Abstract
The invention discloses golden ratio blend oil taking camellia seed oil as base oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the golden ratio blend oil is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: the oil-water-based composite material comprises 8-15% of rapeseed oil, 17-25% of camellia seed oil, 8-10% of soybean oil, 6-12% of linseed oil, 15-18% of walnut oil, 10-12% of corn oil, 5-10% of peanut oil and 10-20% of rice oil. (6) Pouring the camellia oleosa seed oil into a brown bottle of the blend oil 3, putting the brown bottle into a constant-temperature magnetic stirrer again, stirring and mixing at the temperature of 30 ℃, at the stirring speed of 90r/min for 25min, putting the mixture into a centrifuge, performing centrifugal filtration to obtain blend oil 4, and sealing and storing the blend oil 4; the centrifugal speed is 5000r/min, and the time is 5 min.
(7) And (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the blend oil 4, wherein the ultrasonic treatment temperature is 35 ℃, the ultrasonic treatment power is 60W, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 30 min. So that the blended oil is mixed more uniformly to prepare the blended oil.
Comparative example 4
(1) Selecting high-quality oil tea seeds, rapeseeds, soybeans, flaxseeds, walnut kernels, corn kernels, peanut kernels and rice, cleaning and removing impurities;
(2) weighing 11g of peanut kernels and 8g of rice, and putting the peanut kernels and the rice into a squeezer for squeezing to obtain blend oil 1;
(3) weighing 16g of rapeseed, 12g of soybean, 14g of flaxseed, 10g of walnut kernel and 9g of corn kernel, sequentially putting into a squeezer, and squeezing together to obtain blend oil 2;
(4) weighing 20g of camellia seeds, and putting the camellia seeds into a presser to press to obtain camellia seed oil;
(5) putting the blend oil 1 and the blend oil 2 into a brown bottle, putting the brown bottle into a constant-temperature magnetic stirrer for stirring, wherein the stirring and mixing temperature is 20 ℃, the stirring speed is 80r/min, the stirring and mixing time is 25min, putting the mixture into a centrifuge for centrifugal filtration to prepare blend oil 3, and sealing and storing the blend oil; the centrifugal speed is 5000r/min, and the time is 5 min.
(6) Pouring the camellia oleosa seed oil into a brown bottle of the blend oil 3, putting the brown bottle into a constant-temperature magnetic stirrer again, stirring and mixing at the temperature of 30 ℃, at the stirring speed of 90r/min for 25min, putting the mixture into a centrifuge, performing centrifugal filtration to obtain blend oil 4, and sealing and storing the blend oil 4; the centrifugal speed is 5000r/min, and the time is 5 min.
(7) And (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the blend oil 4, wherein the ultrasonic treatment temperature is 35 ℃, the ultrasonic treatment power is 60W, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 30 min. So that the blended oil is mixed more uniformly to prepare the blended oil.
The blend oils prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were tested for their fatty acid composition according to ISO 12966-2: 2017.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the fatty acid composition of the golden ratio blend oil prepared by the invention and using the camellia seed oil as the base oil meets the recommended value recommended in the dietary nutrient reference intake of Chinese residents, and n-3: n-6 is in the range of 4-6:1, so that the golden ratio blend oil has an important effect on human health.

Claims (10)
1. The golden ratio blend oil is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: the oil-water-based composite material comprises 8-15% of rapeseed oil, 17-25% of camellia seed oil, 8-10% of soybean oil, 6-12% of linseed oil, 15-18% of walnut oil, 10-12% of corn oil, 5-10% of peanut oil and 10-20% of rice oil.
2. The golden ratio blend oil taking camellia seed oil as base oil according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: the oil-water-based composite material comprises 8-10% of rapeseed oil, 17-25% of camellia seed oil, 9-10% of soybean oil, 12% of linseed oil, 15-18% of walnut oil, 10% of corn oil, 5-10% of peanut oil and 13-16% of rice oil.
3. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) putting the peanut kernels and the rice after impurity removal into a squeezer and squeezing to obtain blend oil 1; putting the rapeseed, the soybean, the flaxseed, the walnut kernel and the corn kernel which are subjected to impurity removal into a squeezer and squeezing to obtain blend oil 2; uniformly mixing the blend oil 1 and the blend oil 2 in a dark place, and then performing centrifugal filtration to obtain blend oil 3;
(2) and (3) pressing the rapeseed after the impurity removal in a presser to obtain oil-tea camellia seed oil, uniformly mixing the oil-tea camellia seed oil and the blend oil 3 in a dark place, then obtaining blend oil 4 after centrifugal filtration, and finally performing ultrasonic mixing.
4. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3, wherein the blending oil 1 and the blending oil 2 in the step (1) are uniformly mixed in a dark place by: stirring at a rotation speed of 80-85 r/min for 20-25 min at 20-25 ℃.
5. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the rotation speed of the centrifugation in the step (1) is 5000r/min, and the time of the centrifugation is 5-6 min.
6. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3, wherein the blending manner in the step (2) is as follows: stirring at a rotation speed of 90-95 r/min for 25-305 min at a temperature of 25-30 ℃.
7. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3 or 6, wherein the rotation speed of the centrifugation in the step (2) is 4500-5000 r/min, and the time of the centrifugation is 5-6 min.
8. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3, wherein the temperature of the ultrasound in the step (2) is 30-35 ℃, the power of the ultrasound is 60-70 w, and the time of the ultrasound is 25-30 min.
9. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3, wherein the impurity removal mode in the step (1) is as follows: cleaning, removing stones, magnetically separating and sieving.
10. The preparation method of the golden ratio blend oil with camellia seed oil as the base oil according to claim 3, wherein the impurity removal manner in the step (2) is as follows: cleaning, removing stones, magnetically separating and sieving.
