本发明提供了一种医用隔帘，包括位于上部的上透光区和位于下部的下遮光区，下遮光区和上透光区均采用150D的涤纶低弹丝做经纱、300D的涤纶低弹丝做纬纱，上透光区采用3根经纱为一组等距排列，上透光区的纬纱等距分布，下遮光区和上透光区的宽度比为3:1。本医用隔帘的上透光区、下遮光区直接在织机上一体式织造完成，使上透光区、下遮光区有机地结合起来，外观整体统一、平挺，垂感性好，没有任何拼接痕迹。

技术领域
本发明属于布料生产技术领域，涉及一种医用隔帘。
背景技术
医用隔帘为医院常用设备，在手术室或病房，有时候需要拉起医用隔帘，隔断病人与外界，可以起到保护病人隐私的作用。同时，医用隔帘也需要一些透光功能，方便隔离内的人员观察病人。但是现有的医用隔帘都是经编机织造而成，只能使用一种纱线制作，导致材料单一、性能单一，无法满足多功能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种医用隔帘，且上透光区、下遮光区直接在织机上一体式织造完成，使上透光区、下遮光区有机地结合起来，外观整体统一、平挺。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种医用隔帘，包括位于上部的上透光区和位于下部的下遮光区，其特征在于，下遮光区和上透光区均采用150D的涤纶低弹丝做经纱、300D的涤纶低弹丝做纬纱，上透光区采用3根经纱为一组等距排列，上透光区的纬纱等距分布，下遮光区和上透光区的宽度比为3:1。
进一步的，上透光区的纬密为下遮光区的纬密的1/2。
进一步的，上透光区的经密为下遮光区的经密的1/3。
进一步的，下遮光区表面涂有抗菌涂料。抗菌涂料也就是抗菌整理剂，抗菌整理就是通过抗菌整理剂的处理使得织物具有抑菌和杀菌的功能，以维持洁净的空间环境或衣着生活环境。市面上的抗菌整理剂包括有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂两大类。
由于上透光区的纬密、经密小，便于透光。而下遮光区则纬密、经密大，遮光性好，外侧人员隔着下遮光区看不清内部情况，保护病人隐私。
与现有技术相比，本发明采用上述方案后，医用隔帘的上透光区、下遮光区直接在织机上一体式织造完成，使上透光区、下遮光区有机地结合起来，外观整体统一、平挺，垂感性好，没有任何拼接痕迹。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示，本医用隔帘，包括位于上部的上透光区2和位于下部的下遮光区1，下遮光区1和上透光区2均采用150D的涤纶低弹丝做经纱、300D的涤纶低弹丝做纬纱，上透光区2采用3根经纱为一组等距排列，上透光区2的纬纱等距分布，下遮光区1和上透光区2的宽度比为3:1。
上透光区2的纬密为下遮光区1的纬密的1/2，上透光区2的经密为下遮光区1的经密的1/3，下遮光区1表面涂有抗菌涂料。
由于上透光区2的纬密、经密小，便于透光。而下遮光区1则纬密、经密大，遮光性好，外侧人员隔着下遮光区1看不清内部情况，保护病人隐私。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用隔帘，其特征在于，下遮光区表面涂有抗菌涂料。
