A water outlet cavity 15 is defined between the cavitation piece 2 and the spray plate 12, the cavitation channel 221 is communicated with the dissolved air cavity 14 and the water outlet cavity 15, and the water outlet cavity 15 is communicated with the water outlet. Water can enter the dissolved air cavity 14 through the water inlet 1611, the air in the dissolved air cavity 14 is excited and dissolved, hundreds of millions of micro-bubble water can be formed through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation part 2 under high pressure, a large amount of micro-bubble water formed through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation part 2 flows into the water outlet cavity 15, and finally is sprayed out through the plurality of spraying holes 1211 on the spraying plate 12, so that the body and articles (such as clothes, tableware, fruits and vegetables) can be cleaned, and the like.
When the spraying device 100 is used, water can enter the gas dissolving cavity 14 through the water inlet 1611, as more air is contained in the gas dissolving cavity 14, water with higher pressure entering from the water inlet 1611 enters the gas dissolving cavity 14, the air in the gas dissolving cavity 14 is excited to dissolve, the flow area of the cavitation channel 221 on the cavitation part 2 is relatively smaller, so that higher pressure can be generated in the gas dissolving cavity 14, hundreds of millions of micro-nano bubble water can be formed through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation part 2 under high pressure, micro-bubble water is formed in the process that water containing high-concentration air solute passes through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation part 2, the water flow discharged through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation part 2 contains a large number of micro-bubbles, and is finally sprayed out through the plurality of spraying holes 1211 on the spraying plate 12, so that the body, articles (such as clothes, tableware, fruits and vegetables) and the like can be cleaned.
Through the cavitation piece 2 that is used for producing the microbubble that holds the intracavity setting at shower head 1, rivers not only can realize the function that sprays through the micro-nano bubble water that cavitation piece 2 produced, have stronger clean ability and dirt-removing power simultaneously. The micro-nano bubble water can realize mechanical washing, and when a large amount of micro-nano bubble water is in contact with the surface of a body or an article, bubbles collapse to generate huge energy to take away stains; the micro-nano bubble water can also realize chemical washing and decontamination, and when a large amount of micro-nano bubble water is contacted with the surface of a body or an article, the micro-nano bubbles generate free radicals to attack stains, so that the stains are decomposed and fall off.
Optionally, the shower head cover 111 and the shower head cover 112 may be screwed, and the shower head cover 112 and the shower head cover 111 are assembled and connected by a screwing method, so that the shower head cover 112 and the shower head cover 111 are more convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the screwing fastening method has greater fault tolerance, can better ensure sealing, can provide stronger fastening force to overcome high pressure generated in the dissolved air cavity 14, and provide a good output environment for the generation of micro bubbles. In addition, through setting up shower plate 12 in the shower cover, when assembling shower head 1, can press shower plate 12 on shower head shell 111, then with shower head cover 112 threaded connection on shower head shell 111, utilize the screw thread to screw up, make shower plate 12 hold in shower head cover 112 and make shower plate 12 compress tightly in shower head cover 112 through the combined action between shower head cover 112 and the shower head shell 111, make things convenient for the installation of shower plate 12 to fix, and can guarantee better leakproofness.
For example, when the spraying device 100 is used in a shower system, the spraying device 100 may be connected to a water heater through a pipeline, warm water of the water heater enters the dissolved air cavity 14 of the shower head 1 through a water inlet 1611 through the pipeline connected between the water heater and the spraying device 100, and is excited in the dissolved air cavity 14 to dissolve air in the dissolved air cavity 14, so that millions of micro-nano bubble water may be formed through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation member 2 under high pressure, and finally, the bubble water is sprayed out through the plurality of spraying holes 1211 on the spraying plate 12 to clean the body, and a large amount of micro-nano micro-bubble water contacts with the surface of the body, so that the bubble collapses to generate huge energy to take away the stain, and the bubble generates free radical to attack to decompose and drop the stain, thereby achieving the spraying function and improving the cleaning and decontamination capability of the spraying device 100, for example, the capability of cleaning the skin.
According to some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 3, the cavitation member 2 is adjacent to the water outlet. From this, can be so that inject the great dissolved air chamber 14 of volume between cavitation spare 2 and the shower head 1, thereby make dissolved air chamber 14 can hold more air, and make the distance between cavitation spare 2 and the water inlet 1611 great, rivers that get into in dissolved air chamber 14 through water inlet 1611 can fully mix with the air like this, make more air dissolve in rivers, the rivers that dissolve and have a large amount of air are through the cavitation passageway 221 of cavitation spare 2, can form the volume littleer, the microbubble of the greater quantity, thereby can further improve cleanness, dirt-removing power.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 12-15, the cavitation channel 221 is formed as a venturi channel, and in the process that the water flow with a large amount of air flowing through the cavitation channel 221, because the flow area of the cavitation channel 221 decreases first and then increases, a great pressure difference is formed at two ends of the cavitation channel 221, the pressure at the cavitation inlet 22111 of the cavitation channel 221 is large, and the pressure at the cavitation outlet 22131 of the cavitation channel 221 is small, which is equivalent to squeezing the water flow with a large cross section into the cavitation channel 221 with a small cross section, the water flow velocity entering the cavitation channel 221 under high pressure will rise rapidly, and in each cavitation channel 221, because the flow area of the cavitation channel 221 decreases first and then increases, the flow velocity and pressure of the water flow change accordingly, the air solubility in the water will decrease, and thus the air will be separated out in the form of micro bubbles, and a large amount of nano-scale micro bubble water can be formed. Therefore, by setting the cavitation channel 221 as a venturi channel, the cavitation effect of the cavitation channel 221 can be further improved, and microbubbles with smaller volume and larger number can be formed, so that the cleaning and decontamination capabilities can be further improved.
For example, in the example of fig. 15, the cavitation channel 221 is a venturi channel, the cavitation channel 221 comprises a tapered section 2211, a throat section 2212 and a diverging section 2213 connected in sequence, the tapered section 2211 has a cavitation inlet 22111, the diverging section 2213 has a cavitation outlet 22131, the flow area of the tapered section 2211 gradually decreases in the direction from the cavitation inlet 22111 to the cavitation outlet 22131, and the flow area of the diverging section 2213 gradually increases in the direction from the cavitation inlet 22111 to the cavitation outlet 22131, wherein the flow area of the throat section 2212 is the smallest. Wherein, the diameter D1 of the cavitation inlet 22111 can be in the range of 1.5-2.5mm, the diameter D2 of the throat section 2212 can be in the range of 0.5-1.2mm, and the diameter D3 of the cavitation inlet 22111 can be in the range of 1.2-2.0mm, so that the cavitation piece 2 not only can produce micro-bubble water with rich micro-bubble content, but also the flow velocity of water flow in the cavitation piece 2 is moderate, and the blocking risk of the cavitation channel 221 can be reduced.
It is to be understood that the term "plurality" as used herein means two or more.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 12-15, the cavitation channels 221 are a plurality of spaced apart. This improves the foam generating ability of the cavitation member 2, and a large amount of microbubbles can be formed per unit time. For example, the total number of the cavitation channels 221 may be 7 to 12, and the cavitation channels 221 are the key for generating the micro-bubbles in the shower apparatus 100. The number of the cavitation channels 221 is too large, the pressure of the gas dissolving cavity 14 is too small, and the condition of generating micro-nano bubbles is not enough; the number of the cavitation channels 221 is too small, the effect of generating micro-nano bubbles is good, but the water outlet is small, the requirement of washing such as shower cannot be met, and the condition of generating micro bubbles and the requirement of washing such as shower can be met simultaneously by setting the number of the cavitation channels 221 to be 7-12.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 12-15, the cavitation channel 221 is disposed adjacent to the bottom of the cavitation member 2. The water flow entering the air dissolving cavity 14 through the water inlet 1611 is easily concentrated at the bottom of the air dissolving cavity 14 under the action of gravity, the cavitation channel 221 is arranged close to the bottom of the cavitation member 2, so that the cavitation channel 221 is close to the bottom of the air dissolving cavity 14, the water flow dissolved with a large amount of air and accumulated at the bottom of the air dissolving cavity 14 can be subjected to cavitation through the cavitation channel 221 to form micro-bubble water, even when the water amount in the air dissolving cavity 14 is small, the water flow dissolved with a large amount of air is still accumulated at the bottom of the air dissolving cavity 14, and therefore the micro-bubble water can be discharged through the cavitation channel 221 to form no matter how fast the water flow is or the water amount accumulated in the air dissolving cavity 14, and the residual water amount in the air dissolving cavity 14 can be reduced.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, 12-15, the accommodating chamber has a water inlet passage 16 therein spaced from the gas dissolving chamber 14, the water inlet passage 16 has a water inlet 1611 and an outlet 1621, the gas dissolving chamber 14 is located between the outlet 1621 and the water outlet, the outlet 1621 communicates the water inlet passage 16 and the gas dissolving chamber 14, and the flow area of the cavitation member 2 is smaller than the flow area of the outlet 1621. When there is one cavitation passage 221, the flow area of the cavitation member 2 is the flow area of the cavitation passage 221; when the cavitation channel 221 is plural, the flow area of the cavitation member 2 is the sum of the flow areas of all the cavitation channels 221, wherein the flow area of the cavitation channel 221 refers to the flow area at the position where the cross-sectional area of the cavitation channel 221 is smallest. Through being less than the flow area of export 1621 with the flow area of cavitation spare 2, can be so that produce higher pressure in the dissolved air chamber 14, further improve the both ends pressure differential of cavitation passageway 221, further promote the cavitation effect of rivers through cavitation passageway 221, form more and the little bubble water of volume littleer, and the impact force of little bubble water is also stronger, further promotes cleaning, decontamination effect. Wherein the pressure in the air dissolving chamber 14 may be less than the pressure of the tap water.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, 8-10, 12-15, the accommodating chamber has a water inlet passage 16 therein, the water inlet passage 16 may be separated from the air dissolving chamber 14, the water inlet passage 16 has a water inlet 1611 and an outlet 1621, the air dissolving chamber 14 is located between the outlet 1621 and the water outlet, the outlet 1621 communicates the water inlet passage 16 and the air dissolving chamber 14, and a flow area of the outlet 1621 is smaller than a flow area of the water inlet 1611. Water can be introduced into the dissolved air cavity 14 through the arranged water inlet channel 16, and the flow area of the outlet 1621 is smaller than that of the water inlet 1611, so that the pressure of water flow which is sprayed out from the outlet 1621 of the water inlet channel 16 into the dissolved air cavity 14 through the water inlet channel 16 is larger, the water pressure of the water flow flowing into the dissolved air cavity 14 is increased, the high-pressure water flow which is sprayed out from the outlet 1621 of the water inlet channel 16 is more dispersed in the dissolved air cavity 14, the gas dissolving amount of the water flow in the dissolved air cavity 14 is increased, and the water flow in the dissolved air cavity 14 can generate more micro-bubbles after passing through the cavitation channel 221 of the cavitation member 2, so that the cleaning and decontamination capacity is enhanced.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 3, 8-10, the water inlet channel 16 comprises: a water inlet section 161 and a pressurizing section 162 located downstream of the water inlet section 161 (the pressurizing section 162 located downstream of the water inlet section 161 means that the pressurizing section 162 is located on the downstream side outside the entire water inlet section 161 in the flow direction of the water flow), a water inlet 1611 is formed in the water inlet section 161, an outlet 1621 is formed in the pressurizing section 162, and the flow area of the pressurizing section 162 is smaller than or equal to the flow area of the water inlet section 161. The flow area of the pressurizing section 162 refers to the flow area at the position where the cross-sectional area of the pressurizing section 162 is the smallest, and the flow area of the water inlet section 161 refers to the flow area at the position where the cross-sectional area of the water inlet section 161 is the smallest. Through setting up inhalant canal 16 to intake section 161 and pressurization section 162 including the area of circulation is different, can reduce the loss of flow when the great intake section 161 of area of circulation is flowed through to rivers, can the pressure boost acceleration rate when the less pressurization section 162 of area of circulation is flowed through to rivers, this setting both can reduce the loss of flow, and can make from export 1621 spun rivers pressure great and speed higher, the high-pressure high-speed rivers impact to the inner wall of gas dissolving chamber 14, be of value to increase gas dissolution volume, produce more microbubble, strengthen clean dirt-removing power.
It should be noted that, the case that the flow area of the pressurizing section 162 is equal to the flow area of the water inlet section 161 means: when the connection of the pressurizing section 162 and the water inlet section 161 has a common cross section, there is a case where the flow areas of the pressurizing section 162 and the water inlet section 161 at the common cross section are the same, and at this time, the flow area of the pressurizing section 162 and the flow area of the water inlet section 161 are both the flow areas at the common cross section, for example, the flow area of the pressurizing section 162 in the extending direction thereof is constant and the flow area of the water inlet section 161 is gradually reduced in the direction from the water inlet section 161 to the pressurizing section 162.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8-10, the cross-section of the pressing section 162 is elongated, for example, the cross-section of the pressing section 162 may be elongated rectangular. Thus, by providing the cross section of the pressurizing section 162 as a long strip, it is possible to achieve the pressurizing acceleration effect of the water flow and to make the structure of the pressurizing section 162 simple. In which the width direction of the cross section of the pressurizing section 162 may be substantially parallel to the central axis direction of the shower head 1, so that the water flow jetted from the outlet 1621 may collide with the inner wall of the air dissolving chamber 14 in a wider area, which is further beneficial to increase the amount of dissolved air.
Wherein the width of the cross section of the pressing section 162 is not more than 2.5mm. Therefore, the width of the pressurizing section 162 is smaller, the pressurizing section 162 has a better squeezing effect on water flow, the impact effect of the water flow jetted from the outlet 1621 impacting the inner wall in the gas dissolving cavity 14 is better, and the gas dissolving amount of the water flow in the gas dissolving cavity 14 is more effectively increased.
Wherein the length of the cross section of the pressing section 162 ranges from 8 to 13mm, for example, the length of the cross section of the pressing section 162 may be 10mm. Therefore, the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing section 162 can be ensured, and the water flow sprayed from the outlet 1621 can be wider, and can collide with the inner wall with a larger area in the dissolved air cavity 14, which is further beneficial to increasing the dissolved air amount.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8-10, the cross-section of the water inlet section 161 is circular. Therefore, the flow loss of the water flow can be further reduced in the process of flowing through the water inlet section 161, so that the water flow in the water inlet section 161 is smoother.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 8-10, a spray device 100 includes: the pressurizing plate 3, the pressurizing plate 3 is arranged in the containing cavity, and the pressurizing plate 3 and the shower head 1 jointly define a water inlet channel 16. From this, through the pressure plate 3 that sets up, intake passage 16 can conveniently be formed to can change intake passage 16's size, shape and structure etc. through size, shape, the structure etc. that changes pressure plate 3, thereby under the condition that shower head 1 specification is the same, through adopting the pressure plate 3 of different specification structures, thereby realize the intake passage 16 of different pressurization effects, practice thrift the material, reduce cost.
Wherein, the pressure plate 3 can be connected with the shower head 1 hot melt, makes things convenient for the installation of pressure plate 3 to fix in the holding cavity of shower head 1 to can guarantee the leakproofness of joint strength and connection. The pressurizing plate 3 and the spray header 1 can also be connected by clamping, fastening, bonding and other connection modes.
In some embodiments of the invention, with reference to fig. 8-10, the compression plate 3 comprises: connecting portion 31 and the pressurization portion 32 that link to each other, have the contained angle between connecting portion 31 and the pressurization portion 32, inject pressurization section 162 between pressurization portion 32 and the inner wall that holds the chamber, the one end of keeping away from pressurization portion 32 of connecting portion 31 is formed with first location arch 311, is formed with second location arch 1114 on the inner wall that holds the chamber, and first location arch 311 is located the one side that is close to the delivery port of second location arch 1114, and first location arch 311 links to each other with second location arch 1114. Thus, by providing the pressing plate 3 as two parts of the connecting portion 31 and the pressing portion 32, both the connection fixation of the pressing plate 3 to the shower head 1 and the formation of the pressing section 162 are facilitated. And, through setting up the first location arch 311 on connecting portion 31 and setting up the second location arch 1114 on the inner wall that holds the chamber, when installing the increased pressure plate 3 in shower head 1, through the cooperation of the first location arch 311 on the increased pressure plate 3 and the second location arch 1114 on the shower head 1, can carry out preliminary installation location to increased pressure plate 3, then connect the increased pressure plate 3 through modes such as welded connection, fastener connection and fix in holding the intracavity.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the outlet end of the inlet passage 16 is covered with an outlet plate, and the outlet 1621 is formed on the outlet plate, and the flow area of the inlet passage 16 is constant in the extending direction of the inlet passage 16. This arrangement also makes it possible to make the pressure and speed of the water flow ejected from the outlet 1621 greater, and makes the structure of the water inlet passage 16 simple. The outlet 1621 may be a hole formed on the water outlet plate, and the outlet 1621 may also include a plurality of water outlet holes formed on the water outlet plate.
