In summary, according to the health target recommendation record tracking method and device based on the intelligent watch, the intelligent wearable terminal and the storage medium provided by the invention, comprehensive evaluation is performed according to the historical health data of the wearable user and the current health data collected by the intelligent watch, so that the daily health target very suitable for the wearable user is obtained. According to the method, new recommended indexes and targets are updated in time according to the changed body indexes and new health information of the wearing user, and compared and comprehensively evaluated with the health indexes and targets recommended by the system and current health data acquired by the intelligent watch, daily health targets suitable for the wearing user are recommended again, actual data of the wearing user are monitored, whether the actual data reach standards or not is judged, and the user is reminded in time when the actual data reach the standards or are abnormal so as to perform health intervention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions. The functional units and modules in the embodiment may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit, where the integrated units may be implemented in a form of hardware or a form of a software functional unit. Claims (11)

1. A health target recommended record tracking method based on a smart watch is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step S20: according to the historical health data and the current health data, calculating and recommending daily health targets suitable for the wearing user according to an artificial intelligence algorithm based on scientific and health theory; the daily health targets comprise daily exercise amount, exercise intensity and exercise duration, total daily sleep duration, deep sleep duration, shallow sleep duration, water intake, respiratory training and pressure;
step S30: and comparing the daily health target recommended by the intelligent watch and the health system with the currently acquired and counted corresponding health data and results, judging whether the actual data of the wearing user on the same day meets the standard and the completed ratio and difference, and if the judgment result of the health data index is not met, displaying on the intelligent watch and the corresponding application software to prompt.
2. The smart watch-based health target recommendation record tracking method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
counting and judging whether the reminding frequency of the wearing user in the system recommended and preset time exceeds a first frequency threshold value, if so, increasing the reminding density;
counting and judging whether the reminding frequency of the wearing user in the preset time length exceeds a second frequency threshold, if so, sending an intervention reminding to a terminal of a relatives and friends or service personnel pre-associated with the wearing user;
wherein the second frequency threshold is greater than the first frequency threshold.
3. The method for tracking health target recommendation record based on smart watch according to claim 1, wherein said step S20 comprises:
acquiring the recommended sleeping time on the same day according to the indexes such as the quantity of motion, age, sex, weight and the like of the wearing user on the previous day; the recommended sleep time length comprises a deep sleep time length and a shallow sleep time length;
when the intelligent watch monitors that the actual sleeping time length of the wearing user is lower than the corresponding recommended sleeping time length, a supplementary reminding and suggestion containing the recommended supplementary time length is sent out; the recommended complementary time length is calculated according to the difference value between the recommended sleep time length and the actual sleep time length, and the recommended complementary time length and the actual sleep time length are recommended and preset in the health system.
4. The smart watch-based health target recommendation record tracking method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
according to the health data collected and monitored by the intelligent watch, summarizing and judging whether the wearing user possibly has disease risks or not or whether the wearing user has bad living habits or not according to a health algorithm preset in a server; or health and safety risks;
if the probability that the disease risk, the health risk and the safety risk possibly exist is judged to exceed the preset first risk threshold value, timely reminding is sent out.
5. The smart watch-based health target recommendation record tracking method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring the type of the work position of the wearing user, and judging whether the type of the work position belongs to a preset special security position; wherein the special security posts comprise public security posts, equipment security posts and production security posts;
when the work position type of the wearing user belongs to a special safety position, judging whether the wearing user exceeds a second risk threshold according to sleep data, bad living habits and recent high risks acquired by the intelligent watch; if so, corresponding reminding is sent to the wearing user and the authorities and/or relatives and friends thereof.
6. The smart watch-based health target recommendation record tracking method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
according to personal conditions and health data of a wearing user, evaluating according to a preset health system evaluation model to obtain a targeted health target and a maximum health index threshold value which can be born by the wearing user in the age range of the wearing user;
the intelligent watch monitors health indexes of the wearing user in real time, judges whether the increasing amplitude, the increasing speed and the increasing result frequency of the health indexes in the preset time period exceed the maximum health index threshold value, and immediately sends out a prompt or alarm to the wearing user and the pre-bound relatives and friends or units of the wearing user if the increasing amplitude, the increasing speed and the increasing result frequency of the health indexes exceed the maximum health index threshold value.
7. The smart watch-based health target recommendation record tracking method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when the working time information of the wearing user is obtained, correspondingly adjusting the execution time node of the daily health target according to the working time information;
