Abstract
The invention relates to a formula of an anti-HPV medical gynecological dressing. In order to solve the problem that the existing method has poor effect on treating HPV infection, the invention aims to provide a novel method for blocking HPV virus to assist treatment. The invention adopts the technical scheme that the disinfectant is prepared from sodium alginate, carbomer, triethanolamine, glycerol and the balance of purified water. The invention is used for reducing local HPV load, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking HPV infection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula of an anti-HPV medical gynecological dressing
Background
At present, with the increase of gynecological diseases of women, cervical cancer is more and more valued by the world and women. The main pathogenic factor for the occurrence of cervical cancer is related to the persistent infection of high-risk HPV. The HPV has more than 130 different subtypes which are determined, the infection parts of various different genotypes of viruses are different, the viruses which are easy to infect skin are low-risk viruses which often cause warts and are easy to infect cervical mucosa, and 14 types of viruses such as HPV16, HPV18, HPV52, HPV33 and the like are known. Particularly HPV types 16 and 18, are the major types responsible for more than 90% of cervical cancers.
HPV is a virus with strong harm, and at present, no very good specific medicine for treating gynecological diseases caused by HPV virus infection exists. The usual therapeutic methods are generally topical medications, such as interferons, bioprotein preparations, etc. Oral administration of Chinese medicinal materials. Topical drug therapy is administered primarily vaginally. Commonly used vaginal drug formulations, however, these dosage forms affect the drug action during use, more or less due to texture or defects in the drug itself. In addition, the method is also a method for exercising the body, reasonably eating, enhancing the resistance and clearing by the autoimmunity, but the methods have different effects due to different individual constitutions. Cannot quickly and well eliminate HPV virus.
Based on the existing problems, the invention aims to provide a novel auxiliary treatment mode for blocking HPV virus. The invention can prevent and treat female genital tract diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria, fungi and viruses, and has good effect on inhibiting HPV virus. The gel has good antibacterial effect by adopting the synergistic antibacterial effect of a plurality of bactericides, and has the killing effect on staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, escherichia coli and the like, thereby having good antibacterial effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem and adopts the technical scheme that the detergent is prepared from 0.2 part of sodium alginate, 0.1 part of carbomer, 0.1 part of triethanolamine, 0.1 part of glycerol and 9 parts of purified water. Filling the disposable injector.
The invention has the advantages that anions carried on the surface of sodium alginate are combined with positive charge regions of HPV capsid protein to block viruses from invading host cells of vaginal mucosa basal layers, so as to reduce local HPV load and further achieve the aim of blocking HPV infection.
Detailed Description
Step 1, adding purified water into an emulsifying pot, heating to 100 ℃ for 8-20 minutes, and cooling to 40 ℃ for 10-30 minutes.
And 2, sequentially adding glycerol and carbomer into an emulsifying pot filled with purified water, and homogenizing: the speed was 1000 rpm for 5 minutes. And then stirring: the speed 54rpm lasted 40 minutes.
Step 3, adding sodium alginate into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing: the speed was 2000 rpm for 5 minutes. And then stirring: the speed 54rpm lasted 30 min.
Step 4, adding triethanolamine into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing: the speed was 2000 rpm for 5 minutes. And then stirring: the speed 54rpm lasted 40 minutes. And finally, filling and finishing the processing technology.
Claims (2)
1. The medical gynecological dressing for resisting HPV is characterized in that the formula is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2 part of sodium alginate, 0.1 part of carbomer, 0.1 part of triethanolamine, 0.1 part of glycerol and 9 parts of purified water.
2. The anti-HPV medical gynecological dressing according to claim 1 is characterized in that the added sodium alginate has the effect of reducing the local HPV loading.
