The notch lower edge of the first mounting groove 221 is close to the bottom of the lower pressing ring 4, and the upper section of the lower pressing ring 4 extends above the notch lower edge of the first mounting groove 221 to shield a part of the first mounting groove 221 so as to block the lower end of the inner block 6 in the extending direction.
The inner hole of the lower section of the lower pressing ring 4 is correspondingly communicated with the inner hole of the central cylinder body 2, a cross retaining fork 9 is arranged on the lower pressing ring 4, and the cross retaining fork 9 is fixed on the inner wall of the lower section of the lower pressing ring 4 to form a retaining structure. The cross stop fork 9 shields a part of the inner hole of the central cylinder 2, so that when falling objects in the central cylinder 2, the cross stop fork 9 can stop the falling objects to stop on the cross stop fork 9.

Because the outer diameter of the salvaging neck 21 is smaller, a gap exists between the salvaging neck and the wall of the connecting cylinder 1, sand is easy to accumulate on the upper pressing ring 3, when more sand is deposited on the upper end surface of the upper pressing ring 3, sand can automatically slide out of a shaft by flushing clear water through the sand flushing holes 11, or sand flushing and unclamping can be realized when a salvaging anti-falling device is blocked.
When the inner stop block 6 stretches out to form a stop with the upper press ring 3 and the lower press ring 4, an anti-falling stop position of the inner stop block 6 is formed, the inner stop block 6 is separated out of the clamping groove 12, the outer side faces of the inner stop block 6 are flush with the outer side faces of the upper press ring 3 and the lower press ring 4, and gaps are reserved between the outer side faces of the upper press ring 3 and the lower press ring 4 and the inner wall of the connecting cylinder 1. When the anti-falling object device is salvaged and blocked, and sand washing and blocking relieving cannot be achieved, the outer stop block 5 and the inner stop block 6 can be separated through the hydraulic jar on the salvaging tool to enable the central cylinder body 2 to be salvaged out of a well.
During assembly, the anti-falling device is pushed into the connecting cylinder 1 on the ground, the outer stop block 5 is stably seated in the clamping groove 12, the anti-falling device is fished through a fishing tool test, the expansion and contraction performance of the outer stop block 5 and the inner stop block 6 is checked, and the anti-falling device is assembled into the connecting cylinder 1 again after no abnormality exists, so that the anti-falling device is formed.
When the device is used, the anti-falling device is arranged at the bottom of the pipe column, the pipe column is put into a well along with the pipe column, and the pumping device is arranged for pumping and draining after the pipe column is put into a preset well depth position. After the pumping operation is finished, the ground blowout prevention system is installed, the fishing tool string is lowered through the high-strength steel wire, and the fishing tool string is combined into: rope cap + weighting rod + hydraulic jar + universal joint + drag for the spear, this kind of fishing tool belongs to conventional prior art, and the fishing tool stops to 20m above the target depth down, then slowly descends to the fish top of interior fishing neck 21 again, lifts up the fishing tool cluster after successfully dragging for central barrel 2, takes care of controlling the lifting speed, monitors steel wire tension at any time. And when the fishing tool string is 100m away from the wellhead, the fishing tool string is slowed down and slowly passes through the wellhead, after the tool string enters the lubricator, the wellhead gate is closed, the pressure in the lubricator is removed, and therefore the anti-drop device is fished out of the well.
If the salvaging tool salvages the anti-falling device and encounters resistance, the salvaging tool is started, the large-displacement reverse circulation well flushing is carried out by adopting clean water, so that the liquid washes out the sand setting on the upper pressing ring 3 through the sand punching holes 11 until the performance of the outlet liquid is basically consistent with that of the well entering liquid, and then the salvaging tool string is put into the salvaging tool string again to try salvaging; if the central cylinder is still blocked after sand washing, a hydraulic jar is used for shocking upwards to shear the shear screw 7, so that the outer stop block 5 and the inner stop block 6 are separated, and then the central cylinder is fished out of the well.
By adopting the falling object preventing device, the falling object preventing device can be used for salvaging out of the well through the salvaging tool, so that the full-path smoothness of the tubular column body is realized, when testing and other operations are required to be carried out in the tubular column, the tubular column is not required to be lifted down again to remove the falling object preventing component, the operation cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened. In order to cope with the condition that the salvaging is blocked, a sand flushing hole 11 is formed in the connecting cylinder 1 so as to realize sand flushing and unblocking through well flushing, and further, a shear screw 7 is arranged between the inner stop block 6 and the outer stop block 5, so that when the sand flushing unblocking can not solve the problem of blocking, the shear screw 7 can be broken through a hydraulic jar on a salvaging tool, the central cylinder can be lifted upwards to salvage the well, and the use reliability of the falling object preventing device is ensured.
