The fixed throttler is generally salvaged and maintained by means of injecting hydrochloric acid or plugging removing agent at fixed points, flushing a continuous oil pipe and the like into a conventional acid liquor dumping cylinder, and connecting threads are machined at the upper end joint of a tool of the acid liquor dumping cylinder and are connected with a logging tool string. Acid liquor or other needed media can be filled in the cavity of the body at the lower end of the tool, and the bottom of the tool is composed of a piston type plugging device with O-ring seal. When the tool is lowered and blocked, the bottom piston is forced upwards to move upwards to release the seal, and the liquid medium is released from the gap of the piston quickly.
The existing acid liquor pouring cylinder has the following problems: when the oil pipe is subjected to complex well conditions such as reducing, the piston moves upwards when being subjected to resistance in the process of lowering the tool, and the liquid is released in advance, so that the soaking effect cannot be achieved; the tool normally goes down to the fishing neck of the throttle, and most of liquid medium released after the piston is stressed overflows from the inner channel of the throttle, so that the long-time soaking effect cannot be achieved.

A starting pin 4 is penetrated and arranged on the side wall of the middle part of the lower joint 2, and the starting pin 4 is inserted into the sealing mandrel 3 for arrangement; the side wall of the lower joint 2 is provided with a through side hole 6, a plurality of side holes 6 are uniformly distributed on the lower joint 2 circumferentially, and as shown in fig. 4, the side holes 6 are inclined downwards by 45 degrees.
The dumping rod 5 is used for being connected with the inner wall of the throttle, a second mounting groove 9 is formed in the dumping rod 5, a sealing ring is arranged in the second mounting groove 9, when the tool is put down, the dumping rod 5 is inserted into the inner diameter of the fishing neck of the throttle, and the sealing ring in the second mounting groove 9 and the inner wall of the throttle form a closed state, so that the liquid can be effectively prevented from overflowing along with the inner diameter of the fishing neck of the throttle; the starting pin 4 is sheared by downward jarring of the jar, the sealing mandrel 3 and the dumping rod 5 move upwards under the action of force, the sealing contact between the upper end of the sealing mandrel 3 and the inner wall of the lower joint 2 is released, the liquid medium in the dumping cylinder 1 enters the lower joint 2 and slowly flows out from the side hole 6, and is collected at the throttle salvaging neck part, so that the fixed-point releasing and unblocking effect is achieved.
