Description

Stretch yarn and stretch yarn production equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of yarn production, in particular to stretch yarn and stretch yarn production equipment.
Background
The production process of the covering yarn, the stretch yarn, the nylon yarn and the like is finished by weaving spinning equipment (namely spinning equipment). The weaving spinning equipment refers to equipment for twisting a plurality of fibers to form yarns, and a plurality of different steps are needed in the processing process of the yarns, for example, firstly, the fibers or cotton threads need to be fed, and finally, the spun yarns need to be wound for later use. The existing elastic yarn only has elasticity in the length direction, and the elastic effect generated during radial extrusion is poor. The existing wire production equipment can only produce a plurality of wires in a winding mode, and cannot produce the plurality of wires in a wrapping structure, and technicians in the field also try to produce the plurality of wires in the wrapping structure by using a wire drawing machine, but because the outer layer wire extrudes the inner layer wire, the inner layer wire can generate radial shrinkage in a large range, the radial deformation effect of the inner layer wire is different, the thickness variation of the outer layer wire is large, and the gram weight of the plurality of wires cannot be accurately controlled (the weight of the wire in unit length is called as gram weight); in addition, when the existing silk making equipment is used for coloring multiple silks, the liquid drops of the dyeing liquid are retained on the silks, and the liquid drops form color points with darker colors after being dried and solidified, so that the dyed silks have color spots; the coloring speed in dyeing is slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides elastic yarn production equipment for elastic yarn with good radial elastic effect, and overcomes the defect of poor radial elastic effect of the existing elastic yarn.
