在本实施例中，本发明是由以下质量的中药组成：生地15g，当归9g，白芍9g，川芎9g，荆芥9g，防风9g，黄柏9g，苍术9g，甘草9g，牛膝10g，白癣皮15g苦参15g，地肤子10g，蝉蜕10g，金银花10g，白花蛇舌草15g，桃仁10g，红花12g，地龙10g，山豆根15g，乌梢蛇10g，威灵仙10g，蛇床子15g，牡丹皮12g，赤芍10g，全蝎5g白茅根15g。
在本实施例中，生地甘、苦、寒，《本经逢原》谓：“骨专凉血滋阴，外润皮肤荣泽，病人虚而有热者，宜加用之。”有清热凉血，滋阴生津之功，还有“逐血痹”(《本经》)之效用。当归质地滋润，为补血要药，“其味甘而重，故专能补血；其气轻而辛，故又能行血。补中有动，行中有补，诚血中之气药，亦血中之圣药也”(《景岳全书·本草正》)。蛇床子、白茅根二药，解毒清热又凉血。丹皮与赤芍，均能清热凉血，用于血热瘀滞之证，其与当归、生地为伍，清热凉血，活血散瘀作用更好。所谓“治风先治血，血行风自自灭”。
生地、当归、川芎、白芍为四物汤，能养血润燥；荆芥能防祛风止痒；苍术，黄柏是二妙散，可燥脾清热祛湿，以佐四物；甘草和中；山豆根归肺解热毒；乌梢蛇息风止痒；白癣皮、蛇床子、地肤子能祛湿止痒；同用，清热解毒、消炎，能使热毒下泄，其与当归、地龙、牡丹皮、赤芍同用，凉血活血，祛瘀生新而不留邪；荆芥祛风止痒，常用于头风、皮肤瘙痒等症。诚如《本草纲目》所语：“其功长于祛风邪，散瘀血，破结气，消疮毒，……故风病、血病、疮病为要药。”防风辛、甘、温，药性缓和，为“风中润药”，祛风止痒，以祛风之功为着，所主诸证，多与风邪有关，《本经》论其主治，首以“主大风”三字为纲。《本草经疏》谓之为“治风通用之品”。蝉衣甘、咸、凉，散风清热止痒，其与荆、防为伍，祛风止痒，功用更佳，苦参主要治疗皮肤病，清热燥湿，祛风、杀虫、利尿。全蝎解决皮肤粗糙，皮屑较多的问题；甘草一则调和诸药，二则清热泻火解毒。《别录》谓还有通经脉、利血气之功。合而用之，有滋阴养血、清热凉血、活血散瘀、祛风止痒之功。全方以养血祛风、去屑止痒为主，活血散瘀为辅有相辅相成之妙用。
在本实施例中，本配方还有对应的方歌：
地归勺芎营血充，荆芥防风止痒强。
下焦湿热用黄柏，配上苍术更燥湿。
筋骨疼痛至足膝，湿热带下湿疮生。
痿痹麻木三妙丸，补益肝肾加牛膝。
癣皮苦参地肤子，清热利湿又消炎。
祛风养血抗细菌，蝉蜕疏散风热良。
蛇草祛风又除湿，桃红地龙通经络。
蝉蜕疏散风热好，金银花清热解毒。
豆根归肺解热毒，乌蛇能治湿癣证。
灵仙祛风能通络，蛇床解毒能止痒。
丹皮芍清热凉血，血热瘀滞能化瘀。
全蝎能除疮肿毒，攻毒散结又通络。
茅根清热又凉血，调和诸药甘草从。
在本实施例中，将所述各中药成分共置入煎药锅内水煎服，第一次加水漫过药面高一寸，大火煮开后，小火煮40分钟，倒出一小饭碗，第二次加水，与药面一平，大火煮开后小火再煮40分钟倒出一小碗，把第一次和第二次倒出来的药水混合一起，分成早、晚各一次服用，二次的喝药时间为饭前一小时。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗牛皮癣的中药配方，其特征在于，所述中药配方由以下质量的中药组成：生地13-17g，当归7-11g，白芍7-11g，川芎7-11g，荆芥7-11g，防风7-11g，黄柏7-11g，苍术7-11g，甘草7-11g，牛膝8-12g，白癣皮13-17g苦参13-17g，地肤子8-12g，蝉蜕8-12g，金银花8-12g，白花蛇舌草13-17g，桃仁8-12g，红花10-14g，地龙8-12g，山豆根13-17g，乌梢蛇8-12g，威灵仙8-12g，蛇床子13-17g，牡丹皮10-14g，赤芍8-12g，全蝎3-7g白茅根13-17g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗牛皮癣的中药配方，其特征在于，所述中药配方由以下质量的中药组成：生地15g，当归9g，白芍9g，川芎9g，荆芥9g，防风9g，黄柏9g，苍术9g，甘草9g，牛膝10g，白癣皮15g苦参15g，地肤子10g，蝉蜕10g，金银花10g，白花蛇舌草15g，桃仁10g，红花12g，地龙10g，山豆根15g，乌梢蛇10g，威灵仙10g，蛇床子15g，牡丹皮12g，赤芍10g，全蝎5g白茅根15g。
