Based on the above embodiment, the lifting plate 5b1 is always at the lower end of the partition plate 2a under the support of the output shaft of the electric push rod 5b3 in the working state, and under the action of the sealing strip 5b2 embedded in the outer wall of the lifting plate 5b1, it can be ensured that the water source in the upper bin body cannot flow out of the bin, when the sewage in the upper bin body and the stain deposited on the surface of the lifting plate 5b1 need to be removed, firstly, an external power supply is connected to drive the output shaft of the electric push rod 5b3 to shrink, so as to drive the lifting plate 5b1 to vertically descend, when the gap formed in the lifting plate 5b1 is far away from the rectangular block 2f, the gap at the moment becomes a drain outlet, and finally, the sewage is discharged out of the bin from the drain outlet 2d, and after the sewage is discharged, the electric push rod 5b3 drives the lifting plate 5b1 to reset.
Further, in order to solve the technical problem of how to clean the oil pipe joint by using ultrasonic waves, as shown in fig. 1 and 7:
the ultrasonic cleaning device 6 comprises a first ultrasonic cleaning machine 6a and a second ultrasonic cleaning machine 6 b; the first ultrasonic cleaner 6a and the second ultrasonic cleaner 6b are disposed on the partition plate 2a in opposition to each other.
Based on the above embodiment, the first ultrasonic cleaner 6a and the second ultrasonic cleaner 6b are both used for cleaning the oil pipe joint by ultrasonic waves, and the first ultrasonic cleaner 6a and the second ultrasonic cleaner 6b have the same structure and are both the prior art, which is not shown in detail in the figures.
This application can wash oil pipe joint automatically and adopted different cleaning methods for oil pipe joint's outer wall, inner wall and dead angle department can all obtain comprehensive washing, easy operation, sanitization, cleaning efficiency height.

An efficient cleaning device for an oil pipe joint of agricultural equipment is characterized by comprising a frame (1), a cleaning bin (2), a partition plate (2a), a rotation adjusting assembly (3), a clamping device (4), a flushing device (5) and an ultrasonic cleaning device (6); the cleaning bin (2) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the rack (1), the cleaning bin (2) is a rectangular box body with an opening at the top, and a storage cavity in the cleaning bin (2) is divided into an upper bin body and a lower bin body by a partition plate (2a) horizontally arranged in the middle of the cleaning bin (2); the rotary adjusting component (3) is rotatably arranged in the upper bin body; the clamping devices (4) are fixedly arranged on the surface of the rotary adjusting component (3), and a plurality of clamping devices (4) are arranged at equal intervals along the long side direction of the rotary adjusting component (3); the flushing device (5) is arranged on one side of the frame (1); the output end of the flushing device (5) is communicated with the interior of the upper bin body through a pipeline; the ultrasonic cleaning device (6) is arranged on the partition plate (2 a).

The efficient cleaning equipment for the oil pipe joint of the agricultural machinery equipment according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning bin (2) comprises a water inlet (2b), a water outlet (2c), a sewage outlet (2d), a cover plate (2e) and a rectangular block (2 f); the water inlet (2b) is arranged on one side of the short side direction of the first bin body in a penetrating way; the water outlet (2c) is arranged on the other side of the upper bin body relative to the water inlet (2 b); the sewage outlet (2d) is arranged on one side of the short edge direction of the lower bin body in a penetrating way; the cover plate (2e) is arranged on the top of the upper bin body in an opening and closing manner; rectangular block (2f) fixed mounting is on the inner wall of lower storehouse body, and rectangular block (2f) sets up directly over drain (2 d).

The efficient cleaning equipment for the oil pipe joint of the agricultural equipment according to claim 2, wherein the cleaning bin (2) further comprises a transmission pipeline (2g), a first diversion bin (2h) and a second diversion bin (2 i); the transmission pipeline (2g) is covered outside the water inlet (2 b); the first diversion bin (2h) is arranged at the water outlet (2c) in a covering mode; the transmission pipeline (2g) and the first diversion bin (2h) are communicated with the inside of the flushing device (5) through hoses, and the second diversion bin (2i) is covered on the drain outlet (2 d).

The efficient cleaning equipment for the oil pipe joint of the agricultural equipment according to claim 3, wherein the rotary adjusting assembly (3) comprises a cross beam (3a), a first rotating shaft (3b), a second rotating shaft (3c), a first connecting frame (3d), a second connecting frame (3e) and a rotary driver (3 f); the first rotating shaft (3b) and the second rotating shaft (3c) are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the cross beam (3a), the first rotating shaft (3b) and the second rotating shaft (3c) are coaxially arranged, and the cross beam (3a) is rotatably arranged in the upper bin body through the first rotating shaft (3b) and the second rotating shaft (3c) which are fixedly arranged at two ends; the first connecting frame (3d) and the second connecting frame (3e) are vertically arranged on the partition board (2a) oppositely, and the cross beam (3a) stretches across the tops of the first connecting frame (3d) and the second connecting frame (3e) and is rotatably connected with the first connecting frame (3d) and the second connecting frame (3 e); the rotary driver (3f) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the upper bin body, and the output end of the rotary driver (3f) is in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft (3 b).

The efficient cleaning device for the oil pipe joint of the agricultural equipment according to claim 4, wherein the rotary driver (3f) comprises a gear (3f1) and a gear belt (3f 2); the gear (3f1) is fixedly sleeved outside the first rotating shaft (3 b); the gear belt (3f2) is used for connecting an external driving source driving gear (3f1) to rotate.

The efficient cleaning equipment for the oil pipe joint of the agricultural machinery equipment according to claim 5, wherein the clamping device (4) comprises an upright post (4a), a first limiting clamping frame (4b) and a second limiting clamping frame (4 c); the upright post (4a) is arranged on the cross beam (3a) in a vertical state; the first limiting clamping frame (4b) is detachably arranged at the top end of the upright post (4 a); the second limiting clamping frame (4c) is detachably arranged on one side of the stand column (4a), and the first limiting clamping frame (4b) and the second limiting clamping frame (4c) are arranged in a right-angle state.
