Description

Anti-mite pure natural composition agent suitable for silk floss and preparation process and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of articles for daily use, and particularly relates to an anti-mite pure natural composition agent suitable for silk floss, a preparation process of the anti-mite pure natural composition agent, and application of the anti-mite pure natural composition agent.
Background
The mites belong to allergic organisms, easily cause allergic reaction of human bodies, and have various diseases such as skin inflammation, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, mange and the like, thereby threatening the health of human bodies.
The mites have dust mites, powder mites, scabies and the like, the mites in families mainly spread out in bedding articles, sofa articles and air, particularly bedding articles, the mites are easier to breed due to the influence of environmental conditions, and the fillers provide convenient conditions for the growth and reproduction of the mites due to fluffy states of the fillers, so that the mites have the following advantages: quilt, pillow, etc. are easy to breed mites. In order to remove mites, most families adopt a water washing method or an air drying method to remove the mites, and silk floss is used as a filler, the silk floss can not be basically washed by water due to the characteristics of the silk, and the ageing of the silk can be increased due to solarization, so that the method is not suitable. Therefore, the silk floss raw material is subjected to anti-mite treatment and is processed into various household products, and the method has practical significance.
However, the anti-mite treatment of textile materials is mainly carried out by adding an anti-mite finishing agent in the production process or carrying out after-finishing by using an auxiliary agent, but silk is natural fiber and can only be carried out by adopting the after-finishing method.
At present, the mite-proof finishing agent adopted in the after finishing is mainly a chemical additive, or a mode of compounding the chemical additive and a natural extract, only the natural extract is used as the mite-proof finishing agent, however, the use of a large amount of the chemical additive is easy to threaten the environmental protection, and meanwhile, people with sensitive skin are easy to cause symptoms such as allergy to some chemical agents, so from the perspective of actual requirements, pure natural mite-proof silk floss and products thereof are needed to enter the market.

The pure natural anti-mite composition agent in the embodiment is selected to treat silk floss, and the weight of the silk floss is weighed according to the weight ratio of 1: 15 (weight g of silk floss: volume ml of anti-mite pure natural composition agent), adding the anti-mite pure natural composition agent, treating the silk floss by a two-dipping two-pressing method at room temperature, dipping for 30 minutes each time, removing the redundant anti-mite pure natural composition agent in the silk floss after the completion, blowing for 1 hour by a blowing device at 27 +/-1 ℃, removing most of the solvent in the silk floss, drying by a drying device at 68 +/-1 ℃ until the silk floss is completely dried to obtain the treated silk floss, and finally, carrying out processes such as wire drawing, sewing and the like on the treated silk floss to prepare a sofa product.
In the example, a test standard GB/T24253-2009 evaluation of anti-mite performance of textiles is adopted to carry out a mite repelling test on the treated sofa product, and the test result shows that the repelling rate of the silk floss product treated by the self-made pure natural plant finishing agent on mites reaches 90.8%.
In conclusion, in the embodiments, the related extracts are common traditional Chinese medicines collected in pharmacopoeia, are convenient and easy to obtain, have low raw material cost, have insecticidal efficacy, can be used for preventing mites of serial products (including sofa products) taking silk floss as fillers, such as silk quilts, silk floss back cushions, silk floss pillows and the like, have the mite prevention rate of over 90 percent, and have the drug effect higher than that of similar natural mite prevention products in the current market.
