The method for preparing the environment-friendly PVC decorative film according to claim 6, wherein the elastic driving unit comprises a mounting seat (13), a sliding rod (15) capable of sliding up and down freely vertically penetrates through the mounting seat (13), the upper end of the sliding rod (15) is fixedly connected with the lower scraper (9), a floating ring (10) is further sleeved at the upper end of the sliding rod (15), a fixing ring (11) is fixedly connected to the mounting seat (13), a return spring (14) is sleeved on the sliding rod (15), two ends of the return spring (14) in the elastic direction elastically abut against the fixing ring (11) and the floating ring (10) respectively, and the lower end of the sliding rod (15) penetrates through the mounting seat (13) and is sleeved with a limit nut (12).
