The laundry detergent comprises fatty alcohol ether carboxylate, tridecyl isomeric alcohol ether, a stain-proofing agent, a softening agent and water; the content of the fatty alcohol ether carboxylate is 12-20% by weight percent; the content of the tridecyl alcohol ether is 3-7%; the content of the anti-staining agent is 2-10%; the content of the softening agent is 0.5-3%. The special laundry detergent for wool fabrics has good wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and other effects, strong dirt-removing capacity and good cleaning effect; in the process of washing the reactive dye, the acid dye or printing the wool fabric, the staining and color channeling of the printing and dyeing wool fabric can be effectively prevented; the method can also realize the aims of complexing metal ions and softening hard water, and avoid fabric defects caused by water quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detergents, and particularly relates to a special laundry detergent for wool fabrics with softening, decontamination and anti-staining properties and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wool fabric has the characteristics of warm keeping, fastness, wear resistance, soft hand feeling, soft luster, good elasticity and the like, and is popular with consumers. However, wool fabrics are acid-resistant, not alkali-resistant, and are not suitable for washing under alkaline conditions. If the wool fabric is washed under alkaline conditions, serious strength loss occurs to the wool fabric, and the wearability of the wool fabric is reduced. In addition, wool fabrics are often dyed with weak acid dyes, neutral dyes, and reactive dyes. In the washing process, the dyeing wool fabric is stained and color-mixing problems can be caused by the presence of unfixed dye or hydrolyzed dye, and the washing color fastness of the wool fabric is seriously influenced.
At present, the traditional soap and washing powder are mainly sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium stearate, and have stronger alkalinity (the pH value of the washing powder is generally more than 12). In addition, the soap has poor hard water resistance, and is particularly easy to react with calcium and magnesium ions in water to generate calcium soap, magnesium soap and the like, so that the calcium soap, the magnesium soap and the like are deposited on wool fabrics to cause defects, and the quality of the wool fabrics is influenced. Unlike soap and washing powder, the laundry detergent is generally compounded with various surfactants, and commonly used surfactants include anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants. The nonionic surfactant has a good decontamination effect under a low concentration condition, excellent electrolyte resistance and hard water resistance, and good compounding performance. However, although the traditional laundry detergent has good stain removal performance, the stain resistance is poor, and the washed loose color can be re-stained on the wool fabric, so that the quality of the wool fabric is reduced. Therefore, it is very important to develop a special laundry detergent for wool fabrics, which is used for neutral washing and has excellent stain removal performance and stain resistance.
The maleic anhydride-acrylic acid binary copolymer (MA-AA) soaping agent is the most commonly used dye anti-staining agent at present. The MA-AA soaping agent has certain dispersibility, but has poor anti-staining performance and poor salt tolerance. Researchers have developed maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl pyrrolidone terpolymer (MA-AA-NVP) soaping agents which have strong adsorption effects on hydrolytic dyes and flooding dyes, greatly improve the dispersibility and the anti-staining property and can effectively remove the hydrolytic dyes and the flooding dyes. However, compared with the conventional surfactant, the price of the polyvinylpyrrolidone and the derivatives thereof is higher, which results in high cost of the soaping agent and severely limits the industrial and commercial development of the soaping agent.
N-Vinyl Imidazole (VIM) has a molecular structure similar to that of N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP), two meta nitrogen atoms in the structure are positioned in a five-membered heterocycle, a stronger and more stable hydrogen bond can be formed with dye, the N-vinyl imidazole has extremely strong adsorption performance on hydrolyzed dye and flooding, and the N-vinyl imidazole has good planarity, can be complexed with metal ions, has strong complexing capability, and can effectively prevent deposition and secondary contamination.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the special laundry detergent for the wool fabric with the performances of softness, decontamination and stain resistance and the preparation method thereof.
The pH value of the special laundry detergent for wool fabrics is close to neutral, so that the serious strong damage of wool fabrics can not be caused. And the detergent contains anionic surfactant fatty alcohol ether carboxylate and nonionic surfactant tridecyl alcohol ether as detergent and cleaning components, has good wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and other effects under the condition of low concentration, and has strong detergent power and good cleaning effect. In addition, the laundry detergent also contains a stain-resistant agent which takes maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl imidazole as a main component, so that not only can the dye be effectively prevented from being re-stained on the fabric, but also metal ions can be complexed to soften hard water, and the fabric defects caused by water quality can be avoided.
The pH value of the special laundry detergent for wool fabrics is close to neutral, and the special laundry detergent for wool fabrics has good performances of decontamination, stain resistance, wetting, permeation, emulsification, dispersion and the like. In the process of washing the weakly acidic dye, the neutral dye and the reactive dye for dyeing or printing wool fabrics, the detergent has strong dirt-removing capability and good cleaning effect, and the phenomena of staining and color fleeing can not occur.
The special laundry detergent for the wool fabric has the performances of softening, decontaminating and stain resistance, and comprises fatty alcohol ether carboxylate, tridecyl isomeric alcohol ether, a stain resistance agent, a softening agent and water;
the content of the fatty alcohol ether carboxylate is 12-20% by weight percent; the content of the tridecyl alcohol ether is 3-7%; the content of the anti-staining agent is 2-10%; the content of the softening agent is 0.5-3%.
The special laundry detergent for wool fabrics has the following physicochemical properties:
appearance: a transparent viscous liquid;
② smell: no peculiar smell and accord with the specified odor type;
③ pH value: 6.0-8.0;
