Abstract
一种用泡沫型材做芯材并在表面复合铝型材形成的一种低传热的型材,包括内部的泡沫型材和在泡沫型材上下表面复合的铝合金型材。其特征在于,所述的泡沫型材是使用工程塑料挤出发泡形成的泡沫型材。本发明的有益效果是使用工程塑料泡沫型材具有强度好,传热小,不吸水,使得铝合金的热量传导被发泡塑料隔断。同时在上下表面复合铝合金型材和泡沫型材成为一体,实现了用型材组装门窗时安装螺丝和五金件的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低传热的型材,是一种专门用于制作节能门窗的型材。
背景技术
目前,建筑节能门窗用型材的种类很多,其中最有代表性的是断桥铝合金型材,图1为断桥铝合金型材实施例一的结构示意图。如图1所示,所述断桥铝合金型材包括第一铝型材10和第二铝型材11,二者之间留有间隔并通过尼龙条12连接,形成断桥铝合金型材的传热系数为2.0W/m2·K左右。图2为现有断桥铝合金型材实施例二的结构示意图,如图2所示,所述断桥铝合金型材包括第一铝型材20和第二铝型材21,二者之间留有间隔并通过尼龙型材22连接,形成断桥铝合金型材传热系数为3.0W/m2·K左右。随着建筑节能要求越来越高,对门窗的节能提出更高要求,比如北京2021年开始执行传热系数不高于1.1W/m2·K。而图1和图2所示的现有的断桥铝合金型材通过用塑料条把隔开的二部分铝衬通过专用复合机复合成断桥铝型材,存在制作的门窗导热系数高隔热保温效果较差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低传热的型材,以解决现有断桥铝合金型材存在的不足。
本发明的技术原理是:三明治结构在复合材料工业的牢固确立已有40多年的历史。三明治结构包括两层表面和夹在中间的芯材。这种结构因其结实的表面能够承受常规的力。其核心则可吸收载荷产生的剪切应力并将其分散至宽阔的区域。
本发明的技术方案是:一种工程塑料泡沫做芯材并在上下表面复合铝型材形成的三明治结构的型材,包括内部的泡沫型材和在泡沫型材上下表面复合的铝合金型材。其特征在于,所述的泡沫型材是使用工程塑料挤出发泡形成的闭孔泡沫型材。
本发明的有益效果是:将断桥铝合金型材中间的尼龙型材更换为用工程塑料发泡的泡沫型材,使两部分铝型材的热量传导被发泡型材阻隔,大量减少铝型材的热量传导,低传热性能芯材在与高强度的铝合金一起使用时,可提供理想的强度、刚度和保温性能。使用本发明制作的型材传热系数为0.8m2·K,是一种理想的低传热型材。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种低传热的型材,如图3所示,包括泡沫型材,所述泡沫型材是使用工程塑料做为原材料,通过模具挤出制成;所述铝型材包括上下表面型材也是通过挤出方式完成。两种材料的型材通过环氧树脂或者聚氨酯粘合在一起,形成三明治结构,上下表面的铝合金提供型材的强度,芯部的泡沫提供良好的低传热性能达到良好的保温效果。
图4-1为本发明的泡沫型材结构示意图,如图4-1所示,所述泡沫型材的导热系数小于0.06瓦/米·度,保证型材具有更好的隔热性能。泡沫比重0.25-0.45之间用料少。泡沫型材的材质可以是聚酯,尼龙或者聚酰亚胺等工程塑料,保证泡沫型材具有较高的强度。
型材的传热性能不仅和材料导热系数有关,并且和厚度也是密不可分的,为了保证型材具有良好的保温性能,所述泡沫型材的厚度不低于40MM。
图4-2为本发明用铝合金型材,如图4-2所示,分为上下表面型材二种,根据制作门窗时的用途要求和尺寸进行变化。
图5为本发明的框材的结构示意图,如图5所示,所述泡沫型材的一侧安装有框材密封条51;所述铝合金型材上有一些槽口用于玻璃密封条及其它的制作门窗时的连接件和固定玻璃的压条。
图6为本发明的扇材的结构示意图,如图6示,所述泡沫型材根据制作门窗时的功能需要进行了不同的形状设计;所述铝合金型材的一侧上安装有金属型材61,用于牢固安装五金件,满足人们对窗户外开、内开、悬开等功能的要求。所述铝合金型材上有一些槽口用于安装玻璃密封条及其它的制作门窗时的连接件和固定玻璃的压条。
图7为发明的中挺的结构示意图,如图7示,所述泡沫型材的一侧安装有中挺密封条71,所述泡沫型材根据制作门窗时的功能需要进行了不同的形状设计。铝合金型材上有一些槽口用于安装玻璃密封条及其它的制作门窗时的连接件和固定玻璃的压条。
图8为本发明的用一种低传热的组装为门窗的结构示意图。如图8所示,在组合成窗户时,将上述的框材5、扇材6和中挺7先根据窗户规格和形状,再经计算后按尺寸下料,接着通过组装机将框材5、扇材5、中挺7和玻璃8组装后即可成为整个窗户。

Claims (6)
1.一种用泡沫型材做芯材并在上下表面复合铝型材形成的一种低传热的型材,包括中间的泡沫型材和复合在泡沫型材上下表面的铝合金型材。其特征在于,所述的泡沫型材是使用工程塑料挤出发泡形成的闭孔泡沫型材,在泡沫型材的上下表面复合铝合金型材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫型材,其特征在于,所述的型材由尼龙,聚酯,或者聚酰亚胺等工程塑料通过挤出工艺制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫型材,其特征在于,泡沫比重在0.25-0.45之间,泡沫的导热系数小于0.06瓦/米·度。所述的泡沫厚度不低于40mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金型材,其特征在于,铝型材壁厚不低于1.8毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金型材,其特征在于,在铝合金型材结构包括槽口结构,用于制作门窗时安装配件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金型材,其特征在于,通过使用环氧树脂或者聚氨酯和泡沫型材粘合在一起。
