Abstract

By the method, the user executes the activities matched with the third party information within the time when the third party information takes effect, such as the exercise suggestion information is executed forcibly, the user can be forced to exercise for a period of time according to the third party information, and the exercise compliance and safety of the user can be improved, and the health condition of the user can be improved; the exercise suggestion information is classified according to the exercise item types, priorities and strengths, so that the health promotion scheme of the user can be optimized, the parameters of the health promotion equipment 4 can be set accurately, and the user experience can be improved. Specifically, the setting of the priority in the motion suggestion information can preferentially select a motion item with a high priority when device parameters are adjusted, and avoids the safety risk caused by selecting a motion item with a low priority. The intensity in the exercise suggestion information is set, and when the equipment parameters are adjusted, the proper exercise intensity can be selected according to the physical condition of the user, so that the safety risk caused by overlarge exercise intensity is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, a method for adjusting parameters of a health promotion device is provided corresponding to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first and second embodiments, in that third party information at least includes disease information of a user and/or a time when the third party information is effective, the third party information further includes one or more combinations of exercise advice information, environment advice information, commodity recommendation information, and diet recommendation information, and the exercise advice information includes exercise item type, priority, and intensity information associated with each other; during the time period in which the third party information is in effect, the health promotion device 4 operates with parameters that match the third party information.
According to the method, the user executes the activities matched with the third-party information within the time when the third-party information takes effect, such as the exercise suggestion information is executed forcibly, the user can be forced to exercise for a period of time according to the third-party information, the exercise suggestion information is promoted to be executed by the user when the physical condition is recovered to a better state, and the exercise compliance and the safety of the user are improved, and the health condition of the user is improved; the exercise suggestion information is classified according to the exercise item types, priorities and strengths, so that the health promotion scheme of the user can be optimized, the parameters of the health promotion equipment 4 can be set accurately, and the user experience can be improved.
[ fourth embodiment ]
A third embodiment of the present invention provides a health promotion system having substantially the same configuration as the first, second, and third embodiments, except that in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the health promotion history data storage device 3 further stores health promotion data and a health promotion standard data set used by a history user. The health promotion data used by the historical users is that the health promotion historical data storage device 3 is connected with the health promotion device 4 in a communication way to acquire the health promotion data of all the users who use the health promotion device 4, and the health promotion data of the historical users have a reference function on parameter setting of the health promotion device 4. The health promotion standard data set refers to a plurality of diseases and information sets of exercise suggestion information, diet suggestion information, environment suggestion information, commodity suggestion information and the like which are matched with each disease, and can make up for possible omission or misoperation in third-party information.
For example, if the third-party information is diagnosis and treatment information, the party providing the diagnosis and treatment information is usually a medical staff, and when the medical staff records the diagnosis and treatment information, some operation errors inevitably occur, which causes the diagnosis opinions to be inconsistent with the actual health condition of the user, or the disease condition of the user is not comprehensively grasped, and the medical history is concealed by the user, and the like, which causes the diagnosis opinions to be inconsistent with the actual health condition of the user. Or a health coach provides the third-party information, makes mistakes when providing the exercise suggestion information, and is beneficial to ensuring the safety of the user through the combination of the health promotion standard data set and the health promotion data used by the historical user.
Referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a method for adjusting parameters of a health promotion device, which is different from the first embodiment, and further includes step S7: health promotion data of historical user usage is provided along with a pre-stored health promotion criteria data set. The step S7 may be executed before the parameter adjustment of the health promoting apparatus 4 is performed, and is applicable to any of the above embodiments, and the present invention provides the health promoting standard data set and the health promoting data used by the historical user, so that the database of the health promoting data can be perfected, and the accuracy and precision of the parameter adjustment of the health promoting apparatus 4 can be improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A health promotion system, comprising:
the health management data acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the health management data of the user in real time;
the third-party information acquisition equipment is used for acquiring third-party information of the user;
a health promotion history data storage device that stores health promotion history data of the user;
and the health promotion equipment is in communication connection with the health management data acquisition equipment, the third party information acquisition equipment and the health promotion historical data storage equipment, and the health promotion equipment adjusts parameter setting according to the health management data, the third party information and the health promotion historical data of the current user.
2. The health promotion system of claim 1, further comprising a prompting device to:
the health management data comprises identity information of the user and one or more physiological index parameters of the user which are mutually related;
in response to one or more physiological indicator parameters in the health management data being above a physiological parameter threshold, the prompting device issues early warning information, or adjusts a parameter setting of a parameter of the health promotion device, and the prompting device issues early warning information,
wherein the physiological parameter threshold is set according to the third party information.
3. The health promotion system of claim 1 further comprising an alerting device,
the health management data comprises identity information of the user and one or more physiological index parameters of the user which are stored in a correlated mode;
in response to one or more physiological indicator parameters in the health management data being above a physiological parameter threshold, the prompting device sending alert information to one or more administrator terminals that are less than a distance threshold from the health promotion device,
wherein the physiological parameter threshold is set according to the third party information.
4. The health promotion system of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the third party information includes disease information of the user and a time at which the third party information is effective, the third party information further including one or more combinations of athletic advice information, environmental advice information, merchandise recommendation information, and diet recommendation information, the athletic advice information including interrelated athletic item type, priority, and intensity information;
during the time period in which the third party information is in effect, the health promotion device operates at parameters that match the third party information.
5. The health promotion system of claim 4, wherein the health promotion historical data store further stores health promotion data and health promotion criteria data sets that are historical user usage.
6. The health promotion system of claim 1, wherein the health promotion device is one or more of a massage apparatus, a fitness apparatus, a medical apparatus, an environmental control device, a merchandise recommendation device, and a diet control device.
7. A method of adjusting parameters of a health-promoting device, comprising the steps of:
collecting health management data of a user in real time;
collecting third party information of the user;
collecting health promotion history data of the user;
adjusting parameters of health promotion equipment according to the health management data, the health promotion historical data and the third party information.
8. The parameter adjustment method of a health promotion device of claim 7, wherein the health management data includes identity information of the user and one or more physiological index parameters of the user in association with each other;
and responding to one or more physiological index parameters in the health management data higher than a physiological parameter threshold value, sending out early warning information, or controlling and adjusting parameters of the health promotion equipment, and sending out early warning information, wherein the physiological parameter threshold value is set according to the third party information.
9. The parameter adjustment method of the health promotion device according to claim 7, wherein the third party information includes disease information of the user and a time at which the third party information is effective, the third party information further includes one or more combinations of exercise advice information, environment advice information, commodity recommendation information, and diet recommendation information, the exercise advice information includes interrelated exercise item type, priority, and intensity information;
during the time period in which the third party information is in effect, the health promotion device operates at parameters that match the third party information.
10. The method of adjusting parameters of a health-promoting device of claim 7, further comprising the steps of:
health promotion data of historical user usage is provided along with a pre-stored health promotion criteria data set.
