Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a vehicle seat according to the present embodiment will be described. For convenience of explanation, the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction are defined with reference to the direction in a vehicle equipped with a vehicle seat.
In fig. 1, a vehicle seat 1 includes a cushion seat 10, a seat back 20, and a headrest 60. The cushion seat 10 is supported from below by the buttocks of the passenger, and the seat back 20 supports the main portion of the passenger as well as the back. The headrest 60 is mounted on the upper portion of the seat back 20 and supports the head of the occupant.
The vehicle seat 1 is mounted on a pair of rails provided on a floor surface of a vehicle, and is configured to be movable in a front-rear direction by a known slide structure. The vehicle seat 1 includes, for example, a seat lifting mechanism, and is capable of lifting and lowering the vehicle seat 1 with respect to a floor surface. The vehicle seat 1 includes, for example, an automatic adjusting (reciting) mechanism, and can arbitrarily adjust the rising angle of the seat back 20.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, details of the seat back 20 are explained. The seat back 20 is configured by covering the seat frame 25 supporting the seat back 20 with a cushion portion 30 having cushioning properties and a skin 35.
The cushion part 30 is a cushion material that is attached to the seat frame 25 and supports the back and waist of the occupant. The cushion portion 30 is molded from a synthetic resin foam such as a urethane foam having elasticity.
The cushion portion 30 includes a main cushion 30a and left and right side cushions 30 b. The main pad 30a forms a center portion in the seat width direction, i.e., the left-right direction. The left and right side pads 30b are provided on the left and right sides of the main pad 30 a.
A slit SL penetrating from the front surface to the back surface of the pad portion 30 is provided at a boundary position between the main pad 30a and the side pad 30 b. The slit portion SL is not provided over the entire region in the vertical direction of the cushion portion 30, but is provided in the lower region 20a corresponding to the waist of the passenger. However, the slit portion SL may be provided over the entire vertical area of the pad portion 30.
A support sheet 31 is provided on the back surface of the main pad 30 a. The support sheet 31 is a fibrous sheet, and is formed of, for example, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or the like. The support sheet 31 has a size to the extent of covering substantially the entire area of the back face of the main pad 30 a. The support sheet 31 is fixed to the back surface of the main pad 30a and is integrated with the main pad 30 a.
The reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is assembled to the support sheet 31. The stiffening rigidity sheet 32 is provided on the side of the supporting sheet 31 opposite to the main pad 30a, and is fixed to the main pad 30a together with the supporting sheet 31. That is, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is sandwiched between the main pad 30a and the support sheet 31, and when the main pad 30a is viewed from the back side, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is covered with the support sheet 31.
The stiffening sheet 32 functions as a stiffening member that enhances the stiffness of the rear surface of the main pad 30 a. The stiffening stiffness sheet 32 is formed of a fibrous sheet, such as a fabric, a braid, a nonwoven fabric, or the like. The reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is configured to have higher rigidity than the supporting sheet 31.
The reinforcing stiffness sheet 32 is not provided in the entire area of the inside of the main pad 30a, but is provided in a necessary range. The reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is provided along a plurality of engagement positions with which the rear end portion 45b side of the towing member 45 described later is engaged. In fig. 3, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is formed in, for example, a substantially H shape, and is composed of a pair of longitudinal sheets 32a and lateral sheets 32 b. The longitudinal direction sheets 32a are provided at the left and right end portions of the rear surface of the main pad 30a, respectively, and extend in the vertical direction. The lateral direction sheet 32b is provided so as to extend in the left-right direction across between the pair of longitudinal direction sheets 32 a.
The skin 35 is a surface material that covers the cushion portion 30 and constitutes an appearance surface of the seat back 20. The skin 35 has a bag shape corresponding to the shape of the seat back 20, and is formed by sewing, for example, a plurality of skin pieces. Each skin piece is formed by one material appropriately selected from, for example, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a nonwoven fabric, leather, and the like, or by sewing a plurality of materials. For example, the skin 35 is composed of a main block (first skin region) 35a covering the front surface of the main pad 30a, left and right side blocks (second skin regions) 35b covering the front surface and the side surfaces of the left and right side pads 30b, and a back block 35c covering the entire back surface of the pad 30.
A suspension pad 40 is provided between the left and right side frames 25a constituting the seat frame 25. The suspension pad 40 is composed of right and left vertical wires 41a, a central vertical wire 41c, and a plurality of spring members 42 a.
The left and right vertical wires 41a are located at left and right edge portions of the suspension pad 40 and extend in the vertical direction. The central vertical wire 41c is positioned at the center of the left and right vertical wires 41a and extends in the vertical direction.
The plurality of spring members 42a are arranged in the vertical direction, and a constant interval is provided between the spring members 42 a. Each spring member 42a is formed of a wire extending in the left-right direction as a whole, and is provided with a crank-shaped bent portion at a desired position. By such a curved shape, the respective spring members 42a can be expanded and deformed in the left-right direction.
The left and right ends of each spring member 42a are connected to the left and right vertical wires 41 a. For example, the left and right end portions of the spring member 42a are wound around the left and right vertical wires 41a, respectively. The central portion of each spring member 42a is connected to the central vertical wire 41 c. For example, the central portion of the spring member 42a is welded to the central vertical wire 41 c.
The left and right vertical wires 41a are connected to a plurality of support wires extending forward in the vertical direction. The front end of each support wire is connected to a side frame 25a of the seat frame 25. The suspension pad 40 is supported to the seat frame 25 via a support wire. The suspension pad 40 supported by the seat frame 25 is located on the back surface side of the main pad 30a, and supports the main pad 30a from the back surface side.
The suspension pad 40 is elastically deformable in the lateral direction by the plurality of spring members 42 a. Thereby, the suspension pad 40 can be displaced in the front-rear direction. The suspension pad 40 can appropriately bear the rearward load of the input main pad 30a in a case where the occupant leans on the seat back 20.
As shown in fig. 5, in the main block 35a covering the surface of the main pad 30a, at a position corresponding to the slit portion SL, there is a first distal end portion 35a1 as an edge of the main block 35 a. The first distal end portion 35a1 is located along the slit SL and is set in a range corresponding to the size of the slit SL in the vertical direction.
Similarly, in the side block 35b covering the side pad 30b, the second distal end portion 35b1 as an edge of the side block 35b is present at a position corresponding to the slit portion SL. The second distal end portion 35b1 is located along the slit SL and is set in a range corresponding to the size of the slit SL in the vertical direction.
The slit SL is provided with a pulling member 45 corresponding to the first leading end portion 35a1 and the second leading end portion 35b 1. The pulling member 45 is a sheet-like member extending in the front-rear direction, and is provided to penetrate the slit portion SL. The vertical width of the pulling member 45 substantially corresponds to the size of the slit portion SL in the vertical direction. The traction member 45 is formed by a material appropriately selected from, for example, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a nonwoven fabric, and leather.
The front end portion 45a located on the front side of the pulling member 45 is joined to the first tip end portion 35a1 and the second tip end portion 35b1, respectively. Specifically, the first distal end portion 35a1 and the second distal end portion 35b1 overlap with each other with their edges aligned. The front end 45a of the traction member 45 is oriented in the opposite direction to the first and second front end portions 35a1, 35b1, and overlaps the first and second front end portions 35a1, 35b 1. The first distal end portion 35a1, the second distal end portion 35b1, and the distal end portion 45a of the traction member 45 are integrally joined by sewing in the vertical direction within an overlapping range where they overlap each other.
The rear end portion 45b located on the rear side of the traction member 45 is drawn out to the rear side as the rear surface of the main pad 30 a. The rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45 is drawn out, and the first and second distal end portions 35a1, 35b1 are drawn inward (rearward) of the slit portion SL. When the seat back 20 is viewed from the front, the first and second distal end portions 35a1 and 35b1 are hidden inside the slits SL by the first and second distal end portions 35a1 and 35b1 being drawn into the slits SL, and the boundary between the main pad 30a and the side pad 30b can be made neat.
The rear end portion 45b side of the traction member 45 extends to the rear surface of the main pad 30a and engages with the rear surface of the main pad 30 a. In this case, the traction member 45 covers the rear surface of the main pad 30a in a posture in which the vertical wire 41a of the suspension pad 40 is wound between the main pad 30a and the traction member.
A pair of openings 33a, 33b are formed in the backing sheet 31 and the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 fixed to the back surface of the main pad 30 a. The pair of openings 33a and 33b are formed in a row in the left-right direction, and one opening 33a is located on the center side of the main pad 30a, and the other opening 33b is located on the end side (slit portion SL side) of the main pad 30 a. The pair of openings 33a and 33b are provided in plural numbers corresponding to engagement positions by the locking portion 50 described later.
A single opening 46 is provided at the rear end 45b of the traction member 45. The opening 46 of the pulling member 45 is provided at a position corresponding to the opening 33b on the slit portion SL side out of the pair of openings 33 provided in the supporting sheet 31 and the reinforcing rigid sheet 32. The plurality of openings 46 are provided corresponding to engagement positions by the locking portion 50 described later, similarly to the pair of openings 33a and 33 b.
Further, a wire 47 is fixed to the rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45 on the edge side of the opening 46. The metal wire 47 extends in the up-down direction along the edge of the rear end portion 45 b. For example, the periphery of the wire 47 is covered with a skin, and the traction member 45 and the skin are sewn together, thereby being fixed to the rear end portion 45 b. The wire 47 is made of a material such as metal or resin, and is provided to ensure an engaging force of the pulling member 45 with respect to the hooking portion 50.
The engagement of the rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45 with the back surface of the main packing 30a is performed by the locking portion 50. The engagement by the engaging portion 50 is performed at one or more appropriate positions. In the present embodiment, three positions arranged in the vertical direction are set based on the engagement position of the engaging portion 50.
The hooking portion 50 is a hook ring having, for example, a substantially C-shape. One end of the latch portion 50 is inserted through the opening 46 of the pulling member 45 and the openings 33b of the supporting sheet 31 and the reinforcing rigid sheet 32, and the other end of the latch portion 50 is inserted through the openings 33a of the supporting sheet 31 and the reinforcing rigid sheet 32. The locking portion 50 is annularly crimped in a state of being inserted through the openings 46, 33a, and 33 b. Thus, the rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45, specifically, the wire 47 and the sheet region of the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 located at the center of the pair of openings 33a, 33b are held by the catching portion 50. Since the stiffening rigidity sheet 32 is fixed to the rear surface of the main pad 30a, the rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45 is engaged with the outer surface of the rear surface of the main pad 30a by the engaging portion 50.
The stiffening sheet 32 is assembled to the support sheet 31 by a method such as sewing. The support sheet 31 with the stiffening sheet 32 is integrated with the cushion portion 30 at the time of molding the cushion portion 30. Specifically, the supporting sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is assembled in advance to a molding die for molding the pad portion 30. A raw material of the synthetic resin foam is injected into the molding die in a state where the supporting sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is assembled. The raw material injected into the molding die is dipped into the supporting sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 assembled in the molding die. Then, the cushion portion 30 is molded into a desired shape by foaming the material injected into the molding die, and the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 and the support sheet 31 are integrally fixed to the molded cushion portion 30.
In the case of assembling the support sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigidity sheet 32 to the molding die, a plurality of positioning pins are provided in the molding die. The support sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is provided with openings 33a, 33b, 46 for attaching the locking portion 50. The positioning pins of the mold are provided corresponding to the openings 33a, 33b, 46, and perform a positioning function when the support sheet 31 with the stiffening sheet 32 attached thereto is assembled to the mold. By this positioning function, the supporting sheet 31 with the reinforcing rigidity sheet 32 is fixed to a predetermined position in the back surface of the main pad 30a with high accuracy.
In the present embodiment, the front end portion 45a of the traction member 45 is coupled to the first and second distal end portions 35a1, 35b 1. The rear end portion 45b of the pulling member 45 is drawn out to the rear side of the main pad 30a, and the first and second tip end portions 35a1, 35b1 are drawn into the slit portion SL. The rear end portion 45b side of the traction member 45 is wound around the vertical wire 41a of the suspension pad 40 between the main pad 30a, extends to the rear surface of the main pad 30a, and engages with the rear surface of the main pad 30 a.
According to this configuration, the slit portion SL is provided in the lower region 20a, specifically, the region corresponding to the waist of the passenger, at the boundary position between the main pad 30a and the side pad 30 b. The main pad 30a is independent from the side pad 30b by the slit portion SL. Therefore, the main pad 30a can be deformed independently of the side pad 30b, and therefore the side pad 30b can be suppressed from being pulled by the deformation of the main pad 30 a. This allows the main pad 30a to follow the movement of the waist of the occupant well, thereby improving the riding comfort.
The first and second distal end portions 35a1, 35b1 are engaged with the rear surface of the main packing 30a via the traction member 45. Since the traction member 45 can be engaged with the rear surface of the main pad 30a over a wide range, the first and second end portions 35a1, 35b1 can be flexibly handled without being affected by the layout of the seat frame 25.
The vertical wires 41a of the suspension pad 40 are wound between the traction member 45 and the main pad 30 a. Since the main pad 30a is brought into close contact with the suspension pad 40 by the traction member 45, the feeling of unity between the main pad 30a and the suspension pad 40 can be improved.
Since the first and second distal end portions 35a1, 35b1 are drawn inward of the slit portion SL, the traction member 45 engages with the rear surface of the main pad 30a in a state of being tensioned. When the pulling member 45 is drawn out through the inside of the vertical wire 41a without being entangled in the vertical wire 41a, the pulling member 45 is brought into a posture of directly contacting the main pad 30 a. In this case, not only the adhesion between the main pad 30a and the suspension pad 40 is impaired, but also the main pad 30a may be pressed by the force from the traction member 45. In this regard, since the vertical wires 41a are wound, the force from the traction member 45 can be received by the rigidity of the vertical wires 41a, and therefore, the crush of the main pad 30a can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the rear end portion 45b of the traction member 45 is engaged with the rear surface of the main pad 30 a. As a method of engaging the traction member 45, there is a method of providing a dedicated wire or the like inside the pad portion 30. However, the engaging method of the present embodiment can suppress the weight and cost of the vehicle seat 1 as compared with the method using a wire.
Further, since the rear end portion 45b of the traction member 45 is drawn out to the back surface side of the main pad 30a, the traction member 45 can be engaged in a region where the back surface side of the main pad 30a is opened. This enables the engaging operation between the traction member 45 and the main pad 30a to be performed with good workability.
In the present embodiment, the back surface of the main pad 30a is integrated with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 having higher rigidity than the main pad 30a, and the rear end portion 45b side of the traction member 45 is engaged with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32.
Since the main packing 30a is formed of a synthetic resin foam, the force holding the crimped fastening portion 50 tends to be weak on the back surface of the main packing 30 a. Therefore, by engaging the rear end portion 45b of the traction member 45 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 having higher rigidity than the main pad 30a, the traction member 45 can be firmly engaged with the main pad 30 a.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is a fiber sheet, and is provided corresponding to the engagement position at which the rear end portion 45b of the traction member 45 engages.
With this configuration, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 can be provided not only over the entire rear surface of the main pad 30a but also in a range necessary for engagement of the traction member 45. This can achieve engagement of the traction member 45 while suppressing waste of material.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing rigidity sheet 32 is assembled to the supporting sheet 31 having a size larger than that of the reinforcing rigidity sheet 32. The stiffening sheet 32 is integrally provided on the back surface of the main pad 30a together with the supporting sheet 31.
According to this configuration, the back surface of the main pad 30a including the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 can be covered with the supporting sheet 31. This makes it possible to integrally process the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 and the main pad 30 a.
In the present embodiment, the rear end portion 45b side of the pulling member 45 is engaged with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 by the annular engaging portion 50 that is caulked.
According to this configuration, the strength of the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 can be used to exert the force of holding the hook portion 50. This enables the engaging portion 50 to be firmly engaged.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 is provided with a pair of openings 33a and 33b through which the locking portion 50 is inserted, corresponding to a plurality of engagement positions. The pair of openings 33a and 33b correspond to the positions of positioning pins provided in a molding die for integrally molding the pad portion 30 with the reinforcing rigid sheet 32.
With this configuration, the openings 33a and 33b of the pulling member 45 can be engaged with the engaging portion 50 for positioning during molding. This enables the engagement by the catching portion 50 to be performed appropriately while ensuring the positional accuracy of the reinforcing rigid sheet 32 on the rear surface of the main pad 30 a.
As described above, although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, the description and drawings constituting a part of the disclosure should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Various alternative embodiments, examples, and operational techniques will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of this disclosure.
In the above embodiment, the technique is applied to a seat back, but the technique described in the present embodiment can also be applied to a cushion seat.
