Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a guide device for a sliding door system, comprising: a guide rail on which at least three sliding doors are movably held via running members, each sliding door being movable along a track on the guide rail via at least one running member with rollers, and the guide rail having at least two parallel tracks; at least one positioning member in the form of a blocking element or a self-closing device provided on the rail to position one of the sliding doors in a predetermined position along the rail, and to an article of furniture.
Background
DE 102018112021 a1 discloses a guide device for sliding doors, in which a mounting part is inserted at the front end of the guide rail, on which mounting part a plurality of mounting elements are formed to fix a stop or self-closing device in order to fix the running part and thus the sliding door in a predetermined position. The arrangement of such positioning members in the central area is complicated, since the position of the central sliding door may vary depending on the design of the furniture. To install the centering member, the position must first be calculated from the specification, and then the positioning member must be accurately installed. For this reason, there may be errors that affect the positioning of the sliding door in the open or closed position.
For assembling the retractable damper fitting, EP 3358115B 1 discloses the attachment of a door marker to the door leaf and the alignment of a profiled sheet on the door marker to specify the position of the door leaf. This assembly is also relatively complex.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a guide arrangement for a sliding door system which allows an efficient alignment and mounting of a positioning member in a central region of a guide rail.
This object is achieved by a guide device having the features of claim 1.
In the guide device according to the invention, at least one positioning member in the form of a blocking element or a self-closing device is provided for positioning one of the sliding doors in a predetermined position along the guide rail, wherein at least one marker is provided on the guide rail at a distance from the front end of the guide rail, and the at least one positioning member can be aligned on the marker via the marker and fixed to the guide rail. Thus, the guide rail may be used during assembly to align the positioning member, which is directly or indirectly fixed to the guide rail. This reduces the sensitivity to errors during assembly and results in a more accurate positioning of the sliding door by the at least one positioning member.
Preferably, a mounting element is fixed to the rail, the marker is arranged on the mounting element and at least one of the positioning members is fixed to the mounting fixture. The mounting element may thus be aligned and fixed to the rail via the markers, such that one or more positioning members may be fixed to the mounting element. Preferably, two locating members are fixed to opposite sides of the mounting element. The markers on the mounting element may be formed as protrusions, recesses, embossments, coloured markers or other marking means to enable alignment of the mounting element relative to the markers on the rail.
The mounting element preferably comprises at least one web, in particular two aligned webs, on which a plurality of mounting points are formed for fixing the positioning member. Each mounting point may be designed as a receptacle to which the positioning member may be fixed via a clamping element. Other mechanical fixing of the positioning member at the mounting point is also possible, for example via a pin, a projection, a latching element or a clamping device. Furthermore, the positioning member can be fixed beforehand to the mounting element by means of a projection formed thereon, which engages exactly in a recess of the mounting element, in order to facilitate handling. By fixing the mounting element, a simple assembly and alignment of the positioning member can thus be achieved, the provision of a plurality of mounting points on the web enabling different positioning of the positioning member on the mounting element and thus different positioning of the sliding door depending on the structure of the piece of furniture. Thus, when using a plurality of mounting elements in planes parallel to each other, a pitch with a predetermined grid size, or a precise flushness of the sliding door that can be moved parallel to each other, can be produced as desired.
The mounting element is preferably symmetrical about a central plane, thereby avoiding errors due to improper positioning of the mounting element.
For reasons of compact design, the guide rail preferably comprises at least one recess adjacent to the rail, into which the mounting element and/or the positioning member is inserted. This allows for the transmission of force from an activator coupled to the sliding door to the locating member on the guide rail. In this case, the positioning member can be designed as a simple latching element, on which an activator, for example a bar or a projection, connected to the sliding door is latched. Alternatively, the positioning element can also be designed as a self-closing device, wherein the drive can be moved along a guide track and is preloaded in the closing direction by an accumulator, in particular a spring. The sliding door can then be moved via the drive to a predetermined closed or open position.
For ease of installation, the marker on the rail may be centered in the longitudinal direction. The central position can easily be calculated and marked so that the mounting element can be fixed in this central position, the positioning member then being fixed to the mounting element in the desired position. The marker on the rail may take the form of a protrusion, recess, indentation, coloured marker or other marking means.
The guide device according to the invention is preferably used for furniture items, wherein the guide rail is fixed to the top panel of the furniture body. Alternatively, however, the guide device may also be used for room dividers or other sliding door systems.

Detailed Description
The article of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2 and is designed as a cabinet article of furniture. The guide rail 3 is fixed to the top panel of the furniture body 2 to hold the sliding doors 5 and 7 so that they can move. Two rear sliding doors 5 are provided, which can be moved along the guide rail 3 via a running part 4; and a front sliding door 7 movable via a runner 6 in front of the plane of the rear sliding door 5.
Fig. 2A and 2B show a modified furniture item 1 'in which four sliding doors 5 and 7 are provided on the furniture body 2' instead of three sliding doors 5 and 7, i.e. two rear sliding doors 5 and two front sliding doors 7 are provided. The rear sliding door 5 can be moved along the guide rail 3 'via the runner 4 and the front sliding door 7 can be moved along the guide rail 3' via the runner 6, which is slightly longer than the guide rail in fig. 1.
In order to be able to position or stop the sliding doors 5 and 7 in certain positions along the guide rail 3, positioning means are provided. These positioning members may be formed at the ends of the guide rail 3 as disclosed in DE 102018112021 a 1.
In fig. 3A and 3B, the guide rail 3 is shown in the central region, wherein the positioning member 10 is fixed in the form of an automatic closing mechanism. Each positioning member 10 comprises a housing 11 on which a driver 12 is mounted so as to be movable along a guide track 13. The driver 12 is biased in the retraction direction via a spring and is preferably braked via a damper, so that the sliding door coupled to the driver 12 can be braked in the retraction region and held and positioned in the final position. The housing 11 with the self-closing means is in this case not fixed directly to the guide rail 3, but via a mounting element 15. In addition, at least one pre-fixed protrusion 14 and at least one clamping element 21 (in this embodiment, two clamping elements 21 are illustrated) are formed on the bottom side of the positioning member 10.
The mounting element 15 comprises two end webs forming mounting points 17, 18 and 19. Each of these mounting points 17, 18 and 19 serves as a receptacle for at least one clamping element 21 on the positioning member 10, which is formed, for example, as a slide. Thus, the slide can be moved from the upper side of the positioning member 10 to the locking position by means of a tool, such as a wrench. In addition, a pre-fixed projection 14, designed as a web, which can be inserted in a force-and/or form-fitting manner into one of a plurality of pre-fixed receptacles 22 formed on the mounting element 15, is arranged on at least one end face of the positioning member 10. This enables the positioning member 10 to be pre-fixed to the mounting element 15 so that finally the entire assembly unit can be fixed to the guide rail 3 in a manner that is convenient for assembly. Here, as shown particularly well in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the pre-fixed receptacle 22 may be formed by two upwardly extending webs which create free space to receive the pre-fixed protrusion 14. After the at least one positioning member 10 is pre-fixed to the mounting element 15, at least one slider arranged on the positioning member 10 may be used to fix the assembly unit comprising the at least one positioning member 10 and the mounting element 15 to the rail 3. In this embodiment, the positioning members 10 each have two sliders, and the two positioning members 10 are arranged on the mounting element 15. However, the number of these components may of course vary depending on the desired application. By virtue of the fact that the pre-fixed projections 14 can be inserted at various positions on the mounting elements 15 and the clamping elements 21 can be fixed at the mounting points 17, 18 or 19, it is possible, in the case of a plurality of mounting elements 15 in planes parallel to one another, to achieve a spacing of a predetermined grid size as required, but of course also to achieve a precise level of the sliding doors 5 and 7 which can be moved parallel to one another.
In fig. 3B, the mounting element 15 is shown with two positioning members 10 in the mounted position, and it can be seen that these are substantially received in grooves on the rail 3 and that essentially only the driver 12 in the respective positioning member 10 protrudes upwards beyond the rail 3.
Fig. 4 shows the two positioning members 10 and the mounting element 15 in an assembled position. The mounting element 15 comprises a centrally arranged, upwardly projecting marker 16 in the form of a projection, the mounting element 15 being formed symmetrically on both sides of the marker 16. On both sides of the mounting element 15, webs project on which, as described above, the respective positioning member 10 is pre-fixed into one of the pre-fixed receptacles 22 via the insertion of the pre-fixed projection 14.
In fig. 5, the positioning member 10 is shown engaged with an activator 20 coupled to the driver 12 such that the driver 12 can move the activator 20 to a final position via an accumulator. The activator 20 is coupled to the runnability component 6 that supports the front sliding door 7. The rear sliding door 5 may also be coupled to the driver 12 by a similar activator 20.
As shown in fig. 6, the marker 32 is used to mount and align the positioning member 10 in the central area of the guide rail 3. During assembly, the marker 32 is, for example, centrally arranged or drawn in the longitudinal direction of the rail 3 such that the two lengths x and y are of equal length. Optionally, the marker 32 may also be provided at another location in the central area of the rail 3, depending on the design of the subsequent piece of furniture.
The guide rail 3 comprises two rails 30, which are formed, for example, by webs with mushroom heads, but may also have different shapes. A groove 31 is provided adjacent to each of the rails 30, into which groove the positioning member 10 is later inserted.
After the marker 32 has been applied to the rail 3, one or more mounting elements 15 are inserted or pushed into the rail 3, as shown in fig. 7. Here, the markers 16 in the form of projections are used to align the mounting element 15 such that the mounting element 15 with the markers 16 is fixed centrally in the guide rail 3.
After one or more mounting elements 15 have been inserted into the rail 3, the positioning member 10 can be fixed in place as shown in fig. 8. Also here, the position of the positioning element 10 can be varied, depending on how the furniture will look after, whereby the clamping element 21, which is designed as a slot block, can optionally be accommodated in one of the mounting points 17, 18 or 19 depending on the positioning element 10. The mounting points 17, 18, 19 are formed as receptacles to serve as clearance for the clamping element 21 after insertion of the at least one pre-fixed protrusion 14 on the positioning member 10 into the desired pre-fixed receptacle. In the embodiment shown, two mounting elements 15 are mounted on the rail 3, so that four positioning members 10 can be fixed to the rail 3. The number of positioning members 10 may of course vary, depending on the design of the rail 3 and the furniture.
Fig. 9 shows a modified mounting element 15 in which the marker 16' is formed in the form of a protrusion having a triangular shape such that the apex of the triangle can be aligned on the rail along the marker 32.
In fig. 10, the modified marker 16 "is used with the mounting element 15, which is a color marker or stamp that aligns the mounting element 15 with the marker 32.
Fig. 11 shows a mounting element 15 with a marker 16 formed as a protrusion with a square cross-section.
The markers 16, 16' and 16 "may be provided during the manufacture of the mounting element 15. The marker 32 may optionally be provided by the manufacturer of the rail 3 or by the assembler of the rail 3, for example made from an extruded metal profile.
