, and the temperature and humidity are specifically described above.
Compared with the prior art, the constant temperature air control moisturizing device, the refrigerator and the control method disclosed by the application have the advantages that as the micro air supply holes are uniformly distributed, air supply in each space in the temperature changing chamber is uniform, and larger temperature difference is avoided; the temperature changing chamber is kept constant according to the set temperature by adopting balanced air supply, so that the fresh keeping is facilitated; and the moisture retention bin is adopted to uniformly dissipate heat through the temperature change chamber, so that the rapid air circulation is avoided to take away moisture, and the moisture retention is facilitated.
It is to be understood that the application is not limited to the precise arrangements and instrumentalities shown in the drawings, which have been described above, and that various modifications and changes may be effected without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the application is limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A constant temperature accuse wind moisturizing device for set up in refrigerator fresh food compartment, characterized in that includes:
a shelf for being disposed in a refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator;
the temperature changing chamber drawer body is arranged at one side below the shelf;
the temperature changing chamber air supply buffer assembly is arranged above the temperature changing chamber drawer body and is in sealing connection with an upper opening which is basically flush with the temperature changing chamber drawer body;
the temperature changing chamber return air array assembly is arranged on the side surface of the lower end of the temperature changing chamber drawer body;
the cold air is buffered and balanced through the temperature change chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is sent into the temperature change chamber drawer body, and after the cold air is converted by the temperature change chamber drawer body, the cold air flows out through the temperature change chamber return air array assembly;
the moisturizing bin drawer body is arranged on the other side below the shelf and is basically flush with the temperature changing chamber drawer body;
the constant temperature accuse wind moisturizing device still includes:
the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly is arranged between the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body, is used for communicating the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body, and is used for moisturizing, adjusting and controlling the temperature and the humidity in the moisturizing bin drawer body;
the moisturizing bin adjustment assembly further comprises:
the connecting rod is provided with a connecting rod,
the first partition plate is arranged at the upper end of the connecting rod, and the moisturizing bin adjusting assembly is connected between the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body through the first partition plate;
a cold inlet butt joint channel which is arranged in the middle of the connecting rod and is used for communicating the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisture preservation chamber drawer body for cold ventilation,
the backheating butt joint channel is arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod and is used for communicating the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body for backheating ventilation;
the adjusting deflector rod is arranged on the first partition plate and stretches into the cold inlet butt joint channel to adjust the opening or closing or the size of the cold inlet;
the moisturizing bin adjusting component can automatically adjust the moisturizing bin drawer body to set temperature and humidity according to the needs;
the connecting rod is arranged between the temperature changing chamber drawer body and the moisturizing bin drawer body through the first partition plate at the uppermost layer.
2. The constant temperature controlled wind moisturizing device of claim 1, further comprising:
the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate is arranged on the moisturizing bin drawer body and is assembled with the periphery of the opening above the moisturizing bin drawer body in a sealing way, and the upper end of the moisturizing bin drawer cover plate is clamped and connected with the lower part of the shelf.
3. The constant temperature controlled atmosphere moisturizing device of claim 1, wherein the temperature changing chamber supply air buffer assembly comprises:
the periphery of the lower surface of the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate is in sealing assembly with the periphery of the upper opening of the temperature changing chamber drawer body, and a plurality of micropores are uniformly arranged on the plane of the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate;
the sealing ring is arranged between the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate and the shelf; an air supply port is formed in the side edge of the sealing ring in an extending mode;
and the upper surface of the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate is in sealing connection with the lower surface of the shelf through the sealing ring to form an air supply cavity.

The constant temperature accuse wind moisturizing device according to claim 3, wherein four second claws are respectively arranged around the upper surface of the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate, a first claw which is clamped with the second claw is arranged at a corresponding position of the shelf, and the temperature changing chamber drawer cover plate is detachably arranged below the shelf through the connection of the second claw and the first claw.
5. A constant temperature controlled atmosphere moisturizing device as in claim 3, wherein said temperature change compartment return air array assembly comprises:
the plurality of return air holes are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the back of the temperature changing chamber drawer body, and the sectional area of the air supply opening is smaller than the total sectional area of the plurality of return air holes.

The constant temperature air control moisturizing device according to claim 1, wherein a first cooling inlet and a first heat return inlet are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of one side of the moisturizing bin drawer body, which is close to the temperature changing chamber drawer body;
a second cooling inlet and a second heat return opening are respectively arranged on the temperature changing chamber drawer body, which is close to the side top and the bottom of the humidity keeping bin drawer body, of the temperature changing chamber drawer body;
the cold inlet butt-joint channel is communicated with the first cold inlet and the second cold inlet, and the heat return butt-joint channel is communicated with the first heat return port and the second heat return port; the opening or closing or the size of the cold inlet is adjusted by an adjusting deflector rod arranged on the first baffle plate.
7. A refrigerator, comprising: refrigerating chamber, its characterized in that still includes: the thermostatically controlled wind-moisture apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6, said thermostatically controlled wind-moisture apparatus being disposed in said refrigerated compartment.
8. A control method of the constant temperature air-conditioning and moisturizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
the cold air is buffered and balanced through the temperature change chamber air supply buffer assembly and then is sent into the temperature change chamber drawer body, and after the cold air is converted by the temperature change chamber drawer body, the cold air flows out through the temperature change chamber return air array assembly;
the temperature changing chamber drawer body is communicated with the moisturizing chamber drawer body through the moisturizing chamber adjusting assembly, and the temperature and the humidity in the moisturizing chamber drawer body are controlled through moisturizing adjustment.
