A casing hanger and seal assembly lowering tool comprises a mandrel, a seal assembly hanging sleeve, a driving sleeve and a casing hanger hanging sleeve, wherein the upper end of the mandrel is in threaded connection with a drill rod, the lower end of the mandrel is in threaded connection with a lower tool, the mandrel is characterized by comprising an upper mandrel and a lower mandrel, the upper mandrel is in threaded connection with the lower mandrel, the seal assembly hanging sleeve is sleeved outside the mandrel, the seal assembly hanging sleeve is positioned through a positioning shaft shoulder arranged on the upper mandrel, a locking nut is in threaded connection with the upper portion of the upper mandrel, the driving sleeve and the casing hanger hanging sleeve are sequentially arranged in an annular space between the mandrel and the seal assembly hanging sleeve from top to bottom, the driving sleeve and the casing hanger sleeve are both in threaded connection with the upper mandrel, the driving sleeve and the casing hanger sleeve are both in sliding connection with the seal assembly hanging sleeve, the seal assembly hanging sleeve is provided with a seal assembly hoisting mandrel and a release mechanism, the casing hanger sleeve is provided with a casing hanger and a release mechanism, the driving sleeve completes the casing hanger and the casing hanger release operation of the casing hanger and the casing hanger release mechanism relative to the casing hanger sleeve;
the lowering operation of the casing hanger and the sealing assembly can be finished by suspending the sleeve through the fixed sealing assembly and rotating the mandrel through the fixed shaft, and the lifting operation of the casing hanger and the sealing assembly can be finished by suspending the sleeve through the fixed sealing assembly and reversely rotating the mandrel through the fixed shaft;
a mandrel convex part is fixedly arranged outside the lower mandrel, and a first arc flange is arranged at the lower end of the mandrel convex part; a slideway is formed by an annular space between the driving sleeve and the sealing assembly hanging sleeve, and a first semicircular flange is arranged at the upper end of the driving sleeve;
a shaft shoulder is arranged outside the sealing assembly hanging sleeve and used for positioning and driving the sealing assembly, a first cavity used for installing the sealing assembly hoisting and releasing mechanism is formed in the outer side of the lower end of the sealing assembly hanging sleeve, and a first positioning flange used for limiting the sealing assembly hoisting and releasing mechanism is fixedly arranged on the outermost side of the first cavity; the sealing assembly hoisting and releasing mechanism comprises a first locking block matched with the sealing assembly, a first sliding block fixedly connected with the first locking block, a second semicircular flange fixedly arranged at the front end of the first sliding block, and a first compression spring arranged in the first cavity and positioned between the first positioning flange and the first sliding block, wherein one end of the first compression spring is fixedly connected with the first positioning flange, and the other end of the first compression spring is fixedly connected with the first sliding block;
a sleeve convex part is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve hanger hanging sleeve, a second cavity for installing the sleeve hanger hoisting and releasing mechanism is formed in the sleeve convex part, and a second positioning flange for limiting the sleeve hanger hoisting and releasing mechanism is fixedly arranged on the outermost side of the second cavity; the casing hanger hoisting and releasing mechanism comprises a second locking block matched with the casing hanger, a second sliding block fixedly connected with the second locking block, a second arc flange fixedly arranged at the front end of the second sliding block, and a second compression spring arranged in the second cavity and positioned between the second positioning flange and the second sliding block, wherein one end of the second compression spring is fixedly connected with the second positioning flange, and the other end of the second compression spring is fixedly connected with the second sliding block.

The casing hanger and seal assembly lowering tool of claim 1, wherein the upper mandrel has an upper central flow passage defined in the center thereof, the lower mandrel has a lower central flow passage defined in the center thereof, and the upper central flow passage and the lower central flow passage have the same diameter.

The casing hanger and seal assembly lowering tool according to claim 1, wherein the cross-section of the inner cavity of the seal assembly hanging sleeve is a regular polygon, the cross-section of one end of the driving sleeve in sliding fit with the seal assembly hanging sleeve is a regular polygon, and the cross-section of one end of the casing hanger hanging sleeve in sliding fit with the seal assembly hanging sleeve is a regular polygon.
4. The casing hanger and seal assembly lowering tool according to claim 3 wherein the seal assembly suspending sleeve upper end has a plurality of vent holes arrayed about the axis, the vent holes opening out of the locating shoulder.
